The best restaurants in West Midlands

I work away alot...just googled the nearest pub...I went there on my own... The pub was beautiful inside and out Bar staff were great... Sports on with two televisions in the sports side of the pub....then other side of pub had more of a chilled vibe where you could sit and chat.... I ended up chatting to some of locals Great evening.. If am ever in the area again I will definitely call in again

Quick service, good food, friendly customer service

I always order gluten free with trepidation but the gluten free panini at Hunters Tea Room was delicious. It was a good size (not tiny like some gf alternatives) beautifully toasted and the filling was delicious too. There were gluten free options for bread, panini, scones and crumpets. Well done Hunters!

A pub with good beer that sells great food rather than a chain restaurant pub that sells lacklustre beer. Spitting distance to the canal, great atmosphere and lovely staff. A fantastic view of the Chirk aqueduct from the sun terrace at the end of a day's cruising. Much more character and authenticity than the other pub that's nearby. Quiz on Wednesdays, curry night on Thursdays, pool table and friendly locals. Highly recommended!

Decided to go to the roebuck for Sunday lunch yesterday with my family and was treated to a delicious beef sunday lunch that fulfilled my cravings. The value for money was amazing especially the included cauliflower cheese-my personal favourite!! To add to this experience, the two young staff, Emma and Luke, were handling the restaurant exceptionally well and were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully will get the chance to return in the near future!

Been a while since I've been here and won't leave it as long next time. Beautiful building, food was excellent with a huge choice on the menu. Staff were excellent and helped in deciding what I wanted. Very reasonably priced aswell.

Awful! The disabled parking space is the most unfriendly parking space I’ve ever come across.The eating area was so dark with music far too loud. The service was slow it took 20 mins for 8 drinks and over an hour for the food to come! When it finally arrived it was cold and didn’t taste amazing. We will not be going back and would not recommend

First time here and we'll defo be coming back. This place should be called the amazing garden because everything about it is! A fantastic set up in a perfect location, great decor inside and out with staff and chef in good form we had the best meal we've had for a long time. Aaron was the perfect host 👏

I’ve been taking my grandson here for over 3 years starting from Dinosaur golf to the golf range and now onto lessons for juniors on a Sunday morning. Great complex for kids to develop their skills.

Treated ourselves to a meal last Thursday evening, the food and the service were excellent! Having said it was a treat, in fairness the prices of the food and wine were very good with the quality and quantity exceptional. We rarely eat 3 courses these days but the choices meant we did!! It was quiet in the restaurant, which is such a shame, we certainly plan to go again soon.
