The Forest Cafe and Ice Cream Parlour in Swindon

Very run down , tables filthy, at a guess I assume this is run by the council , enough said It was cheap if that helps , can’t believe they don’t let dogs in , the place was filthy , I would take a dog in there

Website states open 9.30am till 4pm on Sundays. 11am it was still closed even though staff were seen in the building. List of amenities on website says dogs allowed. Not correct, signs at entrance says ‘no dogs, assistance dogs only’ Very disappointing. Website needs correcting.

Friendly staff, great coffee & good chat. Highly recommended. Park lovely nice walks, good for dogs and walks runnning

Nice food and fast service; though some of the prices are quite high (e.g Coke £2) Would go again regardless due to location

A lovely park to spend a few hours in , with or without the dog. Plenty for kids to do with a good play area. , and a good sized café to relax in after.

I must say the staff and management really work like clockwork together . Queues are dealt with in a fast and friendly manner . There is a reasonable menu with good choices and the ice cream parlour next door has some really enticing ice cream. The place was very busy but there was a chilli festival on 100 yards away and I think that made it busier
