Popped in for a quick drink and ended up staying on as the band were brilliant.

Karaoke night! Brilliant atmosphere lots of fun and giggles.

Went in last night had a mix grill. Fries was cold when they come out and onion rings was cooked in all I can say was dirty old oil tasted absolutely disgusting. Ended up leaving half my meal 😒 Not impressed never again.

The Towers is a pleasant pub with good quality food and great value. Staff always friendly.

Came here tonight and the quiz was great. The food was also 5 stars highly recommend the boss burger and the service was great too. Carrie who brought our food over was so polite and hardworking and even checked back to make sure we were happy with our food. Highly recommend.

Poor Customer service, Staff Not welcoming, You dont even get basic Hello or Please & Thank you when you get served, As most of the staff working there were miserable and food is Average.

Received a parking ticket for £100 yet was only in the car park for 17 minutes. No clear sign posting and staff didn’t say a thing or ask for my reg.

Was a great experience at the towers. The food was really good. They did mention that there was a 30 minute wait which was great as at least we were told! Will definitely be coming back again!

The food was incredible, I had the tandoori skewers and they were cooked perfectly. Would definitely come back again.

Did not see you had to pay for parking - went in for one drink the staff didn’t say a word. I saw other people just park up too didn’t see them do anything. Being asked to pay£100 fine what a joke

Rude Asian bartender with a horrid attitude shouting at customers trying to order when there was no need.

Was incredibly busy, with few staff. But Kerry and Jade made sure we didn't have to wait for our drinks & food for too long. Exceptional service! The food was great too!

I visited the pub on Monday for dinner with a friend. The food was lovely and good value for money. The new menu is great, great variety of food for everyone. The staff were very polite. They also have a range of entertainment throughout the year.

Haven't been to my local for a while, went for a meal and drink and ate outside as weather was good. Had tandoori chicken skewers and sharing dessert and both were really nice. Service was good and will definitely use more often.

Love the towers normally but on the visit the food was a bit bland compared to other times and the food wasn't cooked like it normally is what a shame really I not be going there again in a rush father in law ended up with belly ache and next morning was sick.

Great staff very helpful when ordering meals

Lived near here for over 4 years and decided the night before to book a table and to watch the England semi final. Staff were all very welcoming and the food was really nice. The evening was so pleasant that I booked another table for the final. Was phoned day after to confirm the booking and they had no issues when I added 2 more people even though it meant having to move the table. On the evening was a live band on and a really good atmosphere (well it was supposed to be coming home).Not once were we made to feel like new faces or unwelcomed by any of the locals and considering how busy they where the food was again really nice and tasty. We all said we will happily take a walk up and visit it more often. .

Wish I could give it zero stars because that’s what this pub deserves I come to watch the football with family all the staff are rude you don’t feel welcome and you just want to get out soon as your in here the whole atmosphere is just awful I don’t rate this place at all

Food was lovely and came quick, atmosphere was great and Barr staff were friendly

I have had mixed experiences at this pub in the past, but lately, it has been nothing but positive. The food is served in reasonable time, prepared how we have requested and the staff are very friendly. The only issue is that when ordering on the app, some items seem to be always missing or not available, most notably, smaller sized drinks. However, when I order at the bar, they are not out of stock at all. All in all, a nice pub to have a meal at and throw back a few drinks.

Had my daughter 18th in the family room. excellent service and the bronze buffet was well worth the money. Lovely atmosphere,lovely staff so helpful.

Its was alright for the afternoon but later on did not enjoy the music it was too loud, while eating. Food & drinks were okay could of done with some more flavourings, Would like to have seen some cider on tap like Stowfords or Inches. The two waiters were quick at bringing the food out and cleaning the table. The bar staff were friendly. Large free open carpark, but you have to remember to register your car inside

Popped in for food a big group of us, they was very accommodating making sure we was all sat together and all comfortable food was lovely and the staff was all very friendly all an all it was a lovely experience.

Tasty food, nice service, local pub!

Ordered meal with 2 family members. They told me they didn't have my choice while they were bringing out the other 2 meals, without an apology. I ordered something else quickly and had to wait while the others ate. The only thing edible was the chips so when they came to take my plate away I asked for a refund of £5, which is reasonable considering the meal was just under £10. They still did not apologise but said the manager would be coming to talk to me. After waiting another 10 minutes, I decided to walk out before losing my temper. This is no way to treat a customer 😡

Another lovely few hours spent in The Towers with our lovely friends. We also had a lovely meal.

I come to the towers today for some food and drinks I had the hunter chicken was very nice and good for the money the lady that severe me Kim with a black shirt was very friendly and nice to talk to I well definitely be coming back

Came in when a lady called jade served me and my son she was so polite and served us very quickly she was kind to my son that was unsure to what he wanted to eat, what a lovely pub to visit with family highly recommended

This was the first time I attended at the very start of service. Opening was very prompt and the staff were very friendly and helpful as I also made an enquiry about securing another booking later on in the month. Being early we were able to secure a table in our chosen location. The lady behind the bar took our drinks orders promptly. Our food orders were taken when we were ready and everything was cooked to our liking. I look forward to my next visit to The Towers Inn.

First of all I want to say how lovely Simon is, from the get go he was so polite and very welcoming. This pub has always been our first choice of meet ups, fab location on bus route (we can drink & bus it home...ha!). Good food selection and great atmosphere. Its the friendly staff tbh there, enough to make you want to come back. Thanks Simon for the banter and going that extra mile!

Had a lovely meal at the towers last night, atmosphere was great and the service was wonderful especially from the waiter called Liam.

Welcomed in by Liam lovely chap will definitely come again.

Only came in for a few drinks and side dishes, Liam delivered our food and had a good laugh with him.

Went to the Towers on Thursday 14th to try the new menu. The food was great and the service from Jade who looked after us all afternoon was fantastic. Will return.

I came into the towers with my family for a Meal. Simon welcomed us in and was very helpful with explaining the menu to us. He helped my elderly parents by bringing drinks over to the table. He was a delight. He checked in on how our meal was and also recommended desserts, which went down well. A very helpful young man. Thank you

I wasn't going to eat on our arrival at the Towers but chatting to a barman, Simon ,he explained it was a recently new menu and well worth trying .It certainly was !Thankyou Simon.

Had food and drinks on Thursday we was served by jade who was lovely will definitely eat here again.

We have been to the Towers many a time for family celebrations. This time, however, I was a little disappointed. We waited almost 2 hours for our food to come out, and some of the food was below average, to say the least. The staff were very apologetic for the time it took to serve our fod. The bar staff were very quick to serve and friendly. Despite this, We will be thinking twice, unfortunately, before visiting again.

I orderd hunters chicken and was not pleased as had to Wait 48 minutes for burnt and cold food and had no apologie for the long wait Never going back there as had bad experience

Came in today booked a table for 2 - asked a member of staff I feel she was a supervisor possibly as she didn’t have uniform on, brown shoulder length hair and she started rambling on about there’s no spare tables - I advised again I had a booked table!! She then starts saying she needs a booth back within a hour - I hadn’t booked a booth I booked a table ?? Then when I asked where exactly was we sitting she pointed to some table with no chairs with a tv screen directly above the table so you nearly banged your head to sit there - we felt like a inconvenience and we had actually booked!! Food took long to come out too - next time I’ll go to the beeches pub, better service all around

Been to this pub multiple times and always lived it. The atmosphere is great and it's never too loud. The food is AMAZING and never takes too long to be served after ordering. The staff are all lovely, polite and very helpful if needed. The place is kept very nice. The lady who served me recently (Holly) had fast service, was polite, patient and nice to talk to. Would definitely recommend going here.

Had booked a table for Tuesday 16th January. For mum to celebrate her 80th birthday with friends. Ordered food and drinks (not the issue) only to hear last orders bell ring at 845pm. Unable to order puddings as kitchen was closing. Other friends had turned up for a drink only to be refused. Wasn't told that pub was closing early when booked or upon arrival. Even though food was lovely, the whole closing up early spoilt her birthday night, as she felt not welcome and rushed to leave the pub.

Very poor customer service. The food takes over an hour to come and is very under whelming when it does. Management seem just as poorly trained on the service as the bar staff. Not really sure how they are still going...

Came here for New years Day dinner. We had the steak and chicken sizzler, which is really delicious. Apart from the salt 🧂 on the chips, we don't add salt to anything, so it's not nice.

Food in genral was not enjoyable, not one waiter came round to see if everything was ok won't be visiting again as there is better places about.

Just had the most wonderful Christmas lunch today, well done to everyone. Fantastic atmosphere and lovely touches at the table. Five stars and more. Thankyou very much for a wonderful afternoon 😊

The towers inn has housed me and friends for years, we try for every Friday or Saturday enjoying drinks and food with all of us. The staff have always looked after us and catered to our needs. The kitchen food is always good and drinks are insane.

Bustling pub with plenty of usual beers available. Cask ale wasn't up to standard but the guys I was with go regularly and enjoy it so maybe I got unlucky

Nice pub weekends can be lively, music, food an some entertainment from dj dave loool, never had food but looked decent

Booked the small side room to meet up with family and it was great, staff were really good, some of us had food that was lovely too. 😁
