Regular customers waited over an hour for food. Food came wrong bear in mind it’s the same thing we order every time and when called up to get it sorted was told to not order from this place again. Not happy with the customer service at all. Will be taking my money else where.

Amazing chicken shop best fresh all the time service is good

(Review pertains to Arden Rd) Always friendly, always fast, always tasty. Sometimes the chicken is a little dry, but mostly juicy. I recommend boneless BBQ strips and the Ringer Burger. The Mega Mighty Burger is good, but it's hard to finish and the spicy chicken fillet is generally dry. I think overall the flavour of their coating beats out other chicken places, it's a little peppery but the taste is good. I rate Superios higher than the Longbridge KFC store by a long shot. I'm a twice weekly regular and there's no regret.

Absolutely amazing. 1st time we ordered from here, had a giggle about the reviews and how many people had sides subbed for beans, we expected it, got beans instead of gravy lol. But that meal was amazing. Thank you guys!!!

They've always been really polite whenever I have gone in. I never have any trouble with them and the food, whilst it takes a while to make, is always hot and fresh. The place always has customers when I go in, so other locals seem to like it.

One of the most under-rated takeaways in the area whenever I order via just eat the food always arrives literately in 20 minutes or less, even if I order party boxes ect. Food is always piping hot when it arrives and always tastes good. I've been to the takeaways location once and they do have a nice clean seating area if you are so inclined to eat there as-well. Staff were quick and polite. parking available near by. the fries amaze me as they are almost a carbon copy of MacDonalds fries quite a fan of that. Seriously give these guys a try if you like fried chicken or chicken burgers alike, would choose this place over KFC any day of the week. I cant give it less than 5 stars as I've ordered from here a lot during the past few years and never been disappointed once.

The takeaway has a vast variety of great foods with my favourite being the grilled chicken tikka wrap. The chicken peices are juicy and tendor, aswell as the burgers being top class. Great staff and great food.

I work as a marketing officer for a good sized company and i have to say the only problem with this fast food operation would have to be one person attitude. It is such a shame as one persons inability to accept personal responsibility and unethical way this individual treats those of the female gender really will end up having a massive impact in the business. The other guys are very polite and apologetic for this individuals behaviours but that will not help the impact on the amount of customers that will leave in the long run. Due to this person i shall never enter the premises again. I shall be writing to the F.D.A and environmental health standards with the incidents that have occurred between myself and this individual. I hope they adhere to this review and take out the bad apple before it spoils the whole fruit basket.
