Wrong main delivered, I ordered lamb and ended up with chicken!

Bunch of clowns. I ordered through Just Eat they confirmed my order then 20 minutes later cancelled my order. When I rang to find out the guy couldn't even speak English properly and said Manager not here. Avoid ordering from these jokers!

Waiting well over an hour for Delivery. Was told it would only be 45. Won’t bother again.

Nice little takeaway with seating if you want. Especially like their hot drinks, my favourite being Cinnamon Karak Chai.

Love this place. They do a fantastic Achari. Way better than the much busier Millennium Balti a few doors down.

Tried here for the first time 14.8.21 and is one of the nicest take aways I've had, full of flavour, great portion sizes, lovely staff very friendly will definitely be back

Quick delivery always tasty food good value.

Had a meal from here last friday it was our first visit but we were so pleased with the food really delicious well cooked and so tasty its definitely our place to go for our take outs highly recommended.

I love this place . I was recommended it by some friends several years ago . Used it ever since . The vindaloo is amazing with plain naan. The staff are friendly . The delivery lads are so polite . I always leave a small tip . A must to try . Find out yourselves best wishes Steve C .

Used first time this evening and never again, absolutely vile, the curry had oil floating throughout the whole dish, ended up throwing it away, whole order was lukewarm, only appetising item out of the whole order was the cheese cake as already prepared elsewhere. Not for us and won't be trying again.

Since the refurb the food is a lot better, cooked fresh in the open plan kitchen. Friendly staff, parking is not easy. Only complaint is the tubs of mint yoghurt sauce are to small

It’s late night now , we ordered our takeaway in Masala Works and waited in the car outside, food arrived in time .Just loved every bit of it .The spicy sheesh kebab was so yummy , hats off to the chef .Packaging was so good to perfection.Dint like the fish pakora though, bit oily and soft but otherwise prawns , lamb tikka,Sheesh kebab and both of my chicken and sheesh wrap was the best I would say .Our kids enjoyed eating wraps 🤩We will comeback again for sure .

Excellent food! We have lived in the area for years and since going here I haven't had any other takeaway. The guys that run masala works and the chefs are great and all food is cooked fresh as you can watch it being made through the glass partition. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Never received my order. Would not answer the phone

Was told 1 hour for delivery, almost 3 hours and no sign. Disgusting.

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery, nobody answering phone, got through an hour ago and was told my delivery was next 10 to 15 mins... an hour later still waiting.147unanswered calls

Ordered 2 chicken tikka masala and got 5 tiny peices of chicken between them and an extreme amount of sauce. EXTREMELY watery! Very unhappy with the meal in all honesty. Popadoms are stale and salad must've been sitting on a warm surface all day. Think a refund is in order!

Waited nearly 2 hours food delivered to wrong address and food cold had to chase up otherwise I doubt I would have got it at all

Been ordering from here for three years, and have been very impressed every single time. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. Can't recommend them enough.

Food was bland - had to add salt. Too much sauce in curries & hardly any main ingredients. Both dishes we ordered tasted so similar even though they were totally different.Expensive dishes too. can get better at chennai dosa on Dudley Rd B'ham for way lower prices. Wouldn't recommend their chilli paneer, bombay aloo curry or samosas. Chapatti, naan & rice were okay. Did get free poppadom & mint sauce. Delivery was fairly quick for dinner time in the evening
