Lee's Chinese Takeaway in Swindon

I made an order for collection. When I got the food home, I realised that there was missing iteams, and when I called up to state this, instead of saying sorry for thier mistake, the host began to accuse me of lying and that she packed the item, when clearly it wasn't. She then began to swear at me in Chinese, which she thought I couldn't understand. Basicly what they have done is steal from me by not delivering the item they have charged me for. I will never order from here again, they are aggressive, rude, liers and have horrendous customer service!

Unfortunately food here is not the best. Food overcooked or soggy with little care for customers experience. I would not order from here again.

Amazing Chinese Food more on the expensive side but highly worthwhile. Delivery driver on time can’t complain.

All was good, it was a takeaway, polite delivery man and came quickly, All the dishes were tasty and garnished well

Food average, had better but convenient location. Very high minimum card payment of £25. I find it odd this day in age that any minimums are set, I get you pay card fees but surely setting it at £25 is just an easy way to force cssh transactions..

The food & order process was fine. Unfortunately one of the main dishes didn't get delivered and despite emailing twice I didn't hear a thing back & didn't receive a partial refund. I won't be bothering ordering from them again.

I have to say for over a year i purchased food from Lees Chinese take away me and my family / friends have enjoyed the food

This is the 3rd time I have been and the portions are smaller on each occasion, today I was actually charged the correct price but the food goes cold very quick and chips are as hard as nails. Would definitely not recommend

I always collect my orders from Lee's. The food is always very good, they provide a fast service and friendly staff

NOT HAPPY!!!! Always massively happy with Lee's food, but to deliver a meal 15 minutes late - 65 minutes original wait, then 85 minutes then 15 minutes later without warning - we paid a premium price for (6 people), then to have most of the rice missing so the meal went cold after calling we were told its the Kitchens fault and asked if we collect it ourselves it will be available in 10 minutes or wait another 40 minutes (you mean 100 minutes)! We already paid twice the price for free delivery! Then we found ingredients missing (love a beef and onion only curry with no rice - we ended up making our own rice)! We love VAT free cash only food (at premium prices) online or in store. so really don't understand why food is delivered without basic ingredients and told to collect ourselves. Completely let down! Steer clear; We will never order here again.

Tried loads of take-aways around West Swindon and this is the 1st time for Lee's. Glad I did, food is tasty freshly cooked with fresh ingredients. 1st try but definately won't be the last.

always been happy with the food, the staff were friendly and the food was in my hands within 10 mins.

Been using this takeaway since it opened and it’s had a couple of owners over the years, but apart from the very odd occasion the food has always been excellent, service is good and on a par with most Chinese takeaways on cost

This has been our Chinese takeaway of choice for nearly 20 years even in the Chinese Experience hey day. Consistently high quality food and recommend.

I’ve lived in Swindon my whole life and I’ve never found a better Chinese than this. Food is always amazing and I’ve never once had a problem. I’ve ordered many times before and will be ordering many more times in the future.

Friend recommend Lee's.....Couldn't find menu on internet even after 15 minutes of trying which made phone ordering difficult. Once ordered ready for collection very quickly. Food quality and taste - average/disappointing. Not in any rush to use again.

Good quality food, reasonably priced, friendly service, great chow mein. Tucked away in a small estate shopping centre, non-profit Swindoners will probably need a satnav!

Not good. “Chicken” was very bad. Skin bones and other inedible bits in “chicken” fried rice. Not tasty.

one of the tastiest fish and chips in the wiltshire area. Very clean shop, very popular. you get huge portions of chips. The fish is delicious, great place and great value for money

Used to be our favourite Chinese Take-Away but over the last few months the standards have dropped. The food isn't as good, or its cold, and they forget food off your order which you don't realise until you are back home!!
