Had chicken and mushrooms curry no taste, my wife had sweet and sour prawns. The batter was not cooked in the middle,and the sweet and sour was tomato sauce. Don't waste you money go somewhere else.

My order was left at the front door in the rain, not all our food arrived, I was missing 4 items and when I called the restaurant they where not very help full and I still did not get the rest of my order or a refund very very poor specially when you have guests

Roast pork chow mein is amazing with black bean sauce

We have used this takeaway numerous times, and the food has been fantastic. We have it delivered and the food is always hot when we receive it. I definitely recommend it.

Went to collect our takeout last night. The food was delicious. The service was excellent really lovely people. And we got a free large bottle of coke with our order. We will definitely be coming back.. really enjoyed our meal

Well I don't normally do reviews, but I have now used this Chinese a couple of time now and each time it had been fantastic, I usually find it difficult to find a good quality Chinese takeaway and well this place really does hit the spot, the quality of food in my opinion is just fantastic and definitely deserves recognition.

Good food and service , will come back again

Ordered for a delivery, took over an hour to receive the food & when I did receive the food, it was cold and I had to unfortunately microwave it after I spent £27. I don’t recommend.

Cold and sticky food.Ended up in bin.Called them to tell about food and the lady who picked the call was arguing instead of listening .very bad and will never order again.

Food is ok the 12inch salt and pepper box we had, was quiet surprised when I opened it it was mainly full of chips for £19. Shocking

Good service but very disappointed with the pancake rolls, the large are only a bit bigger than the mini ones. Never had such small ones. Won't be ordering them again, not worth the money.

Most shocking we have ever had. Over cooked,dry and cold. Part of our order was sweet and sour balls and got curry sauce instead, didn't want to rectify the problem till the next time we ordered. Lemon chicken it was tough as all leather sandals. We understand that places can be busy, so we dont mind it its later than said etc, but they just cant seem to get their act together. This is not the first time the order has been inadequate, however it is the LAST one we will place with them. At least our bin was happy to receive it. Think I would have enjoyed watching my wife set fire to the £30.00 and watch it burn more.

By far the worst crispy honey lemon chicken I've ordered. :( Shame as everything else was tasty (lovely spring rolls), but the chicken was so tough it was almost rock hard and the lemon sauce was so thin i think it was pretty much actually just lemon water...

Best chicken and beef curry compared to other Chinese takeaways offer a delivery service for small fee. Expect to wait at busy periods e.g weekend but worth the wait.

food good but service and attitude needs to improve

I have been ordering from this establishment for a good few years, it has up until now been excellent. I tend not to rate a company down (takeaway) based upon one or two bad incidents. However I have in the past 2 months ordered 4 times to be met with below standard food and service. So, as many people know, 《Just eat》is an app in which allows 90 minutes for food to be cooked and to your door from the point of ordering. On all four occasions I have ordered a very basic: 2 x chicken curry 2 x boiled rice 1 x chicken balls 1 x chips The app, confirmed by the takeaway stated that on ordering at 1930 it would be delivered at 2100. Previously it has been 10 - 20 minutes late (Not great, but acceptable) on the most recent occasions however, it came at 21:45. A whole 45 minutes late, but they confirmed on the app that it had been delieved on time (shocking). When arriving, the driver seems to park within inches of my car and then shoves the food into my arms while talking on the phone to then wheel spin off. This has happened on numerous occasions, I have called up and complained to only have the phone put down on me. Not only do they lie to just eat about how long they take to deliver but the food is very below standard, at this point the chips had gone hard and cold, the chicken balls where caked in oil and barely cooked. The chicken curry tasted odd, couldn't tell if it had been warmed up or just poorly cooked. The rice for a surprise was actually quite nice. I've liked this take away for many years, it has always been a 'go to' place to order from when I get back from work and have people over. However, I shan't be ordering from this establishment again, and I'd suggest anyone who actually wants to eat good food at a reasonable time to shop around as there are many better takeaway's around. Message to management: Get your act together, get more efficient and treat customers with respect, after all, we are paying you for a service.

Ordered food through just eat at 7.50pm, got the confirmation to say it would be delivered at 9.10pm, by 9.40pm food still hadnt been delivered so rang them and was told food was on its way, the food eventually turned up at 10.45pm!! obviously wasnt too happy, the food was cold chips were cold and the chicken was disgusting even our dog wouldnt eat it!!! Went in to the store to try and resolve the issue but was met with extremely rude and aggresive behaviour! The words used was 'i dont care' rang Just Eat and they were met with the same rude attitude! The Crystal offered 20% off the next order which was just an insult! Just Eat were really helpful and gave me a refund but were also shocked at the rude behaviour they recieved! if you want a good service and nice food DONT use this place...

Our order arrived 30 minutes late, food was luke warm when it finally arrived. When we called to enquiry where our food was, staff were dismissive and hung up the phone numerous times.

Was ordering for years but tonite i wont be going back. i called and waitied 2 hours for food.. n was told it was on its way. The woman on the phone is damn rude!!! Shocking service!!!!

Appalled!! We order our food at 7ish. At the end of the order it stated delivery time would be 19.55. Not long after I received an email stating it would now be delivered at 20.05, I thought fine least they let us know. 20.30 still not arrived, phoned the shop to be told it's on the way. They clearly lied 15 mins later food still not arrived ( we live 5 mins drive from the shop) phoned up again she said it was on the way as it had been out of the shop for a while!! Finally at 21.05 they food arrived only a 2 hour wait!! The food was delivered by a driver with a poor attitude, but to be honest the shop had a poor attitude when I phoned. Which is disappointing considering we have been customers for over 10 years! Not only that the food was cold, not surprising when I'm told the food has been with the driver for a while. Will no longer be a customer at this etsblisment.

Really disgusted this evening. Went to try out this place as was the only one open on Sunday and wont be visiting again. Me and my partner both ordered Beef Chow Mein, one with No Onion. We got home to eat it, got it out the bag and it looked nothing like a beef chow mein that I have ever seen. Smelt disgusting. So took it back to the shop saying this isnt what we expected to be told we couldnt have our money back. We also said that they both had onions when I clearly said no onions and he said that the one didnt but I am sure it did have onions. Wont be going back again and definitely wouldn't reccommend.

I suppose everyone should experience food poisoning at least once in their lives. If that's what you're after, look no further! Otherwise, I'd give it a hard pass.

Recently rubbish we could not agree more with previous reviewer - what a shame it WAS so good we won't be returning unless their reviews improve greatly-who is the cook .?
