Coffee 200° in Swindon

This is a brilliant coffee shop to stop off whilst shopping. The food choices and cakes are excellent. It’s my favourite place for a good quality drink. The staff are always polite and helpful even when busy (I’ve experienced many occasions living so local).. on this occasion customer service delivered by Rio was exceptional. Thank you, Jas

Stopped for a drink on Sunday afternoon with family. The hot chocolate is not hot. Barely warm and has to be drunk straight away. Disappointing as it's a lovely coffee shop.

We went here early morning before the shops opened we had a couple of pastries and a pot of tea and latte , I found the coffee good I enjoyed the pastry and my wife thought hers was ok , the pot of tea was unfortunately not the greatest but service was good and i think we will visit again next time we go to Cannock I think price wise it is on the high side but I guess for these shopping places you expect that

Lovely coffee shop and good selection of food. Ordered coffee and ciabata caprese. Got a table. Coffee came very slow service not I. Pressed. Waited for snack, waited. Saw others who came after me get thier coffee food quicker. Went to bar, asked we're was my ciabsta, oh, she forget. How can you forget a simple order. She offered a refund, took it. No explainatiin offered or apology. Just ild panic behind counter. Not very well organised, poorly managed, accepted the refund and left. Will never come back here again. The worst kind of service I have ever experienced. No e paining what went wrong, no apology. Left gutted and e brassed in front of other customers.

We have used 200° coffee shops where ever we can for the last few years so we're very excited when we found one had opened in Cannock as its local to us. Unfortunately our last three visits have been very disappointing . The coffee brand is obviously just as good but the Baristas need some more training. The quality is very hit and miss and the customer service can be poor. The Cappuccino that was served to my husband today was awful , it just looked like a regular white coffee with chocolate floating on the top, which i wouldnt have sent out in the first place. . When we both commented the young lady offered to have it remade and then bought a fresh one which was slightly better and plonked it on the table without a word. I was left feeling very uncomfortable . My flat white wasn't as nice as usual either and at £6.50 for two coffees we won't be returning.

Delicious coffee, far better than any high street coffee shop. Friendly staff, great little coffee shop at the MacArthur Glen Designer Outlet, quirky and clean!

Lovely coffee shop with amazing drinks, recommend Peach iced tea, lovely flavour. Great range of cakes and snacks reasonably priced. Order at til and they bring drinks to you, good efficient service.
