Papa johns is the best place to get a delicious pizza, the meats and vegetables are very fresh and the taste is like a wow.

Bland tasteless pizza! Tater tots were awful and ridiculously small portions. The same pizza cutter was used for multiple pizzas so there was pepperoni on my vegetarian pizza. Will not be coming back and do not recommend ever ordering from here.

Great staff, they were very friendly and even gave my daughter a free drink while we were waiting. Pizza was ready exactly on time and what we ordered. Pizza was good, standard takeaway fare.

Food is great but tracking was incorrect said it had arrived when in reality it arrived 20 minutes later. We ended up ordering twice thinking it went missing. This would not have happened if they picked up the phone. We called several times when the order went missing and to cancel the second order. I don’t recommend using this restaurant or just eat.

I was going on holiday we all know how stressful that can be the day before. I was having issue ordering the pizza . I phone the shop and the staff was so happy to help as I was having issue getting the deal that was showing online . They were really amazing, thank you .

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely delicious. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Just ordered for collection and wow! Just had one of the best pizza from here tonight. Large amount of base sauce and cheese and pepperoni and presented great and cut up equally. Edit google won’t let review again but this place is the best in bromsgrove every time I go hear the pizza is perfect every time.

Looks like this place has had a bit of a bad spell but going off my recent experience I'm happy to declare it's my new regular for now. Staff were really friendly and helpful pizza was cooked quickly hot and tasty

It was a good pizza it was warm and cheesy with the perfect amount of crust the crust was crispy

We had 2 so pepperoni, tasted burnt, base was chewy and the cheese was very greasy, not good at all.

Much more expensive than other local pizza places. Smaller portions too. Food was OK, but barely warm. I was notified it was out for delivery about 20 minutes before it got to me, so maybe it got cold on the way... Nearly £50 got us less than what about £20 with other places did...

Probably the worst pizza I've eaten, was dry, cold and had very little flavour.. I've had better frozen pizzas. Won't go there again and would strongly suggest that if you're looking for a pizza to go somewhere else.

Have to sya my first pizza in bromsgrove and we chose the worst one. The pizza was over cooked, dry and came cold. I've had better frozen pozzas which cost a 1/3 of the price. Will definitely not go there again and would not recommend anyone else to

Ordered via Deliveroo. The order took over and hour to be delivered. Consequently the food arrived cold and also the order was incorrect. Deliveroo refunded part of my money. Won't use this restaurant again.

Pizza hard and rubbery, toppings were over done and hard, barely any sauce and crust was shocking. £18 for a SMALL pizza so in total with delivery and chicken wings was over £30 quid which is disgusting prices as the food is awful. Complained to just Eat straight away and will hopefully get our money back!

We ordered it on just eat and we waited 1h we checked just eat and it said that our food was delivered but it was not so the next day we called the restaurant and it said that they close at 11 ( we ordered the food at 9 ) they said that they will deliver it to us witch they did but they gave us the wrong pizza and the wrong ice cream. We are not happy and will not be ordering from here again.

First time using papa Johns, normally a dominos guy, buy now I'm converted.

Fancied a change from dominoes. But will be sticking to dominoes. The potatoe tots were cold, the garlic sauce had no flavour. The pizza was OK. However they charge dominoes prices. Definitely would not recommend as its expensive for what you get.

I love a Papa Johns but this outlet is poor. On more than one occasion the topping is just threw on, I had to waste so much of the pizza as it’s just crust - it’s not cheap and it’ll never be value for money - but when it’s poor aswell it’s not acceptable. I’ll never use this shop again. Review based on atleast 3 visits in 4-5 months.

Ordered 2x 50% off pizzas and they Got the order all wrong, Thin and Crispy base instead of normal and both pizzas wrong. Also hardly any meat on pizzas. Domino's from now on, so much better.

£18 for a pizza 🍕 is definitely getting to expensive, especially when you can get a pizza from sidemoor for less than half of that price and as good quality

They make really tasty pizza I will order again, delivery service is great indeed, the side dishes are great.

I had to ring as food was really late and they stated they hadn't received the order from Just Eat. They then said they could get the order out in 20min but it actually took a further 30mins.

That was just one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a very long time. Truly lasting taste and flavours. Very prompt delivery. Would recommend.

Very disappointed. Hardly any sauce, cheese and toppings. Delivery was quick tho and food was hot.

Pizza was okay. Shame the cinnamon swirls were cooked too quickly meaning the outside were hard and dry and the inside was undercooked and stodgy. Hardly any cinnamon sugar on them too so they just tasted like stodgy dry bread swirls.

Didn’t arrive and I got charged

Not the same as some other papa john's in different places, no flavour and dirty, and staff rude, it is really a shame as I have been ordering from there for my business for years. The big issue is the management and the people in charge there is my opinion !

The food was barely warm which was really disappointing

Dirty and very scruffy. I did a walk in paid and but never collected . It is facing a COVID testing centre. While waiting I walked out side and around the building. Behind the shop is a rat infested private car park. I hence why I did not go back in. Bromsgrove public Health should take a look at this place.

Long wait for the delivery. Cost £26 for pizza and side. Pizza was average. I didn't like the cheese. The side was soggy. 1st and last time im ordering from here. Domino's does 2 for 1 and way better quality and its cheaper than this place.

Ordered at 7.04, called an hour later said it was out for delivery the driver must be lost (I live less than a mile away) finally arrived at 8.40. The lame excuse of the driver lost was a lie. The pizza came 1hr and 40 mins later piping hot and fresh. Obviously just forgot my order.

Extremely bad customer service they made the wrong pizza it was meant to be a vegan hot pepper passion only turns out it was vegan cheese only.. Rang to dispute wrong order to be told because the children had ate 3 slices of it thinking it was their plain margerita pizza they refused point blank to rectify their mistake,this is not my 1st dissatisfaction with pappa john's Bromsgrove but this will be my last and further more on entry to the shop there was no acknowledgement of me being in store and conversed rudely in their own language during the phone call 0/10 for service food and overall coustermer service

Normally a good service, but the quality of sevice was terrible ,plus the didnt give me my extras that i ordered. The pizza and chicken dippers were stone cold... really disappointed.

Ordered a pizza for me and the family and it was the worst thing I’ve ever done.pizza was terrible no cheese and hardly any sauce.called up the shop to complain and the manager was so rude and disrespectful to me.he wouldn’t give me a refund and I’m the end told me to piss off and out the phone down on me.disgusting.if you ain’t going to do food to normal standards don’t get upset and be rude when you get a complaint.will never eat from there again and I advise everyone else not to go there.the man I spoke to on the phone should be sacked and I’m taking this up with the head office

Pizza was cold and dry. Wedges were cold and not crispy. Jalapeno bites were soggy but chicken was ok.

The crinkle fries were so undercooked they were soft and anaemic - the toppings on the pizza were pretty sparse. Not great for a £27 meal!

Food was delivered early but was warm, not hot. I also thought it was very expensive £30 for a large pizza and a side of cheesey jalapeños.

Chicken wings very expensive for what they are, small portions. Nice food but bad value for money. Still hungry after my £12 meal

We have tried other pizza makers in Bromsgrove but nothing matches the consistently tasty and perfectly cooked pizzas from Papa John's. Now when someone is leaving or having a birthday lunch at work we always have a couple of pizzas from here and they are always absolutely perfect.

Good value deal on medium pizza

I ordered cheesy potato wedges and I got plain wedges, no cheese on them at all.

Had a pizza last week it was the worst I have had .. undercooked and raw potato wedges Customer service is awful Beyond appalling Send emails to head office and rang head office and they have ignored my calls

I normally have a dominoes as a treat but fancied a change .. So The pizza was so dry I have put it straight into the bin Potaoe wedges are not cooked and hard Chicken was cold Please don't order food from here ..You will end up sick However I thought mistakes happen and rang the shop back up to see what they could do Omg Rude was a understatement There response from them was :Not my problem ring head office PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE You will end up very sick

Was appalled st how i wss treated and spoken to ordered for delivery .was told my card was declined.but payment had bèen taken from account.was abused by staff an had to go to store to prove this.then was told they wasnt going to serve us unless we paid delivery prices.awfull customer services .no apology was given.
