Always great friendly staff, they can’t do enough for the family, nothing is ever to much trouble, food is excellent

We were met by a wonderful lady called Tracey who personally sat us at our table and made sure we were comfortable. Food was wonderful too.

Lovely food and quick service. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again.

Donna was amazing she hosted my daughters birthday meal and was very accommodating and polite, we also had more people turn up but Donna made it work and made sure everyone was able to sit and eat in the time allocated on a very busy Sunday afternoon and made it great so massive thank you to Donna and all the staff for making our visit lovely even with difficulty’s.

Came here for food and for the wacky warehouse. When we walked in, our table was being used, so we had to wait for them to ask a family to move. When we got our seats, the table was filthy and sticky. We finally ordered food and we had ordered a steak and chicken fondue which came with no chicken. We ordered a side of onion rings and told the guy we were waiting. He said they were on the way and they never came so we gave up asking. The floor which children were walking on with socks had wet paper towel, food etc and not once did I see a staff member cleaning the floor. The boys toilets were out of order. The whole place is terrible.

Booked for a group of 25 for a family birthday. Absolutely wonderful afternoon. The staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was to much trouble. The food was lovely as always and the area we were given was great. A special thanks to Lorraine and Ashley for all your help and hard work

Really enjoyed it the carvery was only £7 a d was lovely really great value love the venue and the staff are great. There a great variety of spirits and beers with lots of offers

Lovely carvery, piping hot and a generous amount of meat. Good selection of vegetables. Partner had a chicken and bacon salad, very tasty and a good portion. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Meg our waitress. We would definitely go again. Currently carvery is £7.00, which is amazing value.

It's a self service place. Also the food isn't something to write home about. Some of the staff are lovely. Be careful when ordering otherwise you might get something totally different to what you wanted, which happened to myself

We went for the £7 roast dinner...the server just didn't seem like he wanted to be in the job. He cut 2 tiny slithers on the turkey and beef and slopped them on a plate with a cold over cooked Yorkshire pud...the potatoes were lukewarm and tasted like cardboard. The 1st lady who started us was lovely and very helpful. Wouldn't go again

Waited 35 minutes for carvery, dozens of people all looking perplexed and frustrated. Complained to management only to be told "it's been like this all day" rather than getting a second person cutting meat, the poor guy struggling on his own must have felt so overwhelmed.

Amazing place. Love the food, the drinks offer and the live sport. In particular is a star of the show is Becci, she is an amazing person who can’t do enough for the customer. Highly recommended.

Used to be lovely, gone downhill massively! Come here every so often, came today for a carvery and it was awful. Gravy was pretty much just water, roast potatoes weren’t roasted and really poor/small selection of vegetables. Can’t help but think since they have been offering carvery’s for £7, they have forfeited the quality massively and I would rather go elsewhere and pay more, worst carvery I’ve ever had.

Superb value for money great customer service and the food all fresh and warm. Absolute pleasure eating a carvery that’s cooked properly and not in stale fat like the Toby carvery down the road. 10 out of 10

Sat by entrance to wackie warehouse, constant trial of people coming and going, asked to move but refused. Fire exit door behind us constantly in use people coming in and out, left door open letting in a cold draft. Asked member of staff why it was in use and got told ask management. No management on the floor. Food half warm .

Excellent pub for all your needs. It has sports on TV, a wonderful outside space with a TV, plenty of sun catching spots outside. They have a children's play area at the back, big car park, a few pool tables and a dart board. What more could you ask for! Also the food is amazing and has a great dining area. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area to try this pub for a nice friendly family orientated visit. Thank you.

Visited the old house at home today, we had a truly amazing time, the food was lovely, Donna and Niki provided a truly awesome experience, very warm and friendly, couldn't do enough to make our visit great, such a lovely time, will definitely be back, one of our favourite pubs.

Came here off the cuff looking for a carvery that might not be rammed as it's a Sunday. I must say this has knocked spots off the other carveries I have tried. There is a discount on today which has made it even better but I wouldn't bat an eyelid at paying full price here. Food was hot and cooked to perfection, there was a wide variety to choose from and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, especially Sam who took that extra but of time to chat to us newbies! Highly recommend and will deffo be back!

Probably the best carvery in Brum. Incredible value at £7. Service can be a little slow behind the bar, but the staff are great nonetheless. It tends to be a 50/50 ratio whether you sit in peace, or get placed next to an argumentative couple, or parents who make no attempt to control their kids, but I'd still recommend it.

Food wisent as advertised on the menu as Wen it sed lid french fries it came with chip's not much topping

Great place to go for a carvery!

Had a lovely carvery here with friends, we enjoyed our meals and listened to the evening pub quiz later on. I often pop into this pub when I'm in the area visiting.

We were served by Sam, she has gone above and beyond for us. We are a big group of 8 adults and 7 children. She was amazing from start to finish. A pleasure to deal with.

Many years since last here, seems to have had a make over. Carvery was good, parsnips bit variable. Staff helpful.

Come for a carvery, rung up before hand the lady on the phone was lovely. The food was amazing as always and staff are really friendly and nice. Went to pay for my sons meal but was told it was free due to school holidays! then shortly afterwards i went to pay for desserts but they ended up being free! Thank-you to the guy in the blue shirt for great service. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Had a great family meal here. We came on a weekday so it wasn't too busy considering it's the 6 weeks holiday. The food and staff were lovely from start to finish. Ashley in particular couldn't seem to do enough for us. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!!

Overall it’s good wacky warehouse but reason for my review is your false advertising which is wrong .. I’ve booked a party for September for my little one few weeks back and the photo attached is what was advertised I attended a close friends kids party today and the play passes where not included in the party bags which is wrong but I’m glad I know what to expect in that sense .. you can’t change something considering it’s still advertised as this and people have booked you before you made this new rule which is unacceptable I will be contacting head office too … I’m not happy as your taken money knowing full well what your advertising then your not offering the free play passes which is wrong .. you can’t change it when people have already booked and considering it’s still on the walls this photo too . Update in regards to pubs comment the only reason you’re called is because of the review …. It’s still false advertising and she should off been made aware not just left like this on the day it’s wrong … know she’s got go back and collect and waste more of her time it’s unacceptable and should of been provide at the party for her she’s can’t collect straight away either got wait till 21st
