Premier Inn Birmingham South (Longbridge Station) hotel in Birmingham

Do not order a cooked breakfast from here-bacon was cold and a grey colour and poached eggs were undercooked-causes me to have bad food poisoning. Stay away!

Great Location, the rooms were tidy and clean. The breakfast lovely. The staff were friendly especially Tommy, I had forgotten my airpods at the hotel and he had helped me find them, very much appreciate his assistance.

Stayed recently and hotel was fine good location close to public transport. Had breakfast both mornings. A lovely young lady served us holly I think was her name she was friendly and nothing was to much to help us. Have to say although I think she had another staff member to help her it appears Holly was doing most of the work herself, she really impressed us as made our stay extra special. Look forward to staying again soon

Excellent staff very helpful and pleasant, room was very clean nice and warm, food was absolutely brill and value for money, walking distance to shops, payed £6 for parking for up to 24 hours would definitely recommend it and would go back if I'm ever down there again

I was going to book this hotel until I see a young man on live with drugs in his room that was visible on a social media platform called TikTok. I informed reception twice and done an email twice and nothing was done about it and to think when he leaves children could be staying in the same room. I think it’s totally unprofessional and Unacceptable behaviour I would never book this hotel for this reason

Great location for parking car and visiting central Birmingham, shops, theatres etc

Great rooms and very clean. Excellent location. Very accommodating for family’s which was a great help. Staff members are very helpful especially Justine she went above and beyond to help in every way. Recommend the stay here .

Always a good stay at this Premier Inn, and on this occasion we had the need to call an ambulance, for something totally unrelated to the hotel. Tommy was the person on the desk at the time, and he made the call, and looked after us well until they arrived. He checked up on us while waiting, and later continued to ask after her during the rest of my stay, while she was in hospital. This hotel is always clean and comfortable, the staff are good, but Tommy stood out this time due to his help.

Room 207 has an aweful smell to it. Food so dis-hearting as we've used premier inn for about 15 years across the UK.. feel like there cutting back on food quilty .

Firstly staff were extremely helpful but the air conditioning in the room my friend and I had was far to hot! The windows don’t open unfortunately either. Location is great being right at the shops, and nearby public transport like buses and trains.

Lovely hotel amazing staff highly recommend for a visit and with it being built on the land the austin car makers was situated it hallowed ground for car nuts

Lovely 2 night comfortable stay at a great location for a nearby training course. Staff were so helpful and welcoming at both reception and in the restaurant. Plenty of choice for food. As some have said a little TLC needed but only a repaint in parts of the room I stayed in. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay. I will be booking again for later in the year for the rest of my course!

Have stayed here now for many months due to work. It is a home from home. Staff are quite simply the best ever. Thank you.

Stayed the weekend with friends, friendly staff which were very accommodating and professional throughout our stay, clean rooms and comfortable bed, on-site parking available.I highly recommend to others staying in the area and to my family and friends.

Room is very average not particularly clean ...WiFi is useless.,.when it rains really noisy due to faulty guttering dripping on window sill

This is our second stay at lomgbridge Premier inn for a little get away with my partner. Staff at the hotel are always very pleasant and the manager Tom was very helpful. Room was clean and tidy and always get a great night sleep in premier inn beds. Will definitely be back for a third time.

This is a review for the lady working in the restaurant today Saturday 20th of April. I went downstairs to get some breakfast at 8:45am I went, I got there and waited to be seated, she was there and ignored me. A group of English guys came after 5 minutes of me standing there and she served them straight away so I walked off cause I actually experienced discrimination and yes I’m a Black British girl. The lady had her hair up and I think she was blonde or had light brown don’t even remember her hair color.

The hotel room was nice and tidy. No problems at all. Staff are really friendly. Tommy was really helpful sorting out the extras that I needed like fresh towels and stuff to make a nice brew 👍

Tommy the receptionist was very welcoming and managed to get us rooms near each other he was very nice and helpful

It’s a premier inn with premier in beds! As ever the beds are great. Stayed here for 2 nights, first night the council decided to clean all the shop windows opposite my room with some industrial cleaner till midnight, and I was woke at 5am as the person above was stomping around and the ceiling lights were rattling. Not a great nights sleep! 2nd night I screwed the lights back tight to the ceiling and they weren’t cleaning the shop windows so I slept great. Bar is nice, food was good too. No parking but £6 overnight close by.

Spacious and clean room. Tea and coffee with a kettle in the room. Bath with a shower and toiletries. Severeal eateries available and a well priced restaurant on site. Good location for shops and local amenities include good bus and rail transport. Staff really friendly. Very good value. 👍
