Stopped off here a few days ago as it’s the only food place open during my lunch hour with parking on Lozells Road. Wasn’t expecting much to be honest. Just another chicken shop, right? Ordered a Mexicana Burger meal to takeaway. Waited inside on the really comfortable seats. Only a few other diners in the place, but background radio broke the silence Took about as long as I’d expect to cook chicken fresh. My number was called and I collected my food. Boss man asked about sauces. Chilli and Garlic mayo always! Drinks? An ICE COLD can of Vimto. Validated my parking and off I went. This food was BANGING! The chicken was piping hot, even after a 10 minute drive home. The nacho’s under the burger were STILL CRISPY!! I can’t stop thinking about that burger! The fries tasted amazing, although probably not as fresh as they could have been (I’d say a 3-5 minute cool down in the fry station). The Vimto…colder than my ex wife’s heart! The sauces…oh those sauces! The chilli was chutney style with just the right kick. The garlic mayo actually tasted like garlic! All in all, this place just moved into my top 5 stop offs for chicken burgers. Absolutely cracking job team. Whatever is working well…please keep doing it and I’ll keep coming back!

How Am I supposed to eat rice and chicken without any spon and fork?? I ordered it for takeout so that doesn’t mean I'm eating at home I maybe eating outside as well maybe in a park or somewhere else.I couldn’t eat my rice and chicken at my work cuz I didn't have any spon or fork in it😆😆 That girl who took my order you need to be more knowledge how to handle customers rather than using phone 5 mins or 10 mins later. Owner should be more strict about phone use in work time.

Love their food. Never had an issue....however we ordered via their OWN website for a collection in 15mins. Turned up at the store and they had no clue about the order. They then said to give them 10mins to prepare the food but it was much longer than that. Please do better as I really enjoy the food and would hate to not order due to the poor customer service. I ordered a whole chicken from Peppers City Takeout. I called ahead, and while the phone was constantly ringing, I was gonna leave it, However I was able to place my order. It did seem a little odd when I arrived to pick it up, as the restaurant wasn't particularly crowded, the phone However, the service I received once I was there was excellent – very friendly and efficient. The chicken itself was absolutely delicious – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. There was also a generous selection of sauces to choose from. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Peppers City Takeout. I'll certainly be back!

This place is very consistent in quality, freshness, and general service. It also has facilities such as parking, wc and much more. The staff are really good and friendly here. They are priced quite well also but they never sacrifice quality. They are not stingy with dips either which is rare in this and age! Overall I have to give a honest 5* review as I visit here almost every other week.

Food always used to come early but in the last 3 months has been late every single time! The food is good when it’s warm but rock hard when it’s cold.

I recently visited Peppers in Lozzels, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I decided to eat in the shop, thinking that freshly cooked food would be the best option. However, I was quite disappointed with what I received. First off, the food was cold. I ordered a burger, expecting it to be hot and juicy, but it was barely warm. It's really frustrating to sit in a restaurant and receive cold food when it's supposed to be freshly prepared. To make matters worse, the bun was hard and stale. It's like it had been sitting out for ages before being served to me. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just a one-time mistake, but the overall quality of the food was just not up to par. The flavors were bland, and the cold temperature made it even less enjoyable. It's disappointing because I had heard good things about Peppers, but my experience was far from what I expected. The service was okay, but that didn't make up for the poor quality of the food. Eating in the shop should have guaranteed a hot meal, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope they can improve their food quality and ensure that customers receive hot, fresh meals in the future. For now, I can't give more than 2 stars based on my experience.

Food had an odd smell, like something rotting, tasted bad too, the Wings and Half Chicken really tasted stale or odd. Will not order from this establishment again, was unwell for a couple of days, not impressed at all.

I ordered through uber eats. There driver first of couldn't find the address. Then delivered to the wrong address. So i paid for someone else to eat my food.He couldn't even speak English very well. I rang pepers they said its between you and the driver. Weren't interested. Diffinately won't be ever coming back. Be very careful when ordering a delivery..The driver was clearly lying saying he had delivered to my address when I had prove that he had not. On camera. When I challenged him he blocked me from calling him again. Pepers quite happy to take your money then tell you its between you and the driver. Very unhelpful. Never ever again will i use them again.
