We ordered food at 7:50 pm and was quoted an estimated arrival of 8:15-8:30. As it got to 9pm with still no food, we rang to try and get an update with where it was. In total, over an hour, we had rang over 40 times and no one answered the phone. Our food arrived at 10:30, over 2.5 hours since we had ordered it and spoke to the driver how to receive a refund or contact anyone about the poor service to which they were unable to advise us. This is incredibly poor service, I will not be ordering for the branch again, nor will recommend anyone to do so. Please ensure that if you are ordering food from here, that you do it before you are hungry.

Rude useless staff didn’t have a clue gave me and another customer wrong orders. Whilst burning pizzas and leaving on the shelf. My order was clearly ready as ordered online and it said it was ready but waited over 15 mins the. Eventually demanded it and it was ready and waiting out the back clearly as stone cold but didn’t realise until it was too late

Customer service was the worst ever. I was at the counter waiting for over 10 mins before I got seen to. The indian woman was absolutely friendly. The other woman was horribly rude telling me abruptly to wait when in reality, my order was ready for collection. A portion of hot and spicy chicken strips were sold as regular strips with a sprinkling of chilli flakes on top. That's a serious breach of trust. The experience was totally horrible.

Order was not delivered. No response from phone for long time. No update in track order. No message about delaying. Kids were about to sleep. Leon staff member said need to wait more 20 minute but cannot gurantee as busy. They said they cannot cancel order and I need to search online how to cancel order which was so pathetic. Donot order from pizza hut bradly stoke.

Leon who serviced us was very friendly, greeted us with a smile. talkative whiles we waited for our food and didn’t wait long for our food. Made sure we had the best deal for our money. Thank you.

Order the food through the app for collection turned up at time it said to collection get told it going to be 30mins wait. Then I collect my pizza to find food missing so have to go back in on top of that get home to find pizzas are brunt and the ham and pineapple was so brunt it don't even look like a pizza it look line charcoal. Avoid if possible

I ordered online. I received a pepperoni pizza instead of a margherita. I called Pizza Hut, but they sent me the wrong pizza again. For the second time, I had to call Pizza Hut nearly 15 times before someone picked up. I explained the situation, but they offered to refund the order in the end as they didn’t have any delivery drivers available to send the correct pizza again. I had young kids at home and ended up cooking dinner at 8:30 PM to feed them. It was all chaotic and awful. Pizza Hut needs a better strategy for handling order deliveries.

Been waiting since 20:40 for my Pizza Hut order & it’s said it’s been delivered & there’s nothing at my door no knock nothing…

Avoid at all costs!! Horrendous experience!! I ordered online and visited the branch at the time designated online, I waited 15 mins and recieved no acknowledgement or service from the staff (one of the staff member was busy chatting on his personal phone instead of serving or dealing with the customers who was waiting). I had to call the staff twice to ask where my pizza was, at which point the women took my phone because she couldn’t remember my name or order number. During this period, the pizzas were piling up with no organisation and there were a number of customers like me waiting for ages. After 30mins of waiting, the women handed me a pizza box and it was the wrong order, at which point, she took it back and then after few minutes gave me another pizza. At this point I was fed up and left with the pizza, when I got home the pizza was a medium pizza with 8 slices - not the large pizza I ordered. The service from start to finish was absolutely dreadful and ruined what was suppose to be a nice evening pizza. clearly the staff are incapable and do not have a clue. I’m sure you will receive other complaints from customers at the same time as me.

The order never arrived! I called and spoke to a very rude staff member at 20.55 about no order and she put the phone down. That was before not answering the phone for over 50 calls and following continued not to answer. So how was it delivered around 20.05. Never ordering from them again!

Order took ages to be fulfilled and then it was late. When it arrived it was only just warm. Part of the order was missing. The vegetable pizza tasted like it hadn't been cooked fully. First and last time ordering.

Missing item from delivery. Called the hut and was told it would be sent straight out. It never arrived and now I’m having to spend more time trying to get my money back! Phone lines constantly engaged. Have had to email customer services. Wish I had stayed with Domino’s now. Never had an issue with them.

Carlene was so lovely, she always checks to ensure my dietary needs are met when I come to collect the pizza and is always so friendly every time I’ve come. Pizza was great too and really nice plant based cheese which doesn’t happen often. Thank you :)

Driver didn't show up at all. Called restaurant and they said the driver left a long time ago but they couldn't contact him. They refused to send out a replacement order saying to contact Just Eat instead.

Bit confused why the delivery driver didn't just knock the door, he stood at the end of the drive and all we could hear was "hello" luckily the window was open. Not complaining, just thought it was funny lol

Terrible customer services I was waiting for ages For someone to come to the counter so I rang their Phone number and eventually somebody came to take my order, then they left my Pizza on the conveyor belt getting cold till I had to call out for somebody to box my pizza and give it to me.
