Ordered from uber eats. They had advertised BUY 1 GET 1 FREE for the cajun shrimp but i did not receive ANY shrimp! And i was also missing my onion rings for the rack of ribs. How can you not cook something you advertised?! And uber eats is not refunding for the missing items!!! I tried ring TGI FRIDAYS but ofc nobody answered. What a scam. EDIT: What a scam, they responded and then delete their response with instructions to get help! Very unprofessional customer support. I had whole items missing. Do not ever order from here people.

We arrived with, 2 grandchildren, their Mum and my wife and I. We were seated by the front door which was draughty every time the door was opened. Everyone was crammed in one area yet over half the the place was not being used. We ordered drinks after about 10 mins, Ordered, 2 waters, a coke and milkshake and a Peroni beer. The waters arrived, a while later the coke arrived only to be told they had run out of Peroni, so I ordered something else. Someone else then arrived we thought to take the food order, no he wanted to take our drinks order! He was informed we had ordered drinks, he obviously could not recognise that there were two waters on the table. We started to order food and his pen did not work, so he went to find one that worked. Then the my beer arrived but no milkshake so asked about the milkshake. The guy came back and took our order. AS we were ordering he said they were out of stock of two items so changed our order. Finally the milkshake arrived. After on hour of waiting and seeing people being served that arrived after us, we asked where our order was, this to the same guy that took our order. He stated he would check, he never came back to give us any feedback and made no contact. We waited another 10-15 mins and decided to go. I asked for the bill for the drinks, this took 10 mins to organise, and then I get the bill for the complete drinks and food order. I refused to pay for food that had been ordered for an hour and not supplied. I paid for the drinks and left. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THE STAFF HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO IDEA WHAT THE FOOD WAS LIKE.

Went to TGI Fridays on Saturday 23rd November, had a PLEASANT experience. The food was great. The waitress Lily A was brillant and was really friendly which made my whole experience even better. I couldn’t thank her enough because she helped me and gave recommendations on food choices that I could have. The atmosphere was really good, I thought everyone was really nice and friendly getting into the Christmas spirit. Overall, everything was 10/10.

Was in the area so went on the website to book a table and they had availability within 10 mins, we had the festive menu x2 meals for a set price once we had already placed our order we then had something come up so had to leave fairly quickly we asked the server if the wait time for the mains would be long as we had just had starters and with that she brought them right out she was lovely friendly and rushed to get our bill as she knew we needed to leave. They also gave out complimentary tortilla chips these wernt great (stale) but obviously wouldn’t complain as they were free! Overall really good experience compared to when we went a couple of years ago. Server Lily A :)

We went during a really busy time so obviously there was a wait for food, as there would be in any popular food place! When my partner became unwell whilst waiting for the food due to a long term condition the staff were SO lovely and understanding! They went above and beyond to ensure we still got our food in a takeaway bag instead, kept checking on my partner, and were just so lovely and kind throughout an unfortunate twist in our evening plans. We have been before this as well, and have always had a good experience.

We were a party of 7. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table even though it was nearly empty (apple due to lack of staff) when food finally arrived very poor. Complained to waitress who got the assistant manager who then knocked off the price of 3 burger's she and the waitress were very helpful. Food not the best. TGI Fridays complaint Arrived at Bristol cribs causeway at 19;05 on Sunday 10th November. Tobe told no availablity with only 8 tables in use, after explaining the reason for visit they said we could stay. Which was great news. At which when we sat down we were told we could only have the table for 1hr 15mins, we thought about this and decided this would not be long enough, manager then came over and told us not to worry they had moved tables around so we could have as long as we needed for starter main and desert. We sat down and waited 15mins to get drinks ordered a coke and water, which eventually came in but unfortunately was in plastic disposable cups. We then waited a further 25mins to order food to which it was then 19:45, ordered food and asked why drinks were in plastic and the response was we have been too busy, so hadn’t got any clean ones which is a poor response. (Staff were horrific standing around on there phones) 2x tables now walked out as not been served. Starter arrived chicken sharer for 4 freezing cold except the 3 chicken strips. Around 10mins after our mains arrived which a disaster this were we still had cold started on the table and burgers were stone cold and black (burnt) dippers on burger were also Cold. We had also ordered a portion of mac and cheese which did not turn up either. at This point I asked to speak to manager of which we did and her response was you don’t need to pay, no offer of any other food so left and did not eat. The whole restaurant was a mess food over floor, tables full of dirty plates and empty glasses. I would like this to be fully investigated as it is a health and safety issue and a serious issue with the standards of this branch.

Never Again. Took well over an hour for foor to turn up and when i did, there was 20 mons between the first and last main coming out. Everything was just so slow, server kept forgetting what we ordered. Then when the food turned up, it was hit and miss. My cajun chicken pasta was below the standard I would expect for a ready meal, let alone a resturant meal. Someone had the the cajun mac and cheese, which theu said was good. Interestingly the mac and cheese is 3 times the size of the chicken pasta and cost less. Then the 2 for 1 on cocktails/cocktails wasn't automatically added to the bill, so had to return the bill to get the deductions corrected. That took another 15 mins. Overall, it's slow, noisy, over priced low quality food. If you do go, allow 4 hours. The table next to us walked out as their 2 mains turned up 30 mins apart.

Food - with a party of 8 (and the restaurant nowhere near capacity, Tuesday night dinner), we waited 90mins for food which arrived cold for 5 of the dishes. Food was ok but not value for money. Service - we had one waiter who was evidently doing the jobs of all the others & trying the best they could: all others couldn’t be bothered and the manager, when we complained and fed-back, claimed they were not aware. Clueless. Amazed we got food at all. Atmosphere/surroundings: ok - as with any other TGI. Not the cleanest and the toilets were blocked & not kept clean or maintained. I recommend not going here and spending your money at any other restaurant on-site. We told it as it was and got our entire bill written off - quite right too.

Arrived here at 19:10 for a pre booked table. Seated within 5 minutes which was fine but waited 15 minutes and still no server arrived so I had to order this myself at the bar. Another 15 minutes passed so I then called a waiter over to order food. My sons food arrived with one of the starters then we waited a further 20 minutes and still no mains, no one checked to see if we wanted any drinks, if the food was ok etc which is terrible! Paid for his food and left without my partner and I having anything. Terrible service, wouldn’t go back

Visited TGI’s last night and was left feeling disappointed to say the least. Ordered a round of drinks (most of which were water) which took 30 minutes to arrive even though it wasn’t too busy. When they did arrive one of the drinks was missing, when we queried where this was with the server we were met with a blank stare and just told “sorry”. After prompting them to go check, this came over right away. Whilst waiting for food there were a lot of tables complaining. The table next to us was given a refund for cold food, and another table walked out after slow service and poor communication. When the food did arrive, again we were missing a meal. There was no communication from the server as to why this happened, so after 5 minutes we questioned it. The server seemed to have no idea what was going on and again took some pushing to go check where it was. When she returned she told us it would be a further 5 minutes. At this point after everything we witnessed, and having a poor experience ourselves, we spoke to the manager. The manager advised us the server was still in training and proceeded to tell us they were having a lot of problems in this section tonight which is not what you want to be telling your customers. It was clear the training of the server wasn’t adequate. If she was struggling, which she obviously was, then she should not have been left on her own, especially after receiving the level of complaints that she was getting. Communication goes a long way with people and could have massively helped this situation.

Unfortunately, this was a bit of a shambles from start to finish. There were a group of us rounding off a hen weekend. We arrived right after they opened. On ordering drinks, we were repeatedly asked to confirm which were mocktails and which were cocktails. One drink was wrong (Diet came out instead of Coke Zero). We ordered food and we weren't all eating until over an hour later. Some of us had steak served with fridge-temp peppercorn sauce. Pasta overcooked. One order incorrect (wrong fries). One sweet potato loaded fries - the sweet potato was raw. The replacement brought out was with the wrong fries... the replacement that then came out was correct but half the size. On the positive side, the waiting staff were polite, apologetic and clearly doing their best, and our bill was discounted. But a very disappointing experience overall, will not be returning.

Myself and my partner visited your restaurant and we will not be visiting again. We waited an hour and a half for our food which came COLD. The burgers were freezing and the buns had soaked up all the grease, meaning the buns were caked in cold grease. Also, 6 groups of people left in the time we were there as they had waited nearly 2 hours for their food and had enough of waiting, and rightly so. Even if they had waited like us, they would have received cold food anyway. The servers were lovely and I am aware that this was not their fault, but the service offered in the Cribbs Causeway restaurant was beyond shocking. I also can’t believe that we had to pay £60 for horrible food! I wish we had gone to McDonalds instead because at least their food would have been warm, cheaper, and served at a decent time. I won’t go into detail but the small portion of food I did decide to eat didn’t stay in my stomach for very long!

Tried our luck asking for a table for 2 at 6.20pm on a Saturday. The host asked us to come back in 20 mins and they'd have something for us, so we went to the bar. It took a while for our order to be taken (15 mins) even though there were 3 bar staff and only 3 other couples at the bar. When I ordered 2 cokes, the server mumbled something about refills and walked away. She then started making someone else's drinks. We heard another couple complaining about the wait. After 5 mins, I caught one of the other server's attention to ask if there was a self-service station for refillable drinks and I'd misunderstood. She asked what we had ordered, nodded and also walked away then started wiping the bar down. The last server asked us if we were waiting after another 5 mins then thankfully brought us our 2 cokes. We went back to the host after the 20 mins and joined the queue of people waiting. The couple in front of us were complaining they'd been stood for 15 mins and had a reservation. Another family were walking out explaining they hadn't been brought a kids menu after waiting for 20 mins. The host was friendly and clearly dealing with lots of angry people. He sorted out our table and showed us there. I asked how the refills worked and he said the waitress could do that but he could go and get it for me. I said not to worry as he was clearly very busy. Once sat, the table next to us complained that they had been waiting for 50 mins for food and they had to cancel and leave. Our waitress came over and asked if we wanted any drinks. I said we had already bought them at the bar but could we have refills please. She frowned and walked away without our glasses. After she didn't return to us for 10 mins despite not seeming busy, we decided to leave without ordering. The restaurant seemed like it was about 50% full so clearly understaffed or lacking management.

Mentioned the stale nachos to the server who said the manager was on the way for us to talk too. Waited 10mins, no manager so spoke to another server. Manager comped the nachos (rightfully so!) but never came out to talk to us. Couple behind us complained about cold food and reading previous reviews, this seems to be the norm. Not surprising at all that TGIs aren’t doing very well.

Dishes are much smaller than previous and portions aren't in line with prices.Thought we'd try it again as it's under new management but unfortunately it's still the same overpriced understaffed tired restaurant clinging on to it's past reputation. Arrived at 6pm, took a while for order to be taken. Ordered 2 refills, loaded potato skins, seasame chicken and a burger. potato skins took 25 minutes to come out (had asked for this to come with main) when they came out they were cold. Drinks eventually arrived and was extremely watered down from being sat for 25 minutes. Two tables next to us complained due to cold food or table not being cleared. Main finally came out which was ok. No toliet roll in toilets Staff very slow, spent most time chatting and not looking around at what needs to be done. TGI is not cheap, £70 spent on 2 meals. Disappointed and will not be returning.

Got to say, possibly the worst dining experience of my life… greeted at the front door, brought to a filthy table with residue all over it. Waiter comes after 15 minutes to order drinks and food… wait a further 30 minutes, food arrives and still no drink. After asking on 5 occasions our drinks are brought to the table. Drinks were flat, no fizz whatsoever and the food was absolutely awful to the point my partner couldn’t eat it. Informed the waiter who said “sorry for the experience” and gave me a bill for £49.50. When I questioned this I was told we would have to pay.. absolutely horrendous and will never be back… such a shame after being loyal customers.

Really poor experience here. Place was near empty on arrival. Had to wait over 10 mins for table. More staff than customers yet place was a mess. Finally seated and ordered food. Was quite nice but not enough to redeem the experience. Travelled over an hour to take our son out for his birthday on a Friday evening. The three meat orders were OK however when trying to order for two vegetarian meals to be then told they were sold out of vegan burgers(not had for a while?)vegetarian fajitas, vegetarian option of the pasta and mac and cheese were also sold out. It was suggested we had loaded chips or nachos instead. One order was placed of meatless Fridays sesame strips which were bland dry inside but far to much glaze so was soggy on the outside. The second order was placed of a fridays cobb salad the plant based option. When arrived half the items listed like the actual plant based option, eggs, pickled onions weren't in it instead it was covered in red peppers and jalapeño which wasn't listed. This option wouldn't of been chosen if it had been listed it had peppers in it, other options stated peppers so weren't chosen. We were going to stay for dessert and another round of drinks but couldn't wait to leave. There were lots of staff on arrival but couldn't find staff during the meal we were waiting for the midway check up to clear up the issue with the salad but no one came. The item was taken off the bill but very disappointed in the vegetarian options would not return and definitely dont recommended. For the prices you pay it isn't worth the money. Wish I had read the reviews before going.

Administration wil save us from this torture 🎉🎉🎉Perhaps I simply have a nostalgic view of TGI, that sadly was destroyed on Friday at this particular Fridays. Servers were polite and friendly,but the reduced menu was further reduced by most things being unavailable. Orders took forever to be brought to the table, we weren't even offered a water on arrival. The toilets were disgusting and leaking over the floor in the gents. Items ordered but then found to be unavailable were not automatically removed from the menu. Dreadful experience, shambolic management who clearly have a "don't care" attitude, I will probably NEVER go back to another TGI so we'll done Cribs Causeway. Given the vast choice of eating options, it's my opinion that this brand is doomed if this recent experience is representative

Litteraly awful , dirty tables everywhere to start with. Took around 15/20 mins for us to be served , ordered loaded fries which were absolutely awful for the money you pay. We ordered the steak which I don’t even know how they can serve Litteraly disgusting we sent it back and they did cook another one which took forever for the waitress then to tell us it will only be 5 mins more as they are just defrosting the steak ! I mean what a way to put somebody off and it was disgusting over cooked on one side and barely cooked on the other , more fat than meat. Will not be returning, for the money you pay it’s awful

AVOID AT ALL COST - This is the worst dining experience you will receive. Do not get tempted to come to this restaurant. It’s the 2nd bad experience now at this establishment. after long delays the first time, this was compounded by the restaurant running out of steak Friday night combined with no normal mayonnaise! The icing on the cake was when Holli the deputy manager rather than pick up the phone and resolve this sends a template email with no above and beyond mentality to resolve this, but would rather lose another customer who feeds into a local workforce that I have 100% advised not to come here. The managers reaction/outlook would be typical of the actions that we are seeing from people that are not ready to take a senior role. Goodbye TGI, you will close your doors soon as I have no doubt when it’s empty on a Friday that your days are numbered.

Waited over 10 minutes to be offered seating. The restaurant itself was half empty and seemed to have minimum staff on, the table we eventually got offered the lighting was so dim another table were using their torch on their phone to see the menu. We then waited a further 30 minutes to wait for our order to be taken, then when asked when our order will be taken I was told they will get someone. A further 10 minutes waited we decided to go elsewhere as was undecided on the options of food and seemed over priced anyway. Now after reading the reviews glad we didn't stay for food, feel we would of been further disappointed. Service definitely needs attention and looking at the menu!

The food took ages to arrive, when it did it was poor. I had fajitas and the wraps were horrid dry cracked and tasted odd. I think they were gluten free, wife’s fries cold, floor sticky, staff apathetic. Loads of other places to go and will next time.

Went with my friend to grab a comforting meal before the movie, utter disappointment. Staff’s lovely, especially Daureen, efficient polite & friendly. Food however is a whole other ball game - very bland, over priced, pasta was under-cooked and didn’t have enough sauce. The burger had a dry bun, overcooked chicken, & again not a great taste. I wouldn’t recommend.

Wish we'd read the reviews before dining here today. The food was dreadful and incredibly expensive. The corn dogs were tepid and the mayonnaise dip was sour. The chips were cold, burger was tiny and not worth the £20 price tag. The worst thing was the nachos. The home-style chips which should have been delicious were drowned in wet slimy cheese sauce so had gone completely soggy and were largely inedible. They were strewn with loads of pink pickled onion which made the dish sour and unpleasant as it collided with a few clogs of rubbery "real" cheese lumps. Barely any guacamole. Really dated restaurant, lots of crying babies. So expensive and underwhelming. Definitely will not be returning

Not so much a birthday treat but a birthday torture! First, despite having booked a table, we were led unenthusiastically to a dirty table with sticky, stained seating,though the place was practically empty on a bank holiday Saturday evening. The waiter who took our order was barely intelligible, but we ascertained that there were no draught beers and only 2 lagers and 1 cider on offer. We ordered wings, fries and a mac and cheese side … and then proceeded to wait an absolute age for the food to arrive. There were plenty of staff standing around chatting to each other but no food appeared to be leaving the kitchen. There was no buzz, no enthusiasm, no delicious smells. We could hardly believe our ears when the exact same waiter who had taken our order approached our table, pad and pen in hand…. To ask whether we were ready to place our order!!! When we pointed out that we had ordered a good half an hour ago he just walked off … no apology. When the food finally arrived we were then asked ( by the same waiter) whether we wanted cutlery! Whilst you might eat wings and chips with your fingers, I tend to use cutlery for mac n cheese! The food tasted okay, but the mac n cheese was lukewarm. I had planned on ordering dessert, but all we wanted to do was leave. I had really wanted to show my partner this venue as I had previously found it a great place to eat when I last came up a couple of years ago. Sadly it was complete let down. I won’t be returning.

Booked for 13 people as it was a special birthday, table booked for 7.30, had to wait 30 mins for drink order to be taken and then another 20 mins for the drinks to arrive very slowly, by 9.15 our starters had not arrived absolutely disgusting, we walked out so my daughters 21st celebration was ruined, we ended up getting a McDonald’s. The restaurant was not even busy, if I could give 0 stars I would.

2 star dining across the board. Myself and my partner questioned why we don't frequent TGI's very often as we walked in to the restaurant. A little over an hour later, I think it's fair to say we remembered why! Overcooked, dry food, poor service and a lack of atmosphere, not to mention a significantly streamlined menu since my last visit. I've no issues with this if it means the quality of food on offer is proportionate to the expense but sadly, this wasn't the case. £20 for a burger is outrageous IMO, even if you're doing it well. TGI's used to be my go to eat out but it just hasn't been able to move with the times. Maybe it's just this restaurant but it was jaded and in need of a serious make-over!

Absolutely terrible service the worst by far. Everything took forever. People who arrived after us got served first. The toilets were vile. Someone had flooded an blocked the toilet if you know what I mean 🤮🤮🤮 the food took about 45 minutes from ordering to actual service. Was dry and been left under the heat for too long. When confronted about the state of the toilet. The answer was it wasn't like that this morning. We were having lunch at 130 and clearly no one had done basic toilet checks 🤮 the restaurant was freezing cold. The decor actually cut one of the children on the shoulder. Unacceptable service and disgusting places to eat

Every now and again you have such a bad meal you wish you wonder how a business manages to stay afloat. Sticky tables, food covered seating and filthy cutlery… I blame myself for not leaving. The food was outrageously expensive but the portions are small and honestly taste like a Tesco meal deal, bond and sad. The waiters and staff share a vibe similar to what I imagine the passengers of the Amistad had. The venue is not a place you would want to revisit. Honestly, avoid this place, for the love of god, do not give these guys any more money.

Told to wait 20 mins for a table. Waited and sat down, place was empty. If there was a reason for waiting its good service to explain when there's only 4 other tables occupied. Food is incredibly expensive and completely rubbish. £20 for a burger that would only be acceptable to pay £8 for. Tiny dry chicken breast on a burger with thinnest bacon and completely drenched in chutney, was yucky. Partners fajita was all onions, and a chunk of meat that was half fat. Ridiculous for £50's worth of food. Will never come back and don't waste your money.

Had a very disappointing experience today when visiting. Had a table booked at 7:30 then waited 25 minutes for anyone to come and take our order Although a short wait till food was brought out for the price of the food we were incredibly disappointed at the poor quality of what was brought out to us. The parts of onion and pepper that would normally be discarded as food waste all through our nachos A burger which was just warm enough to eat. At this point it was a case of wanting to finish up and leave. Then waiting another 20/25 minutes from receiving the bill to actually being able to pay and having to walk round and chase staff members. For a friday night it was extremely quiet so there didn’t seem to be any reason for such poor service and not an apology was given. When leaving we heard other customers leaving and complaining as “ it can’t get much worse than this” before they chose somewhere else to eat. Things were awful throughout the whole experience and we won’t be wasting money in a place like that again.

Server was lovely but too much thumping music and food was absolutely terrible. No refill drinks available so the only option for soft drinks was spending £4+ on one can of coke! Burgers were flavourless and overcooked and greasy, made us feel sick, bacon was charcoal, chips with maple bacon and sour cream were so overly sweet, absolutely extortionate prices for less than mediocre food. Do not eat here.

Servers walking around with trousers half way down. Hair not tied back. Food came out incorrectly prepared. Dry and boring food, no spice or flavour. Server went MIA for half the meal. No check in on the food. Asked the manager for the bill, with a response with "Ask the server". The same server who went MIA. Tried to add food to our bill which we didn't have. Drinks came not on a tray. Meaning half of it was spilt prior to coming to the table.

Awful experience this evening, food was the worst I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant. We only ordered two appetisers and left after as it was that bad…nachos were missing the sour cream, when we pointed this out the waiter said oh they ran out but neglected to tell us when we ordered!! The guacamole and salsa were just huge chunks of tomato and avocado?? The tables around us also complained due to the poor quality food. The place was nearly empty, with a tonne of tables covered in dirty plates, food and drinks. But the staff weren’t actually doing anything?? We felt sorry for our waiter, as he was just getting all the complaints. But when we commented how bad the cheese sauce he gave us the cheese sauce (no actual cheese taste though) that he gave us instead of sour cream, he said ‘oh it’s better than nothing I suppose!’. The toilets were VILE as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Bella Italia across from it is much better!!!

Similar experience to many other recent reviewers. This place could do with a good long clean (Front of House and the toilets) and the staff need looking at, thoroughly miserable and not interested in delivering any customer experience at all. Our food took ages to come and the nachos were badly overcooked, again as other recent reviews sadly highlighted. Such a shame as TGIs used to be a place to rely on for a great meal and night out.

Went in today for some food in a group of six, venue seemed quite empty and not too busy but not sure if this was copeable for the team on. Sat down and waited about 15-20 minutes for any orders or who might’ve been dealing with us etc. drink orders were made took about 15 minutes or so to come out. Then food was awkwardly brought out by one person bring out two plates at a time with no help. Seemed unfair. Calamari came out dry, wasn’t seasoned with any citrus at all and sauce was forgotten. Corn wasn’t charred off on the grill. Super watery. Ribs were cooked well but the glaze sauce is too sweet for me should’ve tried the bbq instead. All in all not a great experienced, staff seemed stretched and not too welcoming either. Food was average but very costly don’t think il go back.

Did we catch TGI on the wrong day? Maybe, but our issues seem consistent with some other reviewers. The good, chicken was nice, kids enjoyed their meal and having colouring/games book for them was a nice touch… although did have to ask for it. Our server was very nice The bad… They’d had a “busy weekend”, so when we arrived at 12.30 on a Sunday they had run out of refill drinks (no soda), one one beer on draft and no peas. Sure there was more, but that is what we were away of. They were down a few servers so didn’t have the nice area by the window open, had a dark booth with a broken seat cushion. The sink in the baby change was blocked. Mentioned it to a server who just shrugged. An hour later it was still blocked. The £5+ bowl of chips was half a breakfast bowl in size… mentioned it to the guy who brought the food out, made some excuse about portion control… no issue with that, but it’s not £5 worth! Salad came out with gone off leaves. This was swiftly replaced to be fair. Finally with the refills off, the choice (albeit limited) was for 330 ml cans of Coke, etc… £4.20 a go! Not been for a long time but place just seemed run down, food was ok, but nowhere near value for money and the fact they were out of a lot of stock lunchtime on a Sunday smacks of bad planning. Sadly won’t be returning.

I will keep it short. Kids meals are ridiculously small and pointless. Two hairs found in my dinner and one in my partners. Food was very bland and disappointing apart from the hair surprise considering the price and also parts of the order we're missing and we gave up waiting for them to arrive. The service was awful. What's happened to this place? It used to be a special treat. The front of house staff are utterly miserable and disinterested. One girl in particular was basically walking about giving the customers dirty looks the whole time. Honestly is was quite amazing how bad the service was and how resentful they were to have to serve you. Crazy. Never going there again. If this are remotely interested I highly recommend a anonymous shopper experience on a Friday evening about 18:00. If you think all the negative reviews are fake then see for yourself.

Couldn't physically take a seat or even see where the queue was meant to be. Absolutely packed only an hour after opening, have reduced seating for social distancing by closing off entire sections rather than just distancing the tables themselves? Means certain areas were completely packed and then piled chairs in an area people could actually social distance in. A shame, we couldn't even eat here even after we left it 30 - 45 minutes, was still packed.

Wow, I used to love this shop, however ordered for delivery for my dinner break...arrived late so just 10mins dinner break left, chicken kebab cold, lamb kebab tepid and chips may well have been frozen they were so cold. Won't be coming back after all these years..avoid
