Yesterday my friend and I were taken care of by Abs who kindly found us seats and a table and cleaned it even though it was completely PACKED . He went entirely out of his way to do this and was all smiles the whole time even though the place was hectic. Friend and I appreciated it soo much because we had this fat suitcase and just wanted to eat. Didn’t really like the food but Abs is amazing so I am giving him 5 stars cause his service was a beautiful addition to our days . Wingstop would be like a 3 without Abs no joke. (This is pay rise worthy so management you know what to do )

Love their mango flavour burger with halapinos and fries with unlimited drinks in heart of birminghum city center.

Good wings, but not the best wings. However the great atmosphere and great service (Thanks to Daisy) made up for it by far. They should change their name to fires-stop, as possibly the best fries I've ever had. Cheers

Great place, great food, great staff! Music was too loud so struggled to order but besides that everything was fine and staff were just superb!

Great chicken - we went for platter with 4 different flavours but quite pricey as almost £1 a small chicken is quite a lot in my opinion especially when you’re going for a platter of 24 chicken.

To be honest the food here was actually incredible. Best to come here when ur really hungry because you will eat like a king.

Lydia was very welcome and more than helpful maybe the other lady could learn to try and smile...

Great customer service by Esther in particular, regardless of it being busy she engaged in friendly conversation and also food was fresh.

Love wingstop sooo much and I would highly recommend Louisiana Rub, Mango Habanero and Brazilian Citrus Pepper for boneless wings and garlic Parmesan for the tenders.

The food is exceptional with several varieties of wings on offer. Soft drinks are refillable, which is a nice touch. Staff are always hard at work because this is a busy restaurant. The only downside is minimal seating if one wishes to dine in

I live in Coventry but I literally go down to Birmingham just for wing stop😫😭. I love it so much. The staff are always very friendly, especially AJ!

Delicious wings on the bone and boneless. I tried the boneless wings in Louisiana hot rub and Korean BBQ, they were both delicious. Short wait time and table service. Very clean environment. The music is VERY loud and some of the seats are directly under speakers, this place definitely draws a youthful crowd so beware if you don’t like loud music and teenagers. I will be returning to try the other flavours.

Came here on the 31st of August, what an amazing way to end my month. The food here was absolutely splendid and the music they played fir my roadman vide perfectly. When It came, whichw as very quickly, the food was stupendous. The service from Abz specifically really turned me on. 10/10 experience, would definitely come here again.

Don’t think I have ever seen this place not busy, it’s very hard to find a table and you have to queue outside at times just to get in and order. Food is okay, nothing special but decent. Atmosphere feels very busy and music is very loud. Overall, a good place but very busy.
