Really nice and fresh food My second time ordering on Uber eats now and both times food has been super fresh piping hot and tasty. Especially with the buy one get one free offer on chicken and rice it comes to like £4.50 a rice box which is the same portion as Pepe’s. Definatly reccomend cant reccomend enough and the rice and chicken and fries box with salad is also such a great bargain for the huge portion! You just can’t go wrong Thanks for the good food once again Amy x

I have tried the loaded fries and the loaded mexi chicken fries, loaded fries were delicious but the loaded chicken mexi fries were something else. The fries and chicken have always been tasty and the potato sticks with it make it even better. The loaded mexi chicken fries are 10/10, a personal favourite of mine and something I’d recommend you to try

Food was nice, service is almost clueless. Had to ask for sauces no salad with the food. You can tell the staff don't want to be there. If you run a business with this kind of staff you will do damage. I hate giving such reviews hence.why 3* not 2.but if the owners sees this and takes some action from it then it's only beneficial for them. I wish you the best.

Was feeling peckish one evening so went on to Uber eats and chilli flames had a buy 1 get 1 free offer on the chicken and rice which came to £12!! Bloody bargain!! Anyway, ordered it came within reasonable time and portions were big! The taste was exceptional! Will defo be ordering from there again 😊

Compelled to write a review about this Chilli Flames Birmingham. Ordered a classic 'can't mess it up' half pound cheese burger meal with a quarter chicken. TLDR; If you have fond memories of lackluster microwaved TV dinners from the early noughties then you've come to the right place! The burger was poorly made, beef patties were stale and dry, matter of fact it looked kind of gross and off putting. It wasn't hot, let alone piping hot; ordered with medium hot flavour but there were none, it was so bland. The fries were not hot, they tasted like they had been microwaved with that soft moist inner potato, just, why? The chicken was lukewarm and was not very appealing. Even the extra side of beans had a funny taste. Did not and could not finish the meal, felt wrong to eat this food. Genuinely a member of the clean plate club, it's a sunnah! But this establishment was not worthy! Credit where it's due; the hot chili sauce was very good, flavorful and full bodied, thick and saucy! I don't think I will visit another chili flames, they have potential with a great location and decent service, but they just failed to deliver an adequate meal.

Must avoid this place to eat as staff is very un-hygiene. I went to get some food from here last night and found out one of the staff had very long nails and touching food items without gloves or washing his hands. Another staff came out from cigarette break and start brushing and shoveling the floor and then without washing his hands, started to cook the chicken on the grill. the chicken. I had to ask them and keep watching that they don't touch my food without having new gloves. Very disgusting and staff doesn't have any comprehension or realisation about hygiene and cleanliness. They must be trained for hygiene standards and must make sure they cut their dirty long nails and must not touch any food items or utensils without washing hands after they clean the surfaces, shoveling the floor or having a cigarette break.

Have some consideration for people who are fasting. Utter joke! I had young kids fasting plus a few guests over and you don't even have the decency to let me know the order is running 1 hr over iftari time! If you called at least I would have collected instead! Not answering calls either! Pathetically run business!!

We ordered few times online and got delivered home and food portion size was OK fir the pruce but twice I tried eating in and the portion size is less and the sauce and chicken was not sufficient. My son ordered beef burger and they charged £8 and honestly you get double the quantity at mcdonalds and tastes gud too.. I was searching for my chicken in the chicken rice salad box 😅 not worth the money

The portion of strips was shocking! They were so thin and dry. That's not chicken strips. Also I didn't get the drinks I ordered. Rio tropical was awful. The whole chicken was tiny. The portions were ridiculous. We had to order more food in the end. After a tiring day at work this is not what you want to deal with.

So yum. Whole family enjoyed the food from here and we all had something different. Even hubby and he is very fussy. Would 1000% recommend if you haven't tried already. my first time but definitely will be back!

Items missing from order called them up and they told me to go away very rude on the phone

I placed an order for eat in and take out. The lady serving me didn’t smile once. She was quite rude and rolling her eyes. I ordered a flamed original pitta for myself and some food for my siblings. in the description on the menu it said that it has salad and perinase and the picture looked like it would have fresh salad. However, I got given a pitta bread full of coleslaw which I hate, because it makes me feel sick and I wasn’t told beforehand . The whole pitta bread was basically coleslaw and a bit of chicken that’s it, no perinase or salad as mentioned and shown in the picture. I am very disappointed with the customer service by the lady and then on top of that the food given.

I paid 2 parking tickets £60 each . This parking company robbing people. The takeaway should allowed atleast 1parking place.

Beaware of scam going on there, Food is absolutely disgusting, but if you park there, there front says it's FREE PARKING, but it is not ,and later the parking company sends you ticket which is a scam collaborated with the shop. I am going to challenge them, but I am waiting for a court order to me. Then I will proof how they scam normal people. When I went to the shop, the counter boy was already aware of this, its mean lots of other people must be having the same issue

Ordered a munchbox from these guys yesterday. First issue was them saying it would be ready in 5-10 minutes over the phone however it actually taking 40 minutes. Secondly…. It took that long to make because the workers were too busy overcooking everything. As a franchise let me give you some simple cooking advice… cooking chicken tenders and beef patties for 25 minutes is absolutely unnecessary and leads to dry, overcooked, non tender meat. Worst 25 quid I have ever spent. The flavours have potential but the overcooked meat definitely lets you down. Only decent thing was the loaded fries but even the chicken on that was harder than rock. Avoidavoidavoid.

Food was really expensive and was really dry. Do not get the beef or chicken burgers. Tortilla wrap was edible. Grilled wings were nice. I would only recommend ordering the grilled wings nothing else (over £4 for 2 wings)

Ordered via delivery app. I decided to try the whole grilled chicken with choice of flavour fiery hot. It wasn’t hot at all but a little sweet. However I won’t make an issue of this as it was delicious and well cooked. The price for a whole chicken on the app is listed as £16.95 and if they ever do charge this price then it’s a total rip off as the chicken was very small (see photo below showing the breast part). However they had a promotion on and I paid £10.19. My gut instinct tells me that £10.19 is the actual price and they just pretend on the app it’s £16.95 as a promotional gimmick. The dips I ordered with it are very salty and I would urge them to ease up on this. Final verdict: 4 stars out of 5 if permanent price is £10.19. 2 stars out of 5 if £16.95 is ever charged (you would have to put a gun to my head to pay this much for such a tiny chicken). 3 stars given as an average of these two possibilities.

Ordered trio rice box and had it delivered uber eats. Hair in the food as picture shows. Rang up and they expected me to drive to them. I expect them to come and drop me a fresh dish. If i wanted to come to the shop why would i get it via uber eats?!? Avoid.

I rang to give a phone order and i was put on hold for over 10 minutes so i decided to go in person and make the order and at first i was waiting for 5 mins as they chatted and joked amongst each other and finally came to assist i asked them for two portions of nacho fries and they said it will take 30 mins i told them about the phone but they didnt seem to care. Il never go back there and wouldnt advice anyone else to go there either

Ive Ordered from this place a few times and even left special instructions on the Order to send sauces separate, always being ignored and food is always cold I don't recommend this place at all I rather spend my money somewhere else so much better place's out there.i think all these so called food reviewers are getting paid by them to leave good reviews.

Food is 20 minutes late and cold

Visited here with 8 of my family members, i really enjoyed the grilled chicken, medium flavour. Their marination on the chicken is tasty, fries were a bit cold but overall i would come back.

I haven't been in the restaurant to eat but I've had a few orders from Uber Eats. To be honest I've only really ordered it as it says it was the fastest delivery time but most of the orders have had issues and it's consistently much slower than the time Uber says, so it's always late. The chips are always cold, the order instructions are repeatedly ignored and the food quality is poor (even the lettuce in the burgers/pittas is really bad!). I can't comment of what it's like when you go in but the countless errors on really simple delivery orders definitely make me want to avoid coming in at all. I really hope the restaurant gets this right as the uber eats support has been really poor as well

The food here is not edible, probably one of the worse beef ‘Angus’ burgers I’ve ever had. Appalling. It was so dry and over cooked. Customer service was alright. The whole menu is overpriced and definitely not worth it. Avoid at all costs.

The grilled chicken was a little bit sweet as opposed to hot which was ordered but the side peri wedges and fries were perfect!

As I walked in few customers were complaining about wasps circling around the small sitting area, when I heard the response of the service lady, I was a little shocked of the response she gave to them…”What can I do about it” so that was the atmosphere customers with the Menus trying to kill wasps. When our food for 2 arrived presentation was a little disappointing loaded fries & wings put on the tray with a liner underneath. Fries were cool in temperature than the loaded fries, burger was a typical chip shop burger and pitta chicken although asked for hot was very bland with soft soggy lettuce, however the wings were on point. Overall it looks great from the outside, however the team yearns for support and direction for someone with a little experience

This is the worst restaurants with no management on duty just watching on CCTV. I don't believe information on YouTube are true base on our experience. We had a worse experience with this Birmingham Chilli Flames Store. We sincerely apologies to other store working hard on build the name no way near compare with other Peri Chicken Restaurant. This is our point of view. Went in at night time wait for almost 1h for food to take away 2 full chicken is uncooked no taste, chicken wrap, chicken burger, panini and chicken with fries trays all chicken inside are dry like chewing gum and garlic bread the worst ever better to purchase in Lidl. also end up they forgot to put the spicy rice. The only thing taste good was the salad tray. Call to the store they knew it and apologize and ask us to come down to resolve this. Next day bring all the food back first the staff nicely apologize they said last night was busy and happy to resolve this. I told them to cook the same food what being pay for they said we need permission from management. The boss was on mobile phone was so rude and ask me to get out I am not given you free food. We are going there to review the food see how good it is according to youtube review but end up the worst experience we had recorded the video and conversation with staff. No standard of food we will never go back and will not recommend to anybody there are other restaurants better price given high standards of food to all customer no matter who you are. I don't have the boss name at this Birmingham branch he had no management experience or customer service skills whatsoever didn't come down to store just watching on CCTV. We didn't touch the full chicken just taste a bit and other food were taste by 5 people all went to the bin this is how worst the food is lucky we didn't had any food poisoning. Images should show how was if not enough we also make a video clip base on food. Your member of staff already check how much food were taken back to the store so we pay for food you didn't deliver the standard of food and service I am afraid.

Unbelievable that the are staff not informing customers that parking outside is not free. Getting PCN along with your meal makes it quite expensive takeaway order. Avoid.

Ordered from them over 40 times and when I phoned to let them know my food hadn't arrived they told me it's not there problem since they gave to the driver. No point showing any loyalty and I won't be ordering from them again.

I visited this place after seeing heymans review. Positives: decently priced, clean, quick and efficient staff. Chips and rice were good Negatives: unfortunately chicken was a major let down. I ordered fiery hot which was not hot at all, I would even say it was slightly sweet. Chicken was overcooked and hard. Definitely wasn’t tearing off the bone easily. I went at lunchtime and there seemed to be only 1 member of staff taking orders and serving food, perhaps that’s why quality of chicken was effected. I was hoping this place would be my replacement for Nando’s or Pepe’s or Rio’s, but unfortunately I definitely will not be ordering from Chilli Flames again.

Nice vlean place with good, very nice food. Beef burgers taste frozen but that is expected but chicken is nice and fresh. Love the tropical burger with pineapple and hunous and garlic bread. Definately recommend this place for a fusion of flavours if you are tired of bland Pepe's.

Got 2 full grilled chicken, loaded fried, 2 burgers and 2 sides plus bottle of coke for £37.99. I think it's very reasonable price. 5 people can be easily fed. Service was excellent and sitting area is very nice and clean. I would say their food is like Pepes, Piri Fino and Peppers. I would highly recommend this place if you fancy flaming grill chicken and burgers.

Let down to be honest. Prefer Pepe’s peri peri now that I have tried this place. Loaded fries are not much to brag about. Extra hot chicken which had a nice flavour but was not spicy at all. Also it was overcooked so was a little dry. Served hot “spicy” rice in paper plates as we ate in and it became flimsy, might as well serve it on tissue paper. We had a big enough order for 4 adults and 5 kids but the food came out in parts so some could eat whilst others waited. People after us were being served their food all together. The staff were struggling to cope. Let down with the service and food wasn’t anything extraordinary. Needs big improvement if they want to compete in this already saturated space.

I've been in Birmingham all day and decided to try Chilli Flames before heading back up North with my colleague. The Flame Fillet Burger with jalapeños and chilli bites was done to perfection but let down by too much sauce that somewhat drained the flavour out. Customer service was excellent, and the seating area was nice and clean. Will definitely go again, but tell staff to go easy on the sauces!

Service is great and food is fresh and fire

The food was good earlier, but now, for the last 3 visits, the quality of food and taste has changed drastically. No matter what food you order and what spice you order you just get extremely sour food.
