Costa Coffee in Birmingham

Brilliant service by Sonia, as someone who works in the customer service and coffee industry you can really tell when someone is going the extra mile and this is something Sonia did for every customer no matter how big the queue. LOVLEY hot chocolate with perfect milk. Only complaint I have is there should be more people working at this time for a morning rush, especially with the local college and businesses around, I don’t think it’s fair that she is running a shift 1 man in these conditions. However, Overall 10/10 will definitely be returning!!

I bought the mango bubble frappe but they didn't add the bubbles and just gave me mango milkshake 🙃 by the time I tasted it I was already away from the store couldn’t even get it replaced😔

the staff were really sweet, and really considerate. my mum likes her drink extra hot, and they made it the perfect temperature for her, and they even gave an extra babycinno to my little sister, who has disabilities. the coffee was great, as usual

I won't buy my coffee in Costa anymore. This is not the only time I found that Costa staffs made latte with worng procedure. They just foamed the milk and then pour the espresso in. This is totally worng. If someone think I am wrong. Think about different between Americano and long black.

My favourite costa i vist very regularly. All greet me with a smile, saying hello and asking how i am. I have lovely conversations with Sonia and Chrissie. They have the best customer service.

The Lady that served us was very proffesional she was polite and you could see she was busy and just kept going never flustered. I didnt get her name but she had amazing coloured hair.

Disappointed. Costa longbridge closes at 6, we got there about 5:50 to be told they’re closed. I understand staff want to clean the coffee machines and go home, but if the service says 6, then everything should be available until that time. I ended up going to Starbucks instead who didn’t turn our custom away!

My coffee was cold and tasted awful and you didn’t even put in a straw for the Berrie cold drink? When I ordered that for someone who actually can’t drink from a cup due to something wrong with there mouth. And the delivery driver walked up to someone else’s house . And I’d paid so I had to scream out the window it was my order ? Not happy at all and it took ages to come just for 2’drinks.

This is the best Costa I frequent (yes I visit a lot of Costa!) The managress Sonia is so welcoming. The team are always friendly and just brilliant. Coffee always perfect and the coffee shop is clean and tidy. Great to do a bit of work or meet friends. I can't recommend enough. Thank you lovelies. Especially to Sonia, Crissy and the wonderful team!

Delicious and warm when it arrived.

NONE of my order arrived - no phone call, no doorbell ring ( I was at home), and nothing left outside for me. Sorry but your delivery driver is lying, it wasn’t “Delivered”. A huge shame as I really like this branch of Costa.

This Costa coffee shop is in Longbridge village. Great to pop in for a coffee and snack. Christmas coffees and Christmas food.

Staff are so lovely and knowledgeable about allergies. We really appreciated their help and will definitely be back.

Free parking for 3 hours. The environment is clean and so far nice.

Love Costa, no other coffee shop has drinks and food as good. Longbridge site has plenty of parking, free for first 3 hours, plenty of shops there also

Clean and tidy tables. Friendly and quick service. Unfortunately there were no serviettes available, needed to be refilled.

this coffee shop place is small 😌 but the atmosphere is a little bit good. because shopping around is easier.

Coffee and crossiant. Asked if I would like it warmed and I said yes and it came out burned. Wasn't happy

There seems to always be a bit of a wait but I do love the ambience.

Not a bad Costa , although toilets could be serviced a bit more often as they were a bit dirty . Service was polite and fairly fast . Prices in line with most coffee shops

Every time I go in I have to move the trays and cups Left by previous customer and clean my own table as the staff never remove them after someone has left or wipe them down. I also find the drinks to be lass tasty than other Costa's. The fraps hardly have any sauce. Every time i rejected them after 1 sip. I will probably avoid the place going forward.

It's ok to chill for a while in the morning, a bit crowded close to midway .

Staff are horrendously rude, make you look stupid in front of other customers. Wouldn't go there again.

I was visiting the area and did not use this coffee bar but if I took a guess this Costa Coffee House is like all the others around the Country. A place to have a cup of coffee.

The hot chocolates and rocky road were fine, all of the available tables were full of dirty dishes however and the place wasn't even busy so it was pure laziness at this point. I had to clear a table before I could sit down with my daughter and an elderly man had to ask for a table to be cleared for him before he could sit down. Unacceptable to be honest.

I do like it at that Costa as it does toast which I like with my pot of tea I would recommend it

Always busy, very pleasant staff but maybe could do with more at times. Needs to be bigger as sometimes hard to get a seat

Costa New policy if you complain about there staff they ban you from the store!!! They all need some customer service training as there standards are substandard!!

Would be good if you could update opening times. My husband went over to purchase 3 Costas checked & stated was open until 7.30 pm , this was 18 00 hrs & was shut

Staff are not very helpful and are sometimes quite rude a much better service at Northfield and Selly Oak stores 😒

I love having my morning coffee with the roasted cheddar and tomato sandwich from Costa Longbridge. I wish that there will be some tables in the outdoor area once the restrictions are lifted. Maybe this is what I'm only missing these days. Staff are friendly and doing their best to provide a good service.

Staff do a really good job spacing out queues for costa. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Also they do grand job making coffee and serving customers.

I visit this place a lot and I don’t understand why they are so stingy with sugar, cutlery and serviettes. Feels like I am constantly begging. They never offer it and if I ask, I get dirty looks. If I am ordering something to take away, I obviously don’t have sugar and a spoon in my pocket. The people working here aren’t friendly and need to think more about their customer’s needs.

Not very good at all nothing to tell us to wait outside or that we had to place our order before we sat down then I'm told by the young man that we would have to leave because of the people in front would want the seats but there was 3 empty tables and only 2 people in front of me this is the worst service I have experienced at a costa for sure I will not be using this branch in the near future. Also I'm certain the young man sucked his teeth at me which when I challenged him he denied it
