Review We stayed at Bull head inn for 3 nights. Sadly, it wasn’t a great experience in the restaurant and in the accommodation. We arrived and were greeted with a lovely welcome by a lady. She showed us to the accommodation. We stayed in the 7 bed house. We were aware that the furniture would be dated however, the house was dirty. The kitchen down the side and under the cupboards were full of spiders webs and dirt. There was dust on the headboards and on the TV stand in the living room. My 2 year old was walking round with no shoes and socks on and his feet were covered in dirt. The car park light was on all night which was shining through our window as the curtains let the light through. On our first night we went for dinner at the pub and we had really high hopes until the food came out. My dad had scampi which was overcooked and my mum had the duck hoisin salad. The salad was hot duck dumped on some salad leaves with lots of warm sauce. It tasted and looked unappealing. For the other nights we eat somewhere else. I really wanted to like this place but it wasn’t to be. I feel like the owners are overwhelmed with running accommodation and a pub.

Stayed here for one night and it was great. We had a lovely meal on the Saturday night with live 60s music great atmosphere. Norma and John are lovely friendly hosts. Everyone is so friendly our waiter was a lovely young lad. Our breakfast was delicious cooked to perfection by Norma. Thank you, everyone made our one night stay so memorable.

Wonderful atmosphere after a walk, definitely recommend

We went into the bar area of the pub because we had two dogs with us. Nice and cosy with helpful staff. Don't know what the hotel is like but would recommend this place, albeit it's out of the way on the main road.

Lovely oldie classic pub. Beer , atmosphere and food lovely. Hopefully will be able to return one day.

Both my wife and I have just had a fantastic meal at the Bull's Head. Could not fault the service and great hospitality. Sicilian lemon cheesecake was unfortunately not available, however the owner gave me wife a caramel cheesecake on the house. Totally would recommend a visit to The Bull's Head at Chelmarsh!!

Always a warm welcome from owners and staff. Food is outstanding and beds so comfortable. The peaceful setting is a great place to relax and recharge yourself too.

Love this pub. It is a local but also family love to travel over when they are this way to celebrate birthdays. Each time I have been the food has been amazing. The service and the atmosphere is so lovely. Everyone that has come has said how lovely the Bulls Head is. We all love Dolly's corner to sit in. Family and friends always look forward to the next occasion we can have there. Thanks for always making it special for us. A proper country feel to the place with lovely staff.

This is my second time of staying at the Bulls Head Inn, this is a lovely pub not far from the Severn Valley Railway. The food was excellent and its propper home cooked food. The room was clean and well presented and breakfast was fantastic. The staff and owners are very friendly and welcoming and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Will certainly be returning again.

Went for Sunday Lunch today, (3 covers) Beef very poor, unable to cut and eat it, it was like leather, Turkey. Was also very poor, it looked like it was cooked yesterday, .. Overall, not impressed, will not return.,

Been many times in past, good service and food. Not stayed as live local but I have spoken to people that stayed there that were full of praise for the accommodation.

First visit and will not be our last when we are next in the area. Friendly welcome and lovely room. Great evening meal and good choice of ales. Ideally located for Ironbridge, Bridgnorth and Ludlow.

Popped in for a quick drink with partner after looking for a local pub near bridgnorth and found this lovley jem. Stayed for dinner and a couple of pints of butty bach and a nice chat with the locals and had a great couple of hours in there so we'll definitely return and would recommend to anyone .

Norma was rude didn't help what so ever.. Paid £125 for one night in a room with wife and child didn't get told we would hear load music to going on to 12am had to be up by 6.30am to get ready to go for breakfast I had to drive 3 hours to get home I was tired. Room wasn't the 100% clean dust cobwebs for the price not worth it.. Also went out came back couldn't park are car Norma told me to park across the road on a muddy grass verge I could have got stuck if I did and are cars new so didn't feel safe if I did ended up going for a drive for a hour came back and luckily got a parking space still didn't feel comfortable because it was on the entrance of the car park. Never again will I stay here. And the cooked breakfast wasn't that nice but cereal and toast was OK.

We have just come back from the Bulls Head we had a two night stay we enjoyed the break very much we had a lovely room spacious comfortable and clean the breakfast was lovely and tasty and there was a lot of choice the evening meal we enjoyed the meal we were made to feel welcome and the bar had a lot of choice with wine and beers thank you Norma John and Richard we appreciate your hospitality and hope to see you soon
