Nice takeaway good food quality. Never had health issue after eating.

The food has changed and doesn’t taste the same. No matter what flavour you ask all you taste is lemon.

Came in the other day and was served by Malaika, I've never experienced such good customer service in a fast food restaurant! She was super friendly and prepared my order quickly, which was also delicious.

The worst food ever , the beef burger meal was too small a kids meal n over prized , also the wing meal sauce was too sour n the was too much sauce, overall the worst food I tried and the meal deal was over prized with small portions . Will never order from it again

Inaccurate information given by the staff, I have contact the customer service and they were not able to not able to solve this issue I had to put in place the order which was supposed to receive a 50% discount on using the code of TREAT50.

My first review! I always order loaded nachos from here ,Food came on time but the taste wasn’t good same as always it’s used to be. It was totally different and flavour wasn’t same , too much tomatoes also less cheese and as soon I had the food I have stomach aches! .I will never get food again from there.

Tell driver don’t call off Unkown number

This place is very consistent in quality, freshness, and general service. It also has facilities such as parking, wc and much more. The staff are really good and friendly here. They are priced quite well also but they never sacrifice quality. They are not stingy with dips either which is rare in this and age! Overall I have to give a honest 5* review as I visit here almost every other week.

Fast service with low price thanks

Food always used to come early but in the last 3 months has been late every single time! The food is good when it’s warm but rock hard when it’s cold.

Ordered from here literally 30 mins before they was closing, wasnt expecting the best food but i was wrong. The chicken was made fresh and so was the loaded fries, they also gave loads of mixed sauces.

You’ve tried all the other chicken places, now try the best. Great flavors! Took the family and they thoroughly enjoyed the food. A clean tidy place with engaging staff. The grill chef Shakeela came and checked on how we found the meal. Now that’s a nice touch! Well done…

The reason ive put 5* is because i have autism which means i can only bare certain textures ( soggy bun= burger in bin even if im starving) Not only do they never complain they havent really ever ignored my seemingly ridicolous needs. And that makes me feel appteciated and valued. Nothing but respect and appreciation to you, foods 9/10 🔥

I recently visited Peppers in Lozzels, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I decided to eat in the shop, thinking that freshly cooked food would be the best option. However, I was quite disappointed with what I received. First off, the food was cold. I ordered a burger, expecting it to be hot and juicy, but it was barely warm. It's really frustrating to sit in a restaurant and receive cold food when it's supposed to be freshly prepared. To make matters worse, the bun was hard and stale. It's like it had been sitting out for ages before being served to me. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just a one-time mistake, but the overall quality of the food was just not up to par. The flavors were bland, and the cold temperature made it even less enjoyable. It's disappointing because I had heard good things about Peppers, but my experience was far from what I expected. The service was okay, but that didn't make up for the poor quality of the food. Eating in the shop should have guaranteed a hot meal, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope they can improve their food quality and ensure that customers receive hot, fresh meals in the future. For now, I can't give more than 2 stars based on my experience.

Peppers is a must-visit for peri peri chicken lovers! The chicken is always juicy and perfectly seasoned, with a deliciously spicy peri peri sauce that packs just the right punch. Food had an odd smell, like something rotting, tasted bad too, the Wings and Half Chicken really tasted stale or odd. Will not order from this establishment again, was unwell for a couple of days, not impressed at all.

Nice quick place to eat, unfortunately server gave our order to someone else and the other customers told server it wasnt theirs. Already we were running short on time as my friend had to pick up her kids from school. Ruined experience, but can't fault food and we had to rush and take most of it with us.

I ordered through uber eats. There driver first of couldn't find the address. Then delivered to the wrong address. So i paid for someone else to eat my food.He couldn't even speak English very well. I rang pepers they said its between you and the driver. Weren't interested. Diffinately won't be ever coming back. Be very careful when ordering a delivery..The driver was clearly lying saying he had delivered to my address when I had prove that he had not. On camera. When I challenged him he blocked me from calling him again. Pepers quite happy to take your money then tell you its between you and the driver. Very unhelpful. Never ever again will i use them again.

Im a regular customer at peppers,come here often. The food has always been very tasty just how i like it Alhamdulillah! Credit to shakila who’s wrked here since day one and has always been welcoming. Lozells would never be the same without peppers.

Always been a regular here until today, trying to order through their website and it’s making me add unnecessary items to complete my order which I don’t need. So I called in, only for the phone to be answered by the most unhelpful unbothered young lady who has no customer skills whatsoever, no effort was put in at all to try and help me, instead she’s telling me to contact the company which manages their ordering website platform; not my job. Eventually, asked for delivery over the phone, they DONT accept delivery orders though the phone, so I asked for a collection order but to honour the online discount of 15% I would have got plus delivered to my house. But no she insisted. I’m coming to collect the food myself and still she says that she can’t do anything to help me or honour the price, rambling on to call foodhub myself, she could have spoken to her colleagues in all that time and sorted something out for me. She didn’t even ask anyone, whether that it would be possible or not to do this for me, she didn’t even try, didn’t care. Inexperienced staff who can’t take own initiative of a situation where the problem lies on their side, you just had to meet me halfway but couldn’t even do that. Anyway food has always been amazing from here, I’m keeping the 6 additional fasts and just wanted to order some food to open my fast with my family. I wasn’t asking for much, they could have taken some compromise and worked with me but chose not to, the staff are letting this place down. Loved the food from here and always ordered regularly but will not be ordering from here no more.

Food was late by 20mins rang the takeaway said another 20mins this is a regular thing now i preorder before opening time and 50% of the time the food is late...i would like a partial refund as i am now sat here waiting for my food after opening my fast

Mega fillet chicken burger was HUGE! And most importantly delicious 👍 Definitely going just for that. Peri peri chicken & rice was nice and the chicken pieces were large succulent chunks. I highly recommend. Loaded fries with cheese & generous pieces of succulent chicken was another favourite. Double cheeseburger meal and it's smaller double version were okay in taste but was expecting something better for the price. Fries were nice, Peppers own brand chilli sauce is delicious but they only give tiny amount! Also drinks would be better served ice cold. Quarter peri chicken was average and not worth the price when the same quality is available cheaper nearby.

I still haven’t received my order, telling me the shop was busy is not a good enough reason when I called to the time frame that was stated. If the shop is busy the time stated should be changed.
