The best restaurants in Springfield Birmingham West Midlands

Have used apna pizza for over 20 years. However, last 2 occasions firstly in March and then again today 5/10/2024 no delivery arrived when we made the order and no contact was made from them. Phoned them off after 1 hour as kids were waiting for food and they just made excuses absolutely awful service will not use again.

The place was really nice, the team was really helpful too. We came in to take pictures and the decor was exactly how we wanted it

Lovely shop for a healthy meal. Everything is made fresh daily and a big portion is given. I ordered the mixed Cajun panini. Costs £7.50. They have enough seating inside. Only issue is the parking. The shop is on the main Stratford road; so parking is a bit of a headache.

Spoke to usama , he forgot two of my drinks and was rude on the phone.

Best chippy around! Food is always piping hot, delivered super fast and the quality of the food is always 100%.

chips were old, cold and hard and like chewing plastic drenched in oil. without doubt some of the nastiest chips I've ever had in 30+ yrs of buying fast food. a new level of disgustingness.

Never try masala dosa .. they dont know what is Dosa..

Used to come here years ago, we moved away from the area but still drive down here as the food is always fresh, tastes great and price is very reasonable.

GREAT STAFF & ALLERGY FRIENDLY After having a terrible experience due to simple allergy requests in another Birmingham establishment, we came to Farro’s. The way in which the staff dealt with us was exceptional. The gentleman clearly ran us through the menu and what contained allergens and what didn’t and he made sure to inform the kitchen staff of the allergies too. Obviously cross contamination is something that is always a risk however making an active effort to reduce this is always highly appreciated. This waiter specifically is a credit to your team as he made sure to make us comfortable as eating out with allergies can always be a daunting experience. The way in which you communicate with customers can make a huge difference, thank you!
