Domino's Pizza in Swindon

Had experience both collection and delivery 100% satisfied.

My orders were moist, tasty and leaves you smiling. Compared to other brands I have had, Domino's Pizza is king. And the options are exciting.

Worst experience with branch manager. Dominos should train their manager first. Other employees are fine except him. I was checking my order after receiving but he made some negative comments and laughing himself which was no where relevant. No apology or whatever. Don’t want to see him again. Quality is also average but compared to quality manager interaction was worst hence poor customer service Dominos you are losing customers

Some really nice people work here. But unfortunately, that doesn't translate to quality food. This particular branch has gotten my order incorrect almost as often as it has been correct. The first couple of times they replaced the order. However, now they are giving a small discount instead of making up for their error. Maybe it's because they have replaced order several times but that's really their fault. The app forces me to this branch and so is useless as I really don't want to use them again. Back to calling another branch old school by phone or to Papa Johns/Pizza Hut. Such a shame but several bad experiences would make anyone consider switching brands.

SWINDON TAW HILL - Absolutely vile and inedible food The branch manager at Swindon Taw Hill branch is the most obnoxious and rude representative of Dominos. Tonight I placed an order, not a cheap one, and the food was awful. Arrived cold and inedible and toppings missing as well as the wrong size - sent small instead of medium. Needless to say I complained only to receive a phone call belittling me and contesting my right to complain. Apparently, out of ten orders I received from the Taw Hill branch I’ve compiled nine times. Rightfully so. Totally irrelevant that I was informed that he had sold 400 pizzas today and I was the first to complain! Dont order then, I hear you say but when I have no choice of which branch will deliver to me (even though Cirencester branch is so much near to where I live) I don’t have a lot of choice. Until now….never will I order from Dominos Pizza again. Just wish I had so much more to choose from in Cricklade. TrustPilot has published my review.

Pizza was good, but ordered online for collection and only when I got there did you see that collection pizza are cheaper (I know it would have only saved me £6) but I feel the app should have said there is a better offer for you. I felt a little upset at dominos as a company.

I'm dislective and I asked for help. To order my food. He told me he was the manager and said he couldn't help me. I asked if he would do it for me as I only had 5mins left and he said no. I hung phone up and cried. Y do people treat use like that. So disrespectful 😒

The pizza arrived late and was cold, when we called the guy over the phone was so rude and refused to listen. Have been ordering for last 6 years, won’t be ordering again from this store. The staff definitely need customer service training.

Used to order from here monthly, but not any longer due to card only policy... Why are you still not taking cash? Also whilst i understand everyone's had to increase prices, despite being part of a huge multi-national chain it's the most expensive takeaway i know of. On a positive note the small independant businesses are now getting my cash.

So dominos accidently deliver someone else's pizza to us (my son answered the door) we then rang dominos to explain they delivered it to the wrong house to then be asked to go deliver it for them and we said no. Then the person on the phone got irritated. He then stated his driver will come back to deliver the pizza which was cold to touch then to the correct address around the corner.

After boycotting dominos for many years due to a pizza I bought as a treat for staff not arriving. I have recently started ordering again had three great meals from Taw hill always arrived fast and hot. Friendly driver and tonight got 50% discount using the app. No complaints at all.

Ordered pizza today at 8pm in car collection and i literally had to go in shop at 8:40 and collect by myself staff told they couldn't find online order and i called 2x to find out if its ready 1st time they say we will prepare and give in 10min second time when called in 15min it said pizza in oven will come n give in car third time i went in and they said will make pizza in 5min it looks like this staff is playing with costumers and don't want to deliver in car service they make you collect in store

Very disappointed with our order this evening, 2x burnt pizzas, pretty much inedible. What happened sto the quality check before sending this out?

Unfortunately, since COVID they are no longer accepting cash payments with deliveries which is slightly frustrating. However, regarding the food I have no complaints. Slightly late delivery but an enjoyable warm meal.

When ordering from here, be careful because the pizza is insanely good. When ordering here i am greeted by the most friendly staff you will meet who have a lot of respect for you and always hunt for the best deals for you so you know you are getting the best deals all the time. They don't stop there... If there is something wrong with your order (which there usually isn't) they immediately help you with your issue to the best of their ability. A hundred percent would recommend to anyone looking to get some tasty food :D

Terrible customer service. Charged my bank account twice and yet no pizza confirmation, called them and they said they had no order despite being charged told me to call customer services that do not answer the phone. So no help, no pizza, no dinner for me.

I don't understand what people expect, I've used taw hill for many years and not once has it been bad in any way. People love to leave a bad review in the hope for something free.

Not even ordered a pizza and the delivery driver banging on our door at 2am with a pizza. Tried to explain that we did not order and his rude and abrupt manner was infuriating. It was obvious that our house was sleeping but this driver just continued to bang on the door. He should have used the phone number provided, really annoyed at the stupidity of this branch.

Quick and easy, good food, good deals!

I usually order here when I am craving pizza but my last two pizzas were questionable. Last time I order the pizza made me sick. Something on that pizza was gone off and I am suspecting it was the onions and before that something was also questionable cause I was slightly sick. I am giving it two stars for the previous times when my pizza was fresh and because I like the chicken sides but will no longer be buying th pizza.

I've never been to Swindon and live in Leeds yet you continue to send me marketing texts to my mobile despite me opting out. I've never been a customer of Dominos and likely never will.

Ordered a pizza at 12.30am, after an 1 hour and 10 minutes they tried to say it had been delivered. When they realised it hadnt been delivered I told them I wanted to cancel. They said I still need to take delivery of the pizza and get a refund through their customer service. I told them I am not accepting delivery of a cold pizza at 2 in the morning!

Hit or miss with this domino's. I've had item's missing or replaced with other things lol. But most of the time it's okay.

Pizza had so much grease on it, I even had to clean the surfaces afterwards wherever the pizza box was placed!

Getting order wrong repeatedly is becoming norm for this store!!!!!Such POOR service and such BIG ATTITUDE from the staff! On the day of Diwali we ordered vegetable supreme pizza to enjoy the festive season and opened the box after bringing it home, vegetarian pizza came with pepperoni!!!! Called the store and they agreed to deliver a vegetable supreme at home...but delivered another vegetarian pizza with pepperoni. Then we call to complain about it, there was no apology to spoil our diwali celebration and making us wait for our food for more than 1.5 hours, but ATTITUDE!!!!! GREAT GOING 👍🏼

Store continually gets order wrong (even giving items that I am allergic to with no care), won't put their mistakes right and refuse a refund without going through head office, which takes ages to get through to. We have given it numerous chances as it is my favourite pizza but won't be using them again!!

At Sunday. Came in with my family starving as hell. Placed the order and pulled out £20 note with portrait of a queen. Only to be told no cash accepted. As I don’t hold much in bank, we had to go away without food. I understand the points of switching to card payments but I don’t think that food industry should do that. So angry about it.

Delivery arrives early and warm. Hardly ever any cross contamination of other food toppings. Great customer service other the phone and the delivery drivers are very polite. Only issue is they sometimes forget to put the cheese delight cheese on. I would strongly recommend this place. Very good food and service

Food was nice don’t expect anything less but the delivery was 1 hour and we was told 15 minutes I called and they said it will only be another 10 minutes after waiting 45 minutes and there was no apology

Quite disappointing, new to the area I requested my first delivery (2 pizza's) of witch one (mine) was totally NOT what I had ordered, I called, complained and later I got the pizza I had ordered (but I was very hungry by then). I sent a written complaint and I got a discount code! so I again ordered 2 pizza's (this time we personalize each) mine was a very simple ham and pineapple one BUT I requested Extra ham and pineapple, So, When they arrived I was Extremely disappointed to see that MY pizza had almost NO Ham or pineapple!!!!! I was furious but so hungry that I could not waste my time trying to contact them again. although the pizzas arrived on time and the flavour is the typical Domino's the service is very poor here. I'm going to try the other local pizza places now :(

Treated myself to a pizza as I've had a rubbish day. But it wasn't hot. Normally have no issues but it came 13 minutes late and it was lukewarm/cold.

Ordered pizza and chicken tonight, turned up 40 mins after the app said it was out for delivery, the whole order turned up cold, phone to complain and new pizza and chicken was sent out within 30 mins. Great customer service, never usually have a concern with Taw hill so put this down to a one off, but thanks for replacing without any argument.

Staff clearly can't read... Asked for italian base, no sweet corn and extra cheese. I got normal base, with no chicken and extra sweet corn. On top of not being able to read, their maths isn't great either. Can't count higher than 3, as I can't think of any other reason that you wouldn't get the 4 cookies it advertises. No care whatsoever for their job, happy to take £30 and not give you what you order even though without customers they'd be jobless. Just order from anywhere else. They at least send you what you order.

Awful, awful service. Ordered a vegatarian pizza, 1st delivery I received Chicken. 2nd delivery I received meat feast 3rd delivery....they forgot to resend. 4 hours later I received the right pizza. Staff rude and useless!

The food it nice. It's just the lady on the phone her attitude towards customers is let very good. Very blunt and talks down to you. They forget the extras all the time like big sauce and it does my head in that's why most the time I turn to papa johns.

Have to say that although there seem to be some bad reviews on here, I have never had either a bad experience or bad/cold food from the Taw Hill branch. The order has always been correct, hot and on time when delivered. Good work guys!

Dominos here has declined so much in recent years, I wouldn’t even bother with them anymore. Every time I place an order from this place theres always something wrong or missing when delivered. Surely It’s not that hard to pay attention to detail when seeing what customers have ordered and what to take with you when delivering it. If you are a delivery driver you make sure you know which customer has what order otherwise it saves you awkwardly having going back to the customers house because you’ve missed something. SORT IT OUT

I used to like Domino's, then the deliveries went down hill. Eventually the food didn't even turn up, we resorted to collections but something seems to have changed and now their Pizzas just make me I'll.

Avoid get your pizza from old town if in Swindon Ordered online as was sent a special offer from domminos There was nothing special about this pizza it had so much sauce on it i can only amagean they put the hole bottle on it As a result the pizza wasn't even cooked . To top it of I ordered half and half which never happened all the toppings from both halfs all over it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Deliver was not attempted but the driver claims that they knocked the door and even called my phone. When rang dominos, there was no empathy and all I got was we can re deliver and it will be 45min, that's after waiting for an hour already. Worst experience ever. Best to call the restaurant after 30 to confirm.

The store manger is ginger liar that doesn't know how to handle with complaints, especially on the phones where he swears at you

Recieved my food but was wrong from the pizza to the drink waste of time money would of been better off going to asda to have 1 made up in front of me with what ever I wanted.

First time customer. Both quality of product and price aligned were very good. Not normally a Domino's fan, but was recommended by a friend. So will be a return visitor in the future.

Worst customer and delivery service! Order at 2:30am order was never delivered. So I call up and they pretend my phone don’t work hangs up the minute I said it wasn’t delivered. Constantly send the wrong drinks, ice creams and pizza bases l. I think this year I have to call up 15 times in regulates to an order gone wrong. How hard is it to make a pizza and open a fridge seriously! Not using dominoes anymore

if i could rate them 0 stars then i would. Dont bother with them. Every time i order from this place theres always something wrong. How do you mix chicken strips up with tuna? LOL, save your money, dont buy this over priced pizza and go to a different place. joke of a company.

Called up told busy that it would be 90 mins but they didn’t show up. Now no where at this time to order from. Never again will I place an order totally useless. It is clear the staff wish to go home with in delivered food. Not even a phone call.

I am complaining about the service provided and the delivery time and quality of a single pizza order. From order time to delivery to my door was 70 minutes (1 hour and 20 minutes). The pizza arrived cold. There was no apology. When I placed the order which included my telephone number I stated on the notes for there to be a phone call on it's arrival as i live in a block of flats that only residents can enter. The order was late but instead of being informed of this by staff, I found out by phoning the branch at 22.01 chasing it up who told me it would be another 5 minutes because they were busy. The order arrived at 22:26 which is when i got a call from the branch stating 'my driver cant get in'. Again no apology for the delay. The driver made no apology either. For the wait time, the service and especially the poor standard of pizza, stone cold. I will not be using Dominoes again, £10 to wait 70 minutes for a pizza which is essentially tomato sauce and cheese on dough is poor and definitely not worth it.

Avoid this place at all costs . No customer care at all when payment didn't go through online had to wait for refund before they could process my order, no gratitude offered in the meantime . The people that work him have no customer care whatsoever !

Wouldnt recommend to anyone! The pizza came very sloppy and greasy! Had to wait for it togo cold just so you could just about eat it without it all falling apart!... then too top it all off customer service offered me a voucher to make up for it, told me to reply if i want the voucher, which i did.....to then be ignored and not given the voucher code! Stay away from dominos all they care about is £££

Food always lukewarm on arrival, has to heated up in microwave. Cheesy dough balls overcooked and dark brown, used to be very garlicky, not a hint of garlic in tonight's. Pointless complaining still waiting for a refund from last order in February! Recommend Papa John's in moredon, way superior, and cheaper!

Terrible takeaway. How dominoes have such awful branches I’ll never know. Every single time I order from this one it’s late, without fail, cold and they lie when you call up and say it hasn’t left yet. Absolutely awful no wonder all of the reviews are one star.

Placed order and waiting nearly two hours for it to arrive. Some of my order was missing and so they said it would be 10 mins. It was another 1 hour and half before it was sent. I kept calling them and was told it would be 10 mins it's leaving the shop now. Called 30 mins later told sorry my manager forgot to send it. And it went on and on until finally at 9.45pm my order arrived after ordering at 5.50pm. Never again will I order from here!!!

Liars, and very rude. My pizza was 2 hours late and i was told i could have a free pizza for the inconvenience- so i ring up with the guys name "eddie" who said i could have the free pizza and somebody called jason said he would get him to call me so i could have my pizza. An hour passes and yet again they me down. So i call back, and this jason guy tells me that eddie has gone home. Very bloody unreliable!!!!!!!!! Never order from here, go somewhere with honest & kind employees and drivers. I can reccomend pizza2night and bella napoli pizzeria. This place is awful & unreliable....

I will never use dominos again. places my order at 19.03 I am new to the area so i asked if they could deliver to me and was asked my address and was told yes. I was told it would take around 1 hr for delivery. i waited nearly 2 hrs so called to check on progress to be told the driver tried to deliver but that was a lie as I have been in since 14.40 and my dog always barks to the door. So I was then told they would do me another one and it will take around 10 mins 35 mins later I called again no answer then the driver call to say she was in cricklade which is no where near me at all I gave her the directions and she said she will be here in 7 mins.i called again after 35 mins to see if she could find it but no answer twice so called the shop to be told they have cancelled it as the first one couldnt find where i lived but i was told he knocked my door (again another lie) plus neither could the last one even though i gave her directions oh and the manager said I should of used west swindon I told the manager I wanted his name and the complaints number to which he gave me a mob number and when I questioned it he said it was a mobile service (another lie) and his name was Ben terweed (probably another lie) so none of my family had any food in the end THANK YOU DOMINOS... AVOID THIS PLACE THE MANAGER (IF HE WAS A MANAGER) LIES AND YOU DONT GET YOUR PIZZA

Went in and ordered 2 Pepperoni Wraps. Told it would be 10 minutes. As I was waiting in the store I could hear constant swearing. If there was a Manager in then you wouldn’t of known. After 20 minutes I questioned how long for my order. Obviously they forgot to make it. To busy chatting to one another. They offered me something free and said I had to wait another 6 minutes. In the end I asked for a refund and left. Shocking service.

Driver only had two orders on them, went to the other side of swindon then was there for 30 mins then come back to me (only a 2 min drive from dominoes) then when he turned up he was definitely only drugs, proper sketched out and glazed over...

So I order half and half, and instead of simply reading the delivery order, this ridiculously incompetent establishment decided to concoct their own, completely random pizza, different, on both halves. Great. It would help if I liked what you threw together but one side was ground beef and chorizo and the other JUST sweetcorn. Really? More to the point, nothing was cut either? Severely burnt wedges to accompany this miserable “meal”. I think not. Although after asking to speak to the manager and being told “he’s too busy at the moment”, I was unable to get a refund and told that if I wanted a replacement I’d have to wait over an hour! Seriously? How dense do you have to be to find putting toppings on a pizza base difficult? Hands down the worst dominos takeaway I’ve everrrr bee too...

If you want to wait a couple of months for your delivery choose dominos. The Dominos round the corner is literally a 10 minute walk and I will 99% of the time get it delivered (Only because it is 3am). However some how, without fail they take at least 30 minutes to deliver it. And tonight, I waited an hour!! Oh, and these times, are when the tracker app says it is being delivered! So, as you can guess, it turns up on the coldish side. If I am honest I don't mind paying a couple of quid for the delivery, I just want it to get here hot and before christmas! I work in fast food myself, so I understand the struggle. But please, whatever it is you do to my pizza before it gets to my door, please get it here in a reasonable time! If you cant then please start thinking about your customers and make some changes to the system.
