Visited August 2024, absolutely fabulous service. Caring team members to parents and children. A special shout out to Tasha who help a distraught parent with kindness and reassurance. Very impressed.

Me and my partner came for food yesterday morning, food was fantastic and service was amazing too. We was served my a lovely lady called Sally who was very cheerful and polite. Really seemed like someone who enjoys her job and has great customer service skills. Many thanks. Joss Evans.

I visited your restaurant as a family of five, drawn in by the reputation for tasty food. However, my recent experience was frankly appalling. As a regular at Harvester, I expected better. Getting seated took us 10 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon, despite only two other tables being occupied, and not a single apology was offered. While the food was nice and came out quickly, the service was dismal. As a restaurant manager myself, I can tell you this doesn't meet any acceptable standard. We waited over 30 minutes just to pay, followed by another 20 minutes for someone to take our payment. The food may be great, but the customer service needs a serious overhaul. You really need to sort this out.

Visited this harvester on a Monday lunchtime, to be greeted by a young man named Richard who showed me to my seat. Sally, my server was lovely and Liam came over to greet me and made sure everything was OK. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and really good food. Chloe also made herself known to me and added to the attentive nature of the venue. All I all a very pleasant experience at a reasonable cost. I will definitely be eating there again.

Kat was our server today. She was very good, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The only bad thing was we ordered garlic bread with cheese, and when it came out we thought it was a piece of sponge cake and custard! It certainly didn't look like garlic bread with cheese. Kat changed it for us, no problem

Very disappointed today. We arrived at just after 8pm and were shown to our table quite swiftly. However that was it. No one asked us for drinks or for our food order. Waited close to 20 mins catching the eye of several waiters who simply turned away. I understand that it may not be their serving area but a courtesy acknowledgement wouldn't have gone astray. In the end we just got up and left no staff bothered to make any interaction.

Not been to this Harvester before ended up here because the others were full, pleasantly surprised.

It's like stepping back to 1985. Great service tho. Food is rank. Drinks are filled with ice so you only get a couple of mouth fulls. Salad really needs changing or at least monitoring. .. dated.. 5-7-24

Terrible service got took to our table and had the menus threw on the table and waitress walked away small portions jacket potato black hardley any potato inside looked liked it had been cooked and left all day had to find someone to ask for the bill two girls rude seemed like everything was to much trouble for them

We've been 3 times now as it's conveniently located and accessible for the wheelchair user in the family. The service is always efficient and friendly, and the place is clean and nicely decorated. However, the food has been a letdown every time. Yes, the salad bar is great, but I've now had 3 different menu choices and they've been average at best - convenience food that would have tasted better (and at least hot) if I'd cooked it from my own freezer at home. 3 visits is definitely enough.

We went for and evening meal. But mainly to pick up some Red Devil sauce for my son. The server Shantelle was welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Really great, we were they as a large group and we were well accommodated. I brought in a birthday cake, and they put it somewhere cold so it didn't melt.

Amazing breakfast, plenty of food, very filling, our server Kat is amazing! Even went next door to grab me some brown sauce when they had ran out! Now that is service :-)

Went in just me and my 1 year old daughter. Sally sorted us out and was amazing, helpful at every step. Went out of her way to do things like sorting my refillable drink out so I didn't have to leave my daughter and cleaning my daughters plate for us. 10/10 for service. Thabk you Sally!

Went for a family breakfast today for my Birthday and was greeted and served by Kat. She went above and beyond a normal customer service she was so polite, welcoming and I had my 5 month old daughter with me and she was sooo lovely she did nothing but smile. Thank you will be coming again !

Went for breakfast with my dad, it was so lovely in there. The lady who was serving us was Sally, she was so kind and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and had such a lovely attitude bless her. Always a nice experience there.

omg where do i start. Troy made my day, he’s so polite and sweet i could talk to him for hours on end. The food was amazing, me and my mom couldn’t even walk we was so stuffed. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Best restaurant ever!! Troy, you’re the best!

Me and my friend came here for breakfast this morning and we were greater by a lovely member of staff - Kat I had the Berry Waffle which came presented beautifully and was delicious. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. I'd rate coming back

I had an exceptional visit to the Harvester at the Fort Shopping Park today. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Our server, Sally, was outstanding—she welcomed us with a friendly smile and provided superb customer service throughout our visit. I was dining with my 76-year-old mother, and Sally's attentiveness made our experience memorable. She promptly brought our drinks without us needing to leave our seats and took the time to engage with my mother, making her day. The food was exceptional: hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. My mother enjoyed the rump steak, while I had the ultimate mixed grill, both prepared to perfection. The salad bar was well-stocked, and Sally’s continued service during our meal was impeccable. She even offered to refill our self-serve drinks, a gesture I’ve never encountered elsewhere. When the bill came, Sally's friendly conversation added a lovely touch to the end of our meal. This visit was fantastic, largely due to Sally’s exceptional service. She is a true asset to the Harvester team, and her kindness and enthusiasm have ensured that we will return soon. A fantastic meal all around.

On entering 2 members of staff ignored us. They were talking to each other whilst cleaning the table near to the door. When we was taken to our table the floor was disgusting. A full slice of pizza on the floor with various other bits of food. I turned to ask for another table and the staff member had gone. I waited to catch someone's attention but in the end went to the bar and asked could our table could be cleaned or us be moved. The bar guy couldn't get anyone's attention, so he came and cleaned it up and apologised. Staff were slow, it wasn't particularly busy. The food was the saving grace. It was really nice. I had to go to the bar to pay the bill as we couldn't get staffs attention to ask for it. I won't be rushing back. We all had the chicken stack with sides.

Had a wonderful lunch today, popped in whilst shopping to be met by Tasha who was very welcoming on arrival. The restaurant was spotless and music levels were just right for a afternoon lunch. Our food was delivered with 12 minutes which was great and was delicious ,looked clean and was a nice temperature so knew it hadn't just been warmed up. We will definitely be popping back in on our next shopping trip.

Opted for a late breakfast here today....Served by the lovely Kat Such a lovely personality very genuine.. The breakfast was cooked and presented well we also had the salad, again delicious and fresh. Highly recommend a visit here .

Had a lovely visit on monday, amazing staff and amazing food lovely atmosphere everything we were looking for for lunch, manager was lovley and our server was great would recommend.

Briefly Have visited in the past few months , not a real issue other than breakfast No scrambled eggs then ,within 8 minutes of ordering others had scrambled eggs on the menu 🤔 Last visit main meal chicken under cooked , waitress spoken too then told will remake. Then waited 14 minutes to have just the chicken given back the rest of meal was then cold ,again spoke to waitress who asked the manager to see me. Just said sorry about that😳🤔 After that encounter no one approached our table. I went to the bar spoke to the manager who then said the waitress was wrong not to have given you a fresh meal 🤔 I'll give you £10 discount.😳 In total I paid £8 then the £14 for my daughter's meal.total£22. Very disappointed with the whole experience 😔

Tonight I had my dinner with my family at the harvester fort in Birmingham, Absolutely rubbish service and a very confusing offers not clear from the waiters, long wait for the food , chicken dry and the bill was full of extra not explained clearly from the menu and the staff. Definitely won't see me and my money again. Absolutely rubbish.

Despite being short staffed, the waitress who served us (Shanelle) was very friendly and apologetic for the wait (even though we didn’t mind at all having to wait). She was polite and friendly with us

Miserable waitress I was going to order dessert after dInner but got completely ignored & I couldn't get my first choice of meal I ordered had to choose alternative but when checking the bill before payment they were trying to charge me for both
