Used to come here years ago, we moved away from the area but still drive down here as the food is always fresh, tastes great and price is very reasonable.

Food is good. Grilled burger is very nice. Chips are decent. Customer service isn’t good. The bald guy at the till, who I think is the owner, is always moody and giving dirty looks. The wait time is also long even then there is barely any customers inside.

Can't follow simple instructions and think its okay to lie to customers so they can close early don't go here late at night aswell dead food

I was out with my kids and went this restaurant to have some good food and quality service. But the person who served me was extremely rude and unprofessional. He started speaking in language which I don’t understand. And when I asked him to speak in English . He get irritated and refused to serve and ask me to wait more. I left the place without food and with bad mood. Management should focus on the customer service and work on the employees attitude.

The food is fire everything would 10 10. The sheesh kebabs and wings are just amazing. The shop is very nice and clean. But then the attitude and custumer service of the bald guy in the evening and tall guy in da daytime jst stinks on a next level very rude behaviour no manners at all.

Old skool chippy open late nights very clean and most options available till early hours of the morning.

No hype with the mix kabab meat bland and rubbery. Chips soggy. Even the chill sauce was dead. Think il stick to turkish kababs always fresh and have never been disappointed

Although the wait can sometimes be abit long (because it's so busy), the food is definitely worth it. Mix kebab in a nan with a shish kebab. Chicken is so succulent and tender & the donner meat is out of this world, and as for the shish kebab, it was drizzled in lemon juice and was perfectly spiced & cooked. All on a fresh cooked BIG naan. Hands down the best mix kebab I've had in a long while. And all for just £7. Now that ladies and Gents is money we'll spent!! Open till 4am on weekends!!! 10/10 recommended

Al Shazan is a local legend, been coming here for around 20 years now. Great value for money and service is good. The grilled chicken burger is lovely.

This place has been around since back in my school days (some time ago now haha). It serves its purpose & just ask them to make the food, fresh. Food was good & served it’s purpose as hot food, on the go!

Went here yesterday evening and gave an order for chicken wraps for my kids. They asked me to wait for 15mins for the chicken donner to be cooked. It took 30mins. When the chicken was done they cut the cooked portion for someone else, who just placed an order instead. This got me really angry, because it meant I had to wait again. I'm not going back again.

These joker are clueless. Always been charged £3.50 for chicken tikka on naan. Never had an issue with having separate sauces (I hate the naan getting drenched in sauce). I also order £1 worth of donar meat too. So total cost: £4.50 On the last occasion, I rang to arrange collection and magically the price of the chicken tikka on naan had increased to £4 (even though their menu shows £3.70 - see attached pic). If I wanted separate sauce it'd be £4.50. Furthermore, the guy on the phone said minimum donar meat order is £2.50, not £1... ...so all of a sudden, where I'd pay £4.50 for chicken tikka on naan and donar meat, it's now costing £7. Absolute jokers. I told them to cancel the order, I'm not going to be collecting. Lastly, the ALWAYS serve customers they know first, queue jumping is a regular occurrence here. See other reviews. They've also got ZERO food hygiene rating. ZERO.

Well i called the shop and said hello a couple of times before getting a simple hello back after 10 seconds of the call. I then replied "are you going to speak bro?" And they cut the call off. Idk what the guy must've been dreaming about when he picked up the call but should save the dreaming for after. Shambolic!

Grew up eating from her since they opened. Cheese burger meal. The food is decent price is great. They have been consistent with their food. The bold guy that never smiles is actually a very nice guy. This is a place to go for cheap and cheerful food. You cannot go wrong. Fills up your belly. Why I like this place it's open till 2am so on a weekend ideal place for a cheeky burger.

These bloody mangys need to go on a health and hygiene course, I just found two hairs in my burger meal. Disgusting fix up or you will get deported.

Best donner in Birmingham. Hygiene is a problem in the shop and in the alleyway that connects to the meat shop. Apart from this keep up the hard work. Another issue please change your oil regurlary. Sometimes you have the best chips sometimes you have black burnt oily chips because your cutting money by doing that but chorestorol is a killer so please change the oil
