The food was greasy and chewy, by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. It took an extremely long time to arrive. Definitely NOT recommended.

Absolutely the best Chinese take away/pick up in North Bristol. Plus if you pay cash 10% discount. Fabulous.

It took a hour and a half to arrive and was cold by the time it got here. The curry sauce was extremely thick and all the grease had sunk to the bottom of the container. I was scared to eat the chicken it looked so white and uncooked definitely processed chicken out of a packet. Would never eat out there again.

Stopped ordering from Daniels for being terrible decided to go for a new Chinese place picked China Town first was pleasantly surprised how good it was definitely my new main Chinese take out.

Not to my taste, the chicken satay was weird, I've not seen the dish like this before.

Haven’t ordered something for years from here and now I know why, my dog even turned it’s nose up at the chicken it was inedible.

Ordered the food at 19:00, food is average at best. Rice and curry would have travelled better separately, won ton soup was a tiny portion with no taste

Rather expensive small amount of food. £9 chicken breast chow mein had hardly any chicken in it, just noodles and onion and mushroom. Smallest portion of soup and £5 chips I’ve ever seen! Good delivery time…

Genuinely the worst Chinese meal I have ever bought. All three of us agreed, the curry was like cement(oddly claggy), cheap chicken the consistency of a sponge The chow mein, tasteless and topped with gloopy gravy. Wrong can, things cold, without the requests asked for too. £30 wasted, it went straight in the bin. Deary deary me.

I have waited over 2 hours for food to be delivered and food has not arrived at all; this is my first time ordering from the restaurant and im really disappointed after having spent over £20 for nothing to be delivered. I would like a refund if possible

Took 2 hours from time of order for the food to be delivered on a Tuesday night. Called to chase and was told they were busy. The food didn’t taste great either, we only ate the chips. Will never use this takeaway again!

We waited over 2 hours for our order. The app said that it was on its way at 8pm yet when we phoned at 8:30pm we were told by restaurant staff the driver had left only 5 minutes prior. When the food arrived the spring rolls tasted as if they’d been reheated. The person we spoke to at the restaurant was very polite and apologetic but overall we were very dissatisfied with our experience.

The service I received this order was atrocious. All the time frames for delivery were out of sync with the system. It said the order was with the driver within the time frame, and then said it was delivered within the time frame, when it had not. I phoned up to enquire on what was happening and they said that it was mishap and that the delivery driver was on their way back. I still hadn't received my order 30mins after the call I made asking where my order was. Bare in mind I never got any real feedback on what was happening, just that it was a mishap and their driver was on his way back. When I asked about the order the second time I called, they said that their driver had just arrived back. I found the staff to be very short with their responses and quite rude. I was neither offered a discount or anything extra for the wait and/or the 'mishap'. Now the food is cold and less enjoyable.

Terrible terrible food. We got delivered the wrong food and stone cold by the time it got here which was 2+ hours after being ordered. Would not touch this with a 10ft pole and I recommend anyone to do the same. By far the worst Chinese I have ever eaten. Ruined my night was not worth the wait.

Large spring rolls Good, Salt&chilli chicken wings dry & over seasoned. Thai Beef curry was nothing like a Thai beef Curry, tasted like chippy curry sauce poured over beef.

Missing the main part of my meal, called the restaurant right away and was told it would be sent ASAP that was 45 minutes ago and STILL waiting on a Thursday night? Everything else is now freezing. Shocking service and will not use again.

Not bad but expected better quality. Chicken Samosas were pretty tasteless and had the consistency of blended cheese. Not worth the money for what looks like store bought samosas. The honey chicken wings were really good. Thumbs up for that. Delivery time was spot on.

There was something seriously wrong with the food. What little I had of it tasted off and the bottled drink ordered with it was unsealed and smell/tasted of alcohol.

Unfortunately food was delivered late. Ice cream had melted all over whole order,wrong drinks were provided. Phoned restaurant to be told that they will credit ice cream for next time. Afraid I won’t be ordering again and all has gone in the bin,shame as I want to support local businesses.

Unfortunately an Awful experience with this restaurant- ordered at 7.30 - got txt at 8.30 to say on way called restaurant at 8.40 to be told that was a mistake it was still at the restaurant - eventually arrived at 9pm (1 and a half hours later) once eventually arrived wasn’t warm and the curry had been leaking and there was less than half in the container. Very dissatisfied, also way more expensive than our usual place . Sorry but I Definitely won’t be using again.

Very expensive. Salt and chilli ribs were not spicy at all. Chow Mein didnt taste of much either. Bit disappointed overall.

I ordered two extra portion off mushroom , never got any even though I got charged for them, Also I ordered roast duck orange sauce, it was pork or something else made to be like duck , it did taste ok . Everything else was ok

Food was average, did arrive on time, but delivery driver has been caught on CCTV chucking what appears to be his dinner into the driveway.

Delivery driver was about 50 mins late, 2 phonecalls too!! Tuesday evening!!... Salt and chilli chips, didnt really taste like salt and chilli chips, chow mein was all noodles, prawn toast and spring rolls average and water chestnuts and bamboo shoots weren't that great. Shame really first time ordering from them. Wont be back

Food is priced well compared to many others, mediocre and sometimes not cooked properly such as the sweet and sour chicken. However, majority of the time the food hasn’t been a major problem.

Great food, back again next week.

This is now the second time in a year all though you have delivered several time driver even blamed me for being over a hour late couldn’t find it and when I phoned no customer service one bit

Delivery was quick but unfortunately food wasn't eaten. Prawns were in an uncooked batter soaked in sauce, leaving no sauce for anything else. Special fried rice tasted off, kids meal was cold. Won't order from here again.

Received a message to say my delivery was on route. It was out for delivery for over an hour and freezing when it arrived. Not the 1st time this has happened.
