I visited Pure Vegi today after a long time with my wife, and even though there were new owners, I was very happy with the quality customer service from the very kind Sardar Ji. The noodles, pasta and large fries were all cooked to fresh perfection and we both relished it with great enjoyment. The price weren't too bad either. Overall great vegetarian restaurant with great attentive customer service and be sure not to miss it. 10/10

I went there with my friend and our mothers and the most perfect girls double date x we loved the food and the portions were also amazing, neither too much nor too little. Amazing place, would 100% recommend to anyone looking to grab some quality and delicious food!!

I recently revisited Pure Vegi after a few years and was pleasantly surprised by the changes. The place is now more spacious with additional seating options. I only had the veg noodles as we were just passing by and craving some, but it was a good portion at a great price. The vibe was nice, and many items on the menu looked appetizing and were reasonably priced. The service was good and friendly, making for an enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Just visited purevegi Soho rd with family. We were well received and welcomed by the young 'Gary Singh.' After my initial enquiry, l was informed purevegi had undergone a new management a week ago. There was a clear difference in the delivery, taste and overall experience at this cosy restaurant. I am usually reluctant to make any reviews, however when big changes are created, then a highly recommendation visit is the least l could do. Well done to the whole team at purevegi. Especially to Gary Singh who orchestrated the whole dining experience to perfection. We will be definitely marking the calendar at home.

Driver was so rude and very unprofessional he try to run away with my food fortunately i went out on time so he stop and give it me with anger. He just give me muss call first i call him back so he pickup my call and just say Delivery and hangup the call then i go out side he was in his car only in road and try to run way with my food. I don’t want refund or compensation i just report this incidence because it want repeat it again with any one. This behaviour is not acceptable at all.

Since the new owners have taken over the shop has been more busier than it did before. The vegetarian menu is so much better so much variety and choices to choose from. Have eaten in and also taken out food is always piping hot, fresh and filled with so much flavour. The customer service is always good they’re always very friendly.

No option to give 0 Start otherwise i would give them 0, truly un professional i ordered pizza they advise me to wait 1 hour 30 mint i wait for the whole time gave them call, lady answering ph asking to wait another 30 min and stop responding afterwards absolute ridiculous, not going to order again from them

We visited this place at 10:15 for a dinning order and they said we can’t do dine in now. This close for dine in. But on place is open till 11. Never mentioned anywhere for the timing about the dine in time. Don’t know about the food. But service is rubbish.

Me and my wife arrived at Pure vegi to try out their breakfast menu for the first time. One of the best vegetarian breakfast menu I have seen. We enjoyed the aloo parathas with the samosa chaat. We would definitely return again to try other items on the menu. Food came out quick and fresh. Food was excellent Service was excellent Highly recommend.

We had aloo praotey requested plain praotey which they don’t usually do for our kids. Got to say they were just like homemade fresh praotey which we really enjoyed. Good service and a nice clean place.

We came for a birthday get together for my mum’s 57th. The cutlery and table was such a clean and comfortable atmosphere !! The service was really friendly, the food all came out at the same time and was really hot. They didn’t rush us at all !! We are regulars anyways but we will definitely be coming again for more celebrations!!! Definitely recommend - we always get such consistent quality at every visit !!

As my mum ordered 2 burgers online last night while having a first bite of moving mountain burger I found a plastic strip with cheese slice all my mood was spoiled even was shocked how a person can irresponsible while preparing food leave plastic with cheese I tried to make a complaint over the phone all the lines were busy. It can be a life threat. should be careful while preparing food for customers.would not order again

Came in for breakfast and it was amazing. Super filling. Keema and gobi parontha was super tasty as was the veggie boss breakfast. 100% recommended. Great service is the cherry on top

Me and my friend went out for dinner. It was 9:30 in the night and all the restaurants were closed. But luckily pure veg was open. We ordered at the reception but the restaurant was about to close but Garry great us very nicely and allowed us to sit there and eat. The food was very good. Ambience was very good. Highly recommended place on Soho Road. More thanks to Garry for his hospitality.

Although a small shop almost like a kebab shop, they had a few seating places, but the food was amazing. We had pizzas, burgers, chips, paneer, chole bhature and nothing disappointed. Service top notch for a small shop and food cam out piping hot! The gentleman who served us made sure we were happy with the food and looked after us well. Hopefully he opens one in London soon upon our request! Thank you Pure Vegi for a lovely meal and service! 10 stars!

I ordered veg manchurian honestly I didn’t like because too much tomato sauce added even without soya sauce and the manchurian balls were extra fried from outside and not cooked from inside which means fried very hot oil but the service and atmosphere like it . Thank you

Found this place by chance after having been turned down from another place to eat-in but our experience was very pleasant . Good food , good value for money . Prices very fair , good service . Small but clean place . Will look forward to come back whenever back in Birmingham .

I ordered a pizza on phone and the operator said collect with in 15 minutes after 14 minutes I'll be at shop they said we will ready to cook pizza with in 1 minutes very bad service very bad experience but Mr Singh pizza service better than pure vegi pizza very bad experience it's night time we are waiting from another 15 minutes for pizza if it's not ready on time why they said to come early

Horrible place. Left the wrappers of kinder bueno in the milkshake left my son choking on the full metal wrappers. Do not recommend whatsoever. Disgusting. Called them and didn’t even understand and laughed right in my face hanging up the phone. HORRIBLE PLACE🤮🤮🤮

Collected food last night. Paneer wraps were cold and had no flavour. Pizza was really chewy. Masala chips undercooked and bland. Had to wait an extra 15 mins Really disappointed

Pre this review, I'd have given this place 5 stars. The portion size was great, really fresh food! However now, I'd rate them 2 stars. And that's being fair. We'd ordered 4 pizza via Uber eats. We tried to call them directly however they didn't answer the phone twice in 20mins. 1 pizza was vegan which was good that they were able to cater for us. The other 3, large pizzas. They were ready on time as the app said. All the pizzas were salty and we all had upset stomachs the day after. We will now not be eating here after this experience again - eat in or take out.

Small casual dining place, has more of a takeaway feel. Lots of items on the menu and all the usual junk food favourites. We ordered a vegan pizza, it came out hot, fresh and tasted great. My only criticism is the place felt like it could be cleaner, the table and menus were sticky, but overall we enjoyed our meal.

After reading so many good reviews, we stopped there for lunch. Reasonable prices, good vegie options, friendly staff and pizza was delicious. However, I am giving 4 stars because tables were not clean and the menu given to us was greasy.

We had an amazing experience, starting from tasty food and amazing service and friendly staff. "My son (7 yrs) wanted to come here everyday!!! After negotiations brought it down to 1 day a year." This restaurant has really done a 360. The customer service, food and the look of the restaurant on the whole is really good! Would recommend the tandoori paneer wrap and tandoori pizza, full of flavour and filling:)

Tandoori Paneer Large pizza...is out of this world...best Indian flavor pizza I have ever had in UK...and its not just loaded with cheese..but perfect combination of dough, cheese and veggies and spices.

Popped in 2 weeks ago with my mate. Where do I start the customer service was great the woman at the counter greeted us with a smile, and was happy to help. I also love the fact even though being a fast food restaurant she popped over to our table to see if we liked our food, loved this. The food well where do I begin the mixed grill is probably the best I've had, full of flavours. We also ordered a tandoori paneer pizza which has to be their selling point, if your looking for pizza that you can eat and not make you feel sluggish after then this is your spot! Overall what a great place to be the decor is very homely and atmosphere is chilled, only drawback I could think of was waiting time but honestly the food makes up for it and I believe its because everything is made to order and not pre-made! Well done Pure Vegi you got a new regular customer in me!

My husband ordered from here yesterday, and we were very disappointed. After he ate his chicken burger and popcorn chicken, his stomach turned, and was violently sick. This then followed with diarrhoea for the rest of the night. Sickness continued as well so all in all we were very disappointed. We will definitely not be ordering again.

Visited with family whilst suit shopping, as a veggie it caught my eye when travelling down the infamous soho road, so popped in. Food was lovely the beyond meat burger was spot on - juicy and succulent! Only downside was waiting on time, but they were very busy with Uber drivers flowing in and out - good sign busy means good food with the locals! And I must say food was worth the wait!

The service was brilliant and the place was nice and clean..preferred the creamy white pasta and chili paneer naan. Would recommend coming again

So, we were passing to go to a fast food place near here, that has a huge yellow M sign(no promo for them lol) so by chance we saw this place & turned around n went in. Ordered food not thinking anything of it! Then bam…. Wowwwww….. the food here is 10/10!!!!! Absolutely beautiful. I was not expecting it to be as nice to be honest. We ate in and couldn’t finish all of our food so obviously took a doggy bag home with us! I live all the way in Longbridge so will DEFFO be driving over at least once a wee…..month to buy their beautiful food. Service was quick. Servers were friendly, polite & asked us if we needed anything else. This place needs to open a store near me, just for me really 😂😂 but yeh, its worth the drive! Thanks guys, see you soon ☺️🙌🏽 only thing I’d say is the layout of the menu lets you down. As like I said, I wasn’t expecting what came out just off the menu so maybe a little more explanation of dishes on your menu? But yeh, is it bad if I visit you everyday 😂 no, i need to actually cook at some point 😂

Lovely food, personally my favourite is the meat feast pizza and the chicken style burger, food did take a bit longer than anticipated but worth the wait!
