I had the vegan ‘steak’ pasty which was incredible, the best I’ve had 👍🏻 great to see these company’s working hard on product research, it’s very much appreciated

Hard shell of a pasty and very hot weak coffee. Neither recommended. The wife's was just as bad! I know there's a captive audience on the outlet, but such a simple order should not be that poor. My guess is that the pasty was left over and reheated from the day before? The worst pasty I've had in a while.

Tasty and hot pasties . A selection of baguettes which were good. The coffees and hot chocolates were hot which is always a plus.

Stopped off for a pasty, what can I say other than it was really good. There wasn't too much pastry and there was actually meat in the filling which there sometimes isn't in others. Service was quick, so a good experience.

Myself and my family discovered these pasties while on the hunt for bargains. Absolutely amazing and well worth the money. They were so good we purchased a load of frozen ones to take home and cook on another day.

We had a very nice meal here ,pasty wedges and salad and the young lady that served me was very pleasant and helpful and I think that goes a long way.

We chose this food outlet initially because it offered good value food and a good variety. My other half had a large chilli beef pasty (and it was large) with baked beans and jumbo potato wedges for £6.95 and I had a Mozzarella, Tomato and Pesto Panini for £3.95. Both were substantial, boiling hot and tasty. The only thing that let it down, was that despite the pasty meal being served in a box, the panini was just served in a paper bag. A paper plate would have been nice. The service was friendly and efficient.

Stopped here for a bite to eat while shopping. Great quality pasty that was piping hot. nice to have a meal deal with some very nice wedges and mushy peas. The only disappointment was that the 'low calorie' option wasn't available for another 40 minutes as they were cooking another batch and didn't have any ready.

bought a bacon lettuce and tomato baguette and was very disappointed, not enough bacon and the lettuce was limp and lifeless, not fresh at all. considering we bought it at peak time of 12 midday you would have thought the salad would have been fresh and crispy. will I buy another one and no is the answer.this was at the mcarthur glen outlet, swindon

I wanted to buy one of their Gluten Free pasties. The girl that was working was apologetic and told me they didn't cook them often as there wasn't the demand. She then told me that I could either buy some frozen to take home or if I was coming in to shop again I could phone ahead and they'd cook it to order. Something to bear in mind for my next visit but this time I stuck with a salad.

Went to mcarthur glen to pick up a few bits. Thought would take this pasty as very familar with the windsor branch. BIG MISTAKE cheese tomato and basil is one of favourites. This one i purchased was transparent on outside, burnt underneath and tasted weird. That night came home. Felt clammy and nausea. Was sick late evening.

I decided to try this as I was with my mother and we were both hungry, but weren't willing to wait in the queue for KFC next to us. The selection of pasties on offer was minimal with staff telling me that "we don't have that available right now" even though it was 1pm (lunch time). The pasty I did get (Chicken and Chorizo, I think) was warm at best, the potato wedges were practically cold and I had to settle for a water, as there was a lack of drinks available. My mother asked for a ham and cheese baguette, which they began to prepare at the end of the counter, near the till. When we got there, the women making the sandwich began filling the sandwich with tomato and lettuce. My mother asked her if she could have no tomato in the baguette, to which the staff member replied "It's how we make them. They are on a pre-set menu which we cannot change". Even though, she's making the baguette right in front of us, and it wouldn't have been any hassle to just NOT put some tomato in it. My Mother then proceeded to remove the tomato as soon as we sat down, which just seemed a bit pointless. In conclusion, we were both a little annoyed and have agreed never to go back there.

I asked for a medium meal and got a large without being told. We were over charged. Your meal is served in a cardboard box unlike the picture shown when ordering of it being served on a plate. You are supplied with plastic cutlery which works wonders with hot food NOT. Luckily we were able to find a table but many people couldn't. The queue for KFC and subway was huge, the pasty shop had 2 people queuing. That should have told us.

Very disappointing. Poor service, huge queue, no ice so no iced latte and so no milk shake. Hot chocolate luke warm and sausage rolls underwhelming. Should have stepped two steps to the right and had a KFC.......

While shopping at the MacArthur Glen Swindon Designer Outlet we stopped at the West Cornwall Pastry Company for lunch. This is at one of the counters in the food court.

Nothing different from any other West Cornwall Pasty shop, you know what you are going to get and it delivers without any frills.

slow service and wasn't that busy, I had a traditional cornish pastie and my wife a cheese and red onion marmalade baguette my pastie had a piece missing before i started eating it, only two or three small pieces of meat the rest was some kind of vegetable but all the same and a lot of fresh air worst pastie i have ever had! my wife's baguette didn't fair any better it was dry not buttered a thin scattering of grated cheese and you could hardly see the red onion marmalade, couldn't eat then so i complained they gladly gave me my money back for the food the drinks we had were ok,

My family and I went to this burger joint (now rebranded The Confessional) for lunch today. Being a vegetarian for 29 years, I ordered a mushroom halloumi burger and my daughter ordered a chicken burger. The idiotic server brought the order unlabelled and in the wrong order, leading to me eating three bites of CHICKEN before realising it wasn’t grilled halloumi. I am absolutely disgusted and furious and I will never EVER return. I will be making sure my family and friends won’t be coming either. Appalling service in every way.

Came here last night, was staying nearby and read some good reviews. Well I have to say...food was outstanding, service and welcome was lovely...don't expect a fancy resturant as its not that, but the food was fresh , tasty and plenty of it. Extensive menu and they were all so friendly and accommodating. Value for money, second to none! Would have paid triple for what we had somewhere else!

I’m not sure what they pump into this food but it surely can’t be good.. after about 2/3 small dishes.. you’re finished! It’s all you can eat but you won’t be able to eat any more! I believe this chain has closed now anyway and the owner is running the Peatmore branch instead.. which seems to be the same setup.. Gotta make their money back somehow! 😅💸

Website states open 9.30am till 4pm on Sundays. 11am it was still closed even though staff were seen in the building. List of amenities on website says dogs allowed. Not correct, signs at entrance says ‘no dogs, assistance dogs only’ Very disappointing. Website needs correcting.
