Went today with my family We had come from Manchester . We odered grilled chicken, smashed burger.Had a really good experience and the food wad really delicious. Not to forget the amazing service and the relaxing atmosphere. Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

I had a delicious meal today! The chicken strips were grilled to perfection. They tasted amazing with the garlic sauce which is available with all grilled chicken items. Also, the fries were crispy and the drink was nice and cold. The customer service here is really nice, all staff members are friendly. Overall, brilliant food and brilliant service. Will definitely be a returning customer!!!!

We visited the shop while in Birmingham to do some clothes shopping- food was very tasty the burger was fresh however the wait time was very very long

I’ve eaten from here 3x times and all occasions the food has been consistent - freshly made and flavoursome- shame it’s far from home but would definitely recommend eating from here - you won’t be disappointed 👍🏼

Strips were not bad but £8 for 7 strips is a bit much. No hand soap in the toilet is disgusting. Not hard to get some hand soap on Stratford road. Sort it out please.

Incredibly bad customer service, called today at 17:26 to order grilled chicken panini as I was walking back home and said I’ll be there in approximately 10 or 15 minutes to collect it - not a problem, order accepted. Arrived at exactly 17:45 (ok, 19 minutes after I’ve placed an order!) and was told that I said “10-15 minutes” and as I didn’t show up they gave the order to someone else. Absolute joke, you give the order away after someone is late 4 minutes and not even call me back to let me know?! don’t think they even bothered to prepare it. Had to go somewhere else and wait another 20 minutes for my food.

Really good food and service. The chicken burger and chicken panini was great. And steaming hot pink Chai as well which completed our quick snack with the kids while shopping. Recommended.

First time we visited this place. Honestly was to use the toilet as we were from out of town and little one needed a nappy change and another daughter needed the toilet. The shop lady and her son were ever so helpful. After going into the facilities and found them very dirty the son came and quickly cleaned up. A few mins later my 2 year old started being sick in the shop but not once did the shop keeper moan or get rude. She was wonderful! She told us not to worry and came and cleaned everything up. I felt so at ease as she was very understanding. 10/10 for understanding and care. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting food, we ordered the loaded boxes, grilled chicken and nuggets for the kids, the loaded boxes with lamb tasted like it was just boiled and warmed in a pan and threw on the fries, the cheese sauce had a funny taste and smell to it, food was sooo salty.. next day me and my partner had upset stomachs from this… FOOD came out to us COLD… seating too tight and such a uncomfortable place. Will not recommend and definitely not be returning

Had the grilled chicken lemon herb flavour, which was nice. Also had shawarma loaded fries, shawarma was like jelly, not that tasty. The fries and sauce were nice. The price was ok. I'd only go back for the grilled chicken. The seating was comfortable and the place was generally clean.

Absolutely disgusting food! And disgusting customer service! Waited over 40 minutes for food and the food came out and had mould on the bottom of the pizza! Manager was arguing with us till the cook came out and admitted it was mould on the pizza! Absolutely shocking takeaway should be shut down!

Our group of seven placed a substantial order, but the experience fell short. The ice cream was overly icy instead of creamy, and inadequate plastic cutlery for the chicken made it challenging. Burgers tasted okay. Eating from a foil box, rather than proper plates, was unexpected given the cost and the salad had no cucumbers. Constant requests for tissues, given sparingly, added to the frustration. While the place was clean, the restroom was flooded. Despite an okay taste, the overall experience makes a return visit unappealing.

We visited this place today and ordered quite abit food and the the chicken in burger was uncooked and the wings were the same the only thing that was actually nice and that was the tikka masala pizza won’t be visiting again disappointed and didn’t complain because we didn’t want to ruin our family day out

The service was splendid. Food was served quickly. The bathroom was clean and met up to its standard. Traveled from London to Birmingham with my family and we wasn’t sure what to eat after we went shopping. If you can’t decide on a place to eat. This is great option and it’s on the same strip of the shops. The price is pretty good compared to London.

Inshallah ich sage dir der Burger war schmackotastisch auf schmeggedibasis.

Also alles in allem war dieser Laden ein augenschmaus. Das Licht war hell ebenso wie die Farben der Einrichtung. Die Bedienung(ein freundlich aussehender und netter inder) nahm unsere Bestellungen nett und höflich und vorallem schnurstracks in sein geldzähl und wechsel Gerät auf. Leider dauerte der ritt meines Hackfleischsaladsandwichs aus der kombüse des 2. Inders etwas lange das was mir glücklicherweise genug zeit schuff in den nächstgelegenden exquisiten sari laden um meine bauchtanzstunden voran zutreiben zu gehen und mir dort ein passendes gestell für meinen astral körper(110kg/cm²)auszusuchen. Am ende brachte es meinen Gaumen doch zum Tanzen. Alles in allem ein guter Laden. Müsst ihr wissen.

ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING! By far the best experience I’ve had eating out on Stratford Road! I ordered a Grilled burger loaded box, and I was not disappointed to say the least. The burger was so juicy and the chicken filet was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning. The wings were glazed in a mouthwatering hot sauce, just how I liked it. It was so delicious that I got annoyed when my little sister snatched one. Lastly, the fries were a great side; delicious texture; crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. Can’t believe I only paid £7.50 for a Michelin- quality meal! If I were to have a last meal this would be it! But that’s not all! The atmosphere was so lively and the music was up-to-date and trendy. Staff were respectful and efficient. Great place to take pictures aswell, with a lovely display wall. definitely recommend this place for anyone who loves a good burger. 5/5

Ordered their premium full house roasto, it was my first time having a loaded burger and I completely loved it. The sweet and spicy sauce tasted just perfect with the beef patty alongside with the brioche bun.The staff was cooperative as well. Well coordinated!!

Absolutely poor service. Missing some of the order then asked the man he started to become rude, pathetic attitude, cold food overpriced on the loaded box £9.00 which was cold and burger was hard, DEFFO will not recommend, im not one to leave a review but this was very poor service,

Absolutely terrible. The service was horrific, waited 15 minutes for something that took them 2 minutes to make. It's a cheaper item on the menu and wanted something to quickly tie me over. The bun had evidently been cut in half and was the equivalent of 2 bites. The mini fillet is smaller than the average phone. Seen fries longer this. This cost us £8. One mini fillet was shoved into the fries wrapper to make it look like more. The chicken was over cooked and so were the fries. The amount of food given is ridiculous. Would not have ordered knowing this. You can get far better, and far tastier, on the road. There was no one there to address my complaint, the manager was conveniently away. Other customers were also shocked and agreed, so did the worker. Life's expensive at the moment, but this is just ridiculous. Avoid.

I ordered food in the shop. There was only 2 staff there and they were doing cleaning with the mop.The lady prepared my food without any handwash. Disgusting. I took my food and bin it.

Atmosphere and deco is lovely. The food was ok nothing exceptional, both of our burger buns were cold and not toasted which for me made the experience of having the burger not as pleasant. The chips had no seasoning of it either. The oreo mikshake I had was lovely. I just think the little things are important for food experience

The Roasto Smash burger and Big smash burger (double patty) are worth going back for again and again. I am very particular about good food worth eating and this burger is worthy of writing a review for. More so, the service is top class. It’s very rare that you meet people who are so welcoming, polite and respectful. I think this place has a great future. I would definitely recommend a visit and just to watch how they manage difficult customers are worth supporting. Sometimes, people are just impossibly awkward and hard to please, yet they remain patient and professional.

Don’t let the decor of the place fool you. I ordered food for 4 of us. 2 Roasto smash burgers meals , 1 chicken fire cracker burger and 1 grill chicken roasto wrap. And 1 loaded fries The smash burgers were standard nothing special. The chicken fire cracker burger was soggy. Both the fries and the loaded fries was just about warm. At first the guy gave me burgers on the tray, but one of the Roasto smash burger was missing. Also he tried to serve me without the fries which was part of the meal which I had to ask for. Either way the fries were not warm enough, let alone hot. I had to go back to the counter twice to ask for the Roasto smash burger that was missing. Everyone had finished their meal on my table and still there was no burger. I had to shout across the shop for the burger. Infact I noticed another table had to send the meal back because it wasn’t warm enough. Burgers = AVERAGE Fries = POOR ( cold) Loaded fries = POOR (cold) I understand it’s a new business, but you need to get the basics right otherwise no point opening if you’re not gonna do it right. This is a genuine feedback from myself. Nothing else is intended. They need to get these things right

Amazing Food along with Friendly staff, Enjoyed Grilled Chicken 🐔 Cheesy_Panini with Crunchy Fries 🍟 , Sprite ,,, Mouth Watering But the Living Legends Helpful staff have Vanished my Hunger Headache in a Gippy. Awesome
