I wanted fried chicken but the staff were quite open about that being off the menu, so I had to try elsewhere. To be honest the place was busy with counter and delivery business orders, so it’s obviously popular despite my vote

Very small and can get packed. The staff can be very rude. Parking company are a nightmare

Have to say was worried after seeing reviews but I didn't need to be, food was amazing and will definitely be ordering again, we aren't that local and was still hot when delivered, i really enjoyed all the dishes we had

I have no idea what's going on with the pizzas here. It's more crust than toppings here. Will think twice before ordering from here again......

Barmaid was quite unfriendly, it seemed like it was too much trouble to smile. Food was over cooked. Chicken burger, cod and bean burger obviously cooked together for far too long and just tasted of oil. Gammon was tough. Didn’t order pudding as we were put off by the mains!

Had a lovely visit to The Lawns! The service was great—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We went for the carvery and it did not disappoint. The meat was beautifully tender, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavour. The roast potatoes were a standout too—crispy on the outside and wonderfully fluffy on the inside. All in all, a really enjoyable meal and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Amazing food, nice staff,very clean

Food isn't that great and that is even when they actually get the order right or even send it out. Waited nearly 2hours after many phone calls being told it is on it way and wasn't. Then the last 3 times the order has been completely wrong. I just don't bother now. Had enough of wasting my time!

I choose to grab a takeaway at Domino's from time to time, and the Thornburry store is very close to me. Overall the food is good for the price paid however the staff could be a little friendlier. Thank you 😊
