Don’t think I have ever seen this place not busy, it’s very hard to find a table and you have to queue outside at times just to get in and order. Food is okay, nothing special but decent. Atmosphere feels very busy and music is very loud. Overall, a good place but very busy.

The service and staff were amazing—very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was great; people were happy and enjoying the food. I ordered the Voodoo Loaded, which was okay—good but nothing too special. For the chicken, I got 10 boneless pieces with lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. Even though I like salty food, it was a bit too salty for me.

First time at a Wingstop on Monday the 12th August. In between coaches, ate in. The garlic parmesan tenders were delicious, the home fries were the best seasoned fries I've ever had, the churros with discomfort and sweet milk were amazing. Most 'flavour' places focus so much on spice that if you go for non-spicy (like me) you just get boring plain chicken like if you can't handle heat you don't deserve flavour. Not so, here. I would eat there again anytime, wish there was one in Taunton. The staff were also super helpful and polite. Said to ask if I had any questions and got me a box when I couldn't finish my food. 5 stars just isn't enough.

DRY small chicken wings! Small burger ! Salty fries salty chicken! Food came cold !!! Missing part of order also coleslaw which I was looking forward to why I ordered in first place .Rang the shop the man put the phone down on me and put voicemail on! So rude won’t eat from that dry up shop again !!!!

First of all, the best thing was that the staff's service was friendly. The food selection at Wing Stop is quite complicated, but the staff helped me with every step, making it very convenient. I had Boneless, but the sauce was really good. However, I was a little disappointed, but I think that's probably because I didn't eat real wings. I had the Original, lemon pepper, and cream chesses dip, and it was a choice I had no regrets about. They say that in Korea, the number of sauces you choose varies depending on the number of pieces of chicken, so I guess I'll have to eat it in the UK one more time before I go to Korea.

Was an okay experience, the customer service was really nice however the food was nothing special. It cost around £13 per person for 6 people the total was £80 it was a lot of food but the flavours are nothing special. I mean at the end of the day fried chicken is fried chicken 😐. The food was not as spiced as they say it was.

Overpriced average food - poor value for money. Wing sizes were the smallest we have come across for such a joint.

Can never fault Wingstop, it really is the best !! Although it was very busy, the service delivered by Pete was outstanding. From ordering to receiving my food was a very smooth and fast process, thanks to Pete 😁 Definitely worth the food and the service, will be back soon!

I love this place the service and friendliness of the staff is above and beyond,all are polite and pay attention to detail this is what keeps customers returning. Also the wings and loaded fries are just amazing and tasty. Please try the milkshake it's the best plain milkshake I have tried better than the other franchise who hardly have working machines.

Wingstop was packed when we arrived for dinner, but we were lucky to snag a table! Since it’s a counter-service place, we ordered our food at the counter. The staff brought our meal right to us, and everything tasted great!

Disabled Accommodation - So I visit Wingstop every few months, not too regularly as I live pretty distant & only get it when I’m in town. The food & service is always amazing and I don’t have any complaints about that. The shop in itself too is always packed which is a good thing for them I guess. There’s not usually much seating available when I go which isn’t really an issue, as I usually order to take out anyway and I do understand it is limited, due to how much people visit daily. However, whilst I was waiting for my order to be called out, I noticed a young disabled lady come in with a couple friends asking if they had any space for her to dine in, to which the workers shamefully had to say no, which isn’t their fault at all and we can only understand it’s an awkward situation to be in. Again, I do understand how hard it is to find seating as a more able person, due to how much people are in there hourly, let alone daily - but I do think the shop should create a space specially and only accommodating for disabled folk. As we can imagine, it’s not a very nice thing to just simply want to get a nice meal and eat in, and then have to take your food outside or wait ages for seats because there aren’t any spaces available.

Really busy and struggled to find a seat but managed. Ordered the boneless with 2 different flavours (Korean BBQ and louisiana rub) The flavours were alright, and the boneless chicken was ok - not much depth in flavour. The chips were fabulous, with a mix of salt and sugar.

First time getting food at wingstop. Great first experience. Kieron was very helpful in explaining all the different flavour combos. Will definitely be coming back.

Food was top-tier, definitely would recommend and I will be visiting again, but even better than the food was the service. Even though, it was extremely busy, the workers were still very nice and welcoming. One worker who stood out to me was Jonah, he was very welcoming and served my food to me in an extremely kind manner with a smile on his face. Great service.

The food, it’s just a chef kiss. Every bit of it is good. My boneless atomic wings were lovely tangy and spicy. 🔥 But the cashier didn’t really warn me. But it’s alright. The seats is quite little as the place is packed. quite expensive too, 12pcs for 11 quid not really worth it Overall, For me, it’s a 10/10.

Came in and was rushed to order. We couldn’t sit down inside due to how loud the music was, we were unable to have a conversation with one another. When we did get our food, it was cold apart from the churros and the sauces just weren’t what they should be. Mediocre at best. Disappointing.

Tenders were tasty and enjoyable and the dip options were also full of flavour, wings not so much. The wings were hard not enjoyable, my other complaint is the volume level of the music in store. It is ridiculously high, that you are unable to hear each other talking and have to end up shouting. The music spoiled the experience for me and my children, when I asked a member of staff if they could turn it down, they said they can't and it is company policy to have it on this loud? What???Unfortunately I will not be visiting again! Unless I hear these changes have been made, if my hearing is okay still, after being bombarded with the super loud nonsense in store!!

We had an exciting adventure visiting Birmingham, UK, last weekend and intentionally stopped at Wingstop, but we were very disappointed when we saw the long queue. It turns out that the queue can get even longer at times! We didn't want to wait as we were already starving, having missed lunchtime, so we and many others who didn't want to wait in Wingstop's long queue decided to walk across the street to Five Guys and had an absolutely delicious hamburger meal instead. It's clear that Wingstop needs to open more locations to cater to its vast number of customers.

Wingstop is my all time favourite place to go. But what makes it the best place is the service. Especially by Simran Kaur. She showed me a very warm welcome and served the food with so much love. I wouldn’t keep going if it wasn’t for her excellent service!
