Very nice food a lovely little gem hidden in the countryside. Anyone travelling in their direction should definitely stop off and try the delicious menu they have on offer

We stayed at the Lethbridge for a weekend. The rooms upstairs were spotlessly clean and quiet. The pub downstairs was run by Sarah who did everything to make our stay special. The main highlight however was the amazing Thai food. Hands down the best Thai food we've had outside of Thailand. We definitely will be back.

A temporary road closure at Flaxpool meant we had an interesting detour to get to the pub from Watchet. Narrow single-track roads with grass growing down the middle took us through the hidden charming village of Combe Florey to this iconic thatched roofed pub. I had an excellent Shepherd's Pie washed down with delightful Loaders Real Cider from Cotford St. Luke down the road. My two female companions had great meals from the set menu which offered 2 or 3 courses. Service was excellent and the atmosphere in this cosy traditional pub was to be recommended on a quiet Tuesday lunchtime. Many diners were out in the extensive garden with its pizza oven.

Soggy quiche alert!! We have been using this wonderful farm shop for years and most of the produce is fantastic. However, the quiche’s are so wet and soggy!! We bought 5 a few days ago for a walk and they were inedible.

Four of us experienced the Quantock Belle dining journey from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead today The whole afternoon was fantastic, the service, the food, the ambience could not be faulted. All the staff except the chef are volunteers and their teamwork was seamless. We were so well looked after and the food was delicious For a special occasion it was excellent value for money

Sunday lunch is a big no unfortunately. It's a shame such a beautiful place has such bad food on a Sunday.... If you do a good Sunday lunch any establishment will be busy on the weekend and it worried me when I walked in that it was very quiet. Beef was nice but cold. Portion sizes are on the small side and didn't look much different to the child's portion... not great for a £14 roast. But what ruined it the most was the gravy. It was like pouring water over your dinner! No taste and was so watery it just seeped through the food onto the plate like a swimming pool. Walk ins were asking for a table (of which there was plenty) and staff would have to ask the kitchen if they could accommodate. I think management need to re-evaluate things as it was the worst roast I have ever paid for. We will unfortunately not be returning. Shame...

Having met friends for a walk at Fyne Court we decided to call in for some lunch afterwards. What a little gem! Beautiful pub, clean and well presented. Cheerful helpful staff, good menu which catered for our Vegan and Gluten free friends. We would definitely visit again
