Staff extremely courteous and food was good. Fresh food well cooked and always well presented. Good selection on the menu. Currently offering 4 course fixed price menu for £16.95 which is very good value.

Had the £16.95 menu, poppadoms, starter, main and either rice, naan or chips. It was fabulous. Had two chicken chats , paneer tikka, onion bhajee to start . Mixed Ceylon, chicken tikka biryani, chicken tikka and chicken korma for our mains with naan bread. All food was delicious and the staff were very friendly . Would definitely recommend a visit

the food had no flavour, was cold and when I enquired where my food was the person on the phone was quite aggressive in his tone

Terrible all round! Rude & denied all knowledge of Just Eat offer which was confirmed at booking. Offered to email screen shot but was not interested as we’d already paid I full.

TERRIBLE all round! I don’t mind that it was late for collection despite hours in advance order. Just Very rude. Denied offer clearly stated on just eat webite. I Offered to screen shot offer which was confirmed when so ordered, they very rudely declined and refused to give me their email. Will definitely never ever use Junoon again

Delivery was very late some of the food very cold when arrived , had so reheat items, when called restaurant never answered! Had to call 5 times and still not helpful....

20 mins late after given collection time and had to ask for updates on how much longer the food was going to be. Only told few minutes late. Sauces were very watery. Not like they use to be.

I’m always surprised this lovely restaurant isn’t busier. The food is 5*, the staff are very friendly and it’s tastefully decorated. It’s a cut above the rest. I think more people go to the other Indian because they can take there own alcohol so it’s probably why the are a lot busier. Shame as the food here is perfect and there is a lot of choice. Well worth a visit.

Very nice food, fresh tasting, good portions and extremely tasty. A few different dishes, as well as all the classics. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant, nicely decorated and extremely clean. Finn made us feel extremely welcome.

We took the family to Junoon last Thursday for a meal. Very tasty food, and service was fast. The restaurant is small, so if you are tall you have to duck down as we were told is used to be the old butchers many years ago. Would definitely come again! I had the Chicken Tikka Masala which was delicious & the bill was reasonable priced👍

Not many tables but a good Indian restaurant offering the usual range but a little bit distinctive. I opted for King Prawn masala with pilao rice and saag aloo. Palatable. The vegetable somoza starter is good. Choice of 3 beers. Tiger seemed slightly better than Kingfisher. Good service.

My Scottish wife and I arrived in Wem, Naïve and hungry with our 11 week old baby. Our hotel provided several different menus from a variety of eateries in the local area. After much deliberation, we ultimately decided to head to Junoon for dinner. What fantastic judgement by us! We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival who were only too happy to accommodate us with our cumbersome pram. We sat down at our table and began an evening which turned out to be a masterclass in Indian Restauranting. Drinks orders were taken quickly, allowing us to rehydrate after a hot day of being snappy and soothing our child. Poppadoms quickly followed with a selection of three chutneys and raw onions. There was no need to pace oneself when using the dips as the depth of the ramekin meant there was a plentiful supply. After enjoying these, it was time to place our order. I requested a paneer pathia - something that wasn't on the menu. I wondered whether requesting this unorthodox order would be the moment that we would start to see the cracks in what had up to this point be an outstanding restaurant experience. I was wrong to have any doubts. Our kind server was unflinching in the acceptance of this request. As well as the pathia, my wife ordered sag aloo and we opted to share a cheese naan and a pilau rice. When the food eventually came, it was absolutely delicious! Our recalcitrant baby boy did his best to ruin yet another evening for us by screaming and generally trying to monopolise our attention, but his efforts were in vain. A kind staff member was attentive enough to recognise that we were struggling to manage his behaviour and offered too put on the nearby aor conditioning which proved to be very helpful in stifling the child's rage. When the bill came we were suprised at how inexpensive our meal was. Another note would be that the toilets were very clean and presentable. Would strongly recommend Junoon to anyone in the area considering a place to eat out. Genuinely struggling to think of constructive feedback, maybe the front door is a bit stiff.

Excellent meal in clean, nicely decorated restaurant. Finn, who was on his own out front, was polite, friendly and efficient. How about a few pictures to enhance to decor?

Initial delivery time was 30 to 45 mins confirmed order time was 1/130 hours ordered at 806 delivered at 925 😢

Absolutely fabulous place, amazing service by Finn, a young lad who was the main and only server. The food was probably the best Indian food I've ever had, absolutely delicious. A real find in a beautiful village.

Four of us visited on a Saturday evening and every part of our meal was very well presented and really tasty.Our waiter was Finn who is consistently polite and professional!

Normally have really good food from this place. But this time was awful. All of the food tasted undercooked. The veg in my mixed veg rice were still rock solid. The naan was mushy. Extremely poor quality made food this time round. Which is a shame because we were really looking forward to it. And it feels like a wasted £38

Lovely food. I had the king prawn Rogan Josh and it was lovely and the chilli and garlic rice really added a kick. The service was spit on- quick and efficient. Would highly recommend. Best Indian in Wem.

The only problem was the quantity of the Tandoori King Prawn serve was little compared to the previous takeaways we had. It cost 12.95 which is surely too much for what we got. So sadly we not returning. Thanks for your service though.

Yes we are satisfied customer especially when hubby prefer's Indian takeaway than Chinese which is usual favourite. It's changed now.

Food was cold when it arrived.. Always had food from here because it was promptly delivered and hot but tonight it was over 45 minutes after the latest stated delivery time and it was cold.

I called to pre order a takeaway at 5.15pm for collection at 7.30pm on Saturday night. When I arrived to collect it I was told it would be a few minutes. About 15 minutes later it still wasn’t ready despite pre ordering in plenty of time. The manager was quite flippant just saying they were busy. When we eventually got the food home it was disappointing to say the least and just tasted of strong curry paste from a jar and not authentic at all. It was our first visit to Junoon and we won’t be going back.

Absolutely delicious food, had to wait 1.5 hours for food, were quoted hour and 20, but were prepared for the wait as we didn't want to collect on this occasion.

Delivery was mega quick but the food was bland. The tikka masala tasted no different to Dhansak

Great food! Was a little late - but not as late as has been previously! Only complaint would be we never seem to get the free items - where it says you will get a free onion bhaji for spending over £15. We write on that we will like it- as it says to receive it- and never receive it

An outstanding array of flavoursome food. One of the best restaurants in the county. Junoon do a wonderful curries and i especially like the korma dishes with perfect poppadoms every time.

Waited 40 minutes then called the restaurant and got told the driver was on their way to the restaurant also got told the driver knocked on doors where we live but the drive told the restaurant he knocked on nine doors which there isn't nine properties here! So we had to ring the restaurant and go there ourselves and get it Which is ten to fifteen minutes away. ( So therefore food was cold so we didn't eat it).

Chips were cold and soggy. The poppadoms were completely smashed up. Samosas were cold too. We also then did not receive the free bhajis as stated if you order over £15, and then was requested. Rang the restaurant at 8:30 after ordering at 6:20 and estimated delivery was 7:20-7:45 to say order was packed up ready - just waiting for driver. Food then did not turn up till 9:15! Will not be ordering again!

Awful customer service. Told thirty minutes for collection only for it to take nearly an hour and a half. My son was sat in the shop waiting for almost an hour. Absolutely disgusting disregard for the customer. If they can’t achieve collection times then they should tell you and save your time.

Perhaps we chose badly, but not enjoyable

Have been communicating with this restaurant online for the past 2 weeks to see if they can cater for an outside event in October . Despite initially agreeing to do this (with me pre ordering and pre paying for the large order the day before), they have now accused me of being a comedian and blocked me from communicating with them. I was simply trying to arrange an alternative time to come into the restaurant to pay as I live 60 miles away. I’m sure their food is lovely but their customer service is rubbish. I feel very let down and their last message to me was unnecessarily rude.

All your favourites plus a few surprises on the menu - but all well presented with good balance of flavours. This applies equally to the chicken biryani as to the more unusual offerings.

Lovely food, very hot on arrival , arrived earlier than estimated time , polite delivery driver who even said enjoy your meal!

Please what out for the prices because I charge extra money and would not recommend this place to anybody

Absolutely diabolical service. Ordered via telephone stated order would be ready in half an hour, went to the restaurant, and waited another half an hour, and even then, they omitted part of the order, which we had driven 6 miles to pick order up, and then we half way home, when we had to turn back for the other part of the order, which they hadn't packed in our order. Compensation was a big bottle of coke!!! The price of petrol!!! And a free bottle of coke!!! Not good service at all.

When I ordered it said a free bottle of wine or pop with orders over £35. When I collected they said that offer had finished. Then when I got the order home it was missing rice. I called and they said they would refund the rice but so far have not. Although the food was good I would not order again.

Delivered on time and by a friendly pleasant driver. Food was nice as always but their just eat needs to be updated as it says free onion Bhaji on orders over £15. No onion bhaji so phoned restaurant and was told they no longer do that deal.

First time here went to see old friend the food and service was good would like to see more fish on the menu Go back again sometime

Please fix your listings to correct the fact you do not do free onion bhajis for orders over £15- its a pity to make your customers expect items, so not order them, then miss out on them. An hour late but delivery driver was lovely. The actual food was great!

Food was over an hour late so was basically cold. Poppadoms were all crushed into bits and soft - definitely seemed like left overs from another day. Disappointed as other meals I’ve had from here have been amazing
