It’s so nice to be greeted with a smile and friendly face, remembered my drink from last visit! Fantastic barmaid and so friendly! I will be bringing family and friends here again! The barmaid was on her own, remembering every customers drink and greeted everyone with such friendliness! Every pub should have bar staff like this young lady… from overhearing “hellos” her name is Na? Honestly great customer service and so nice to see such a friendly, passionate bar staff! Will be back. The pizza I had last time for my family party was awesome. I liked the service they provided. Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great waitress is always so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food. Absolutely amazing place to eat, we will be making a reservation for our next visit in.10 of 10 for every single aspect of this meal, and this is coming from people who know and love great food!

I am surprised by the negative reviews. Family and friends have used this resturant for many years both eating in and takeaway. Service can sometimes be a little slow but only at the very busiest times and it can be very busy. One of our favourites in the summer is a day at the beach with friends and place an order as we leave the beach for collection as we arrive home. We live fairly close to the Burj so this is perfect end to a day. In my opinion some dishes can be hotter than their ranking system especially the House Specials but flavour is always excellent.

Food was terrible, chow mein was mushy and tasted of nothing and the chicken balls looked and tasted like they been refried a few times, would not recommend and we will not return.

Mam who cooks speaks broken English but really hard working man and lovely smile, the food isn't so bad, but need more staff and proper ordering system, silly young girl should just stop saying your order will be 15 minutes, and 35 minutes later it arrives, cold and barely edible and she has cheek to say thank you for waiting GTF if I knew proper tike to be served the crap I was given I would have walked away

Great Sunday lunch experience and we thought the food was particularly good. I had shepherd's pie and my husband had steak pie. Well cooked, beautifully presented, very good vegetables plus we sat by the big open fire which was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful too. They don't start doing roasts until October but we were very happy with what we had and thought it was very good value. Make sure you look at the specials board.

We had booked in advanced with menus and number of people . Arrived with not enough seating, having to wait for waitress to move tables. Unfortunately there was a Jazz night on at the same time so really loud and couldn't hear ourselves speak, would of liked to know before. Waitress didn't smile, seemed vet miserable!!! 😕 Not a great experience

I had the vegan ‘steak’ pasty which was incredible, the best I’ve had 👍🏻 great to see these company’s working hard on product research, it’s very much appreciated

I made an order for collection. When I got the food home, I realised that there was missing iteams, and when I called up to state this, instead of saying sorry for thier mistake, the host began to accuse me of lying and that she packed the item, when clearly it wasn't. She then began to swear at me in Chinese, which she thought I couldn't understand. Basicly what they have done is steal from me by not delivering the item they have charged me for. I will never order from here again, they are aggressive, rude, liers and have horrendous customer service!

This food was absolutely disgusting my husband’s chow mein looked anemic. Had to throw it away . I ate a bit of my salt and pepper chicken because I was hungry but I now feel sick! Waste of money . Never again!!!

This is a brilliant coffee shop to stop off whilst shopping. The food choices and cakes are excellent. It’s my favourite place for a good quality drink. The staff are always polite and helpful even when busy (I’ve experienced many occasions living so local).. on this occasion customer service delivered by Rio was exceptional. Thank you, Jas

The food was very dry and chips tasted gone off definitely wont be going there again and gave me and my friends upset stomachs stay away

Very run down , tables filthy, at a guess I assume this is run by the council , enough said It was cheap if that helps , can’t believe they don’t let dogs in , the place was filthy , I would take a dog in there

Always a pleasure. Very friendly staff. Food is hot a yummy. Have ordered many times via uber and just eat but really enjoyed our in person interaction. Good prices and made the food well when we were very clearly drink (most takeaways and pubs make the excuse to under deliver,miss items,cold or overcharge except this one!) You can either eat in or take out. Open late.
