Subway in Birmingham

This subway is always so consist with the food and service, very quick with their orders with very friendly staff. When I was served today Arti was very helpful always with a smile on her face

The food was disgusting, and the person behind the counter kicked me and my partner out because it was "15 minutes before close." She also chose to not cut our sandwiches because she didn't want to have to wash the knife. The bread in one of the sandwiches was also rock solid, and cracked one of my teeth.

Terrible. Can’t even deliver the right sandwich!

So angry! Food took 2 hours tried calling up they couldn’t tell me as once driver is gone they have no records. Food turned up cold also.

Unfortunately my order was wrong... Again..

Never tried or tasted Subway b4. Will be ordering again. Thank you.

The staff are really friendly. The food is great too. Very clean place.

Delivery driver made awful excuse to not come up to 1st floor flat, saying the door wouldn't open. Magically it opened instantly when I went down to collect the food!!!

driver wouldn't come to the door despite clear instructions and an accurate pin. We had to come and find him. Food was also cold and lacking in fillings.

Was a lovely meal. They just forgot to put in my Tangy Cheese Doritos Crisps, which was slightly disappointing. Generally good food mind.

They sent me the bread with salad but no filling that I ordered! How complicated is a sandwich??? Won’t be using again

Food took 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive. It was a salad. Just eat stated it would be 25-30 mins. I didn't accept the order because of the lateness. The issue was caused by Just Eat not allocating a driver in time apparently. I will be deleting my app if not rectified.

Friendly service and always clean and obviously lovely food!

Staff friendly. But filling was not as generous as other subway I've been to.

Not worth visiting, better places to get lunch in the area, wouldn’t return

The filling is always so short. Once I sent my 10 years old son to buy a 6inch chicken tikka sandwich and he was charged a foot long price! No wonder why this Subway is so quiet even if it is on a busy Road!

Ordered an uber eats as a treat. Extremely disappointed! Sandwiches were thrown together and incorrect from the order made. When calling to advise the person the phone was Extremely rude and unhelpful, hung up on me twice and my issue of a terrible dinner was unresolved. I will not be using this subway ever again!!

Food was ok. Wasn’t overly warm or fillings as much as normal. Just ok

Half of my order is missing. This isn’t the first time I have ordered from this subway and this has happened. I can only assume that they “forgot” to put half my order in the bag again. I have contacted JustEat but they are yet to resolve this. I wouldn’t order from this subway again.

Tastless, cold, soggy food. The nacho chicken was ok, cheese bites was tastless, not crispy. Crinkle wedges was less for a large portion as we expected. Total disappointed for £20. :( I ate more than my BF, just because it was expensive for the quality worth. Never order this again. Sorry.

Did not order sweet corn,, covered in sweet corn, ordered double meat and it certainly didn’t look like double ordered lettuce and couldn’t hardly find any. I ordered as it’s a new place and I thought I’d support it, they really need to take more care with the order details

Usless order never turned up and it says delivered on app !!!!! Can’t even get the money back !!!!!!!

Everything was still hot , exactly what we ordered . Perfectly packaged , happy with the service received .

Really good branch. The Staff are very friendly and good. The food tastes nice. Definitely recommend it👍
