Tikka Meala in Birmingham

Terrible service! Used to be really nice here, updated as delivered and I hadn't received food, phoned restaurant and they kept putting the phone down, very rude staff, all food was cold and never got my chicken pakora, won't use Tikka Meala again!

Food was great but no salad with the Chicken Tikka and food was 20 min late. It’s the small things that need sorting otherwise this is outstanding

No worries about the wait. Proves that their food is great!

The food was delicious. It was our first time using this takeaway, and no complaints about any of the 7 items we ordered. But the raita was a weird colour, and not to my personal taste or consistency. Not a big problem though, and we will definitely use them again.

I've ordered here a handful of times, it's always on time, hot and well priced. A win from me and my family, definitely ordering from here again.

Fabulous curry best I’ve had again highly recommend

After ordering various balti's/curry's and being disappointed, we decided to try something new. We found Tikka Meala and now we will be having this as pur new go too place when ordering baltis/currys , couldn't find a single fault with the meal.

Best curry around seriously beautiful food not 1 bad experience I get the 25 quid meal 2 curries 2 starters rice and naan of your voice I add on popadoms and sauces comes to bout 30 quid I swear the portions are plesant and the food is so fresh amazing food can not praise these guys enough see you Friday 🫡

First time ordering and won't be the last. Delivery was early. The food was piping hot, good portions and delicious.

Used this place about 4/5 times since opening and the food is always nice, however tonight’s experience was disappointing to say the least. You offer free items on £25 orders, my order was over £25 and surprise surprise no free item was delivered with my order. We also had to wait nearly 1hr30 for our order to arrive which is excessive considering I ordered as soon as you opened. The food was nice however the Balti was extremely hot when it shouldn’t be. It fealt more like a Madras and your Chef needs to calm down on the spice as it has completely put me off ordering from here again. Out of the 4/5 times we have ordered from here we have had items missing on two occasions and which isn’t good enough. Your food is nice but your service is rubbish. There is nothing worse than missing items on an order!

Was it the chefs night off. Mint sauce vibrant green off putting and no taste, madras more peppery than spicy and rice very greasy. My first try here and my last.

Sorry guys, biryani was very dry and over cooked, piratha was dry and lacking butter, lamb samosa was very nice.x

The worst Indian take away and meal in general I’ve ever had.. The mint sauce was of a radioactive green colour and just that said everything. Ordered a samosa, arrived 3 hybrid looking things between a pakora and a samosa but tasted like neither of those. The lamb saag as bland as a flip flop. I hate wasting food but there’s no point suffering for the sake of £15.

Without a doubt the best curry in Brum. Full on flavour, as soon as you pop the lid off. And portions that put their rivals to shame. And the Okra Bhaji is blinding as well as your Masala Chips. Friendly delivery guy too. Prices are exquisite. Tikka Meala Crew, full props to you! Huge big up 💯

Best food I’ve ordered for a long time, Chicken sagwaloo and prawn madras was absolutely perfect, I don’t think I’ve ever order a chicken sag that has been so good the flavour and textures in the sauce and the tender chicken and potato’s too. Top place and will not use anywhere else from now on💪

Love this company amazing people. Only issue I've had is I had a sagwala and it was very spicy so I couldn't eat it so all I had to eat was poppadoms. Shame really as I leave sagwala all the time

Delicious food tonight super happy with what I orderd, tikka masla curry was spot on , the best I've had in a long time defo be ordering from this restaurant again 100% recommended, portions are a good size very filling. orderd for delivery and was happy as it came earlier than the estimated time it said. The dishes I would recommend the tikka masala curry and the vegetable balti and the sagg alloo side.💯👍

Not very nice. Chicken was odd, chewy and gristly. The flavours weren't particularly good and I won't be ordering from here again. A shame giiven the reviews to date but they're no where near what we experienced!

First time ordering, delivery time was good for a Sat evening, we ordered the Mumbai Murgh Jalfrezi , this was quite spicy so I don't think I would order again, but meat was tender and not dry, we also ordered Roshoni Tamarind Lamb, this has perfect level of spice and the lamb wasn't chewy like some other takeaways. The poppadums were nice and crunchy and Paratha and Naan were well cooked too. Will definitely try some others dishes soon
