Had a new server he was very welcoming and helpful. I had smashed burger which was slightly burned on the edges which was still edible but the worst was the sweet potato fries they were raw in the middle, a very apologetic server got them replaced for me but when she brought them over they were burned black on the outside making them inedible not sure if the the kitchen staff are untrained in how to cook frozen sweet potato fries or they were making a point as I had sent them back either way, I think you need to train your staff on how to cook them maybe by turning your fryer down so they don't burn before they are cook on the inside!!! I can safely say I will never set foot back in a TGI Fridays again!!!

We had a table booked for 12.45. We arrived on time but even though it was very quiet we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. There were lots of empty but uncleared tables and It was very cold in there! Our meals came 50 minutes after ordering. We twice had to ask for cutlery. Very small portions. The meat elements were tasty but the fries were tasteless and barely warm. And why do you have light mayonnaise when the food is fried? Light mayo is horrible. The staff are doing their best under poor higher management. Very high prices for small portions. I have reactions to artificial sweeteners so had to have original coke which I was told was not unlimited refills. I would not recommend this restaurant unless there are significant changes.

It will be memorable for all the wrong reasons. Waitress I felt really sorry for because what we tried to order she had to say not available. For the children tried yo ordde a milkshake but none available as no ice cream. No ice cream meant a big reduction in the choice of desserts. Ordered corn dogs - none available. As the only soft drink option available was coke one person had to order tap water!! But worse than that was NO cutlery. Had to ask 3 times but then it was explained that they had to wait for the dishwasher to finish. We already had out starters in front of us!!! The quality of food was very poor and grossly overpriced. Not surprised TGI is in financial difficulty. Certainly won't be going back.

The staff were really nice in and of themselves. Service was initially slow. The table we were sat at was messy and uneven: the music was too loud and not to my taste: the food was overpriced and genuinely terrible. We ordered a nachos to share as an appetiser which was cold by the time it got to us: tasted odd. For mains, we ordered a basic burger and a pasta dish. Pasta was soggy and the supposedly spicy sauce had virtually no taste: the burger was dry, the tomato was floury, the bun stale: the fries were tolerable. For drinks we ordered two cocktails (BOGOF at £16 each, not exactly a good deal) and a Coke Zero. All the drinks were watery, and the cocktails contained very little alcohol so everything was cheap except the prices! For a sharing starter, two basic mains and three drinks it came to nearly £72. Maybe my estimation of price to value ratio is trapped in an earlier time, but it seemed extortionate.

Awful experience - suggest you avoid. Came here for a lunchtime booking during half term; slow to seat us but then they served our drinks quickly. However our food order, simply two kids meals and an appetiser, never showed up. I asked our server about our order, who said she’d go and check for us and then we didn’t see her again!! Waited a while longer with two very hungry kids, before having to leave having spent over an hour in the restaurant with no food (not even the kids snack pots that are part of the meal!) Would have liked to speak to staff as we left to explain how disappointed we were, but there was no-one to be seen. Overall a very frustrating experience.

Service was poor, and there were a lot of ‘hostess’s’ who would not take our order or help the waitress who was clearly struggling, meaning we had an extremely long wait to order. Waited approx 30 min for drinks and longer for food, despite the restaurant not being very full. Cobb salads & burger were nice when they arrived but very overpriced for what they were!

I have not seen so many people who were complaining about the lack of service and waiting time. First tome we have never tipped. Don't think we'll ever visit again.

Booked a table here during half term. Arrive 5 minutes before booking (4pm) there was around 5 tables in the restaurant, every other table had something dirty on. Waiting at the door for 5 minutes we were completely ignored by 4 different members of staff before 1 said the door host will be with you soon. After another 10 minutes I asked if anyone was going to see to us. The girl said we'll we have no door host today and very busy. 2 lies told as was told a door host will be with us and then there is no door host and I could see there were only a handful of tables in the restaurant. There was no attempt to even sit us after speaking to the girl so we left. Another guest even said to us "it's not worth waiting we've hated everything". Wanted to treat the children for half term and was very disappointed. Ended up going to Frankie and Bennys and was amazing. Will always chose them over TGI now.

We booked for lunch at this restaurant. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes to order and the food took 50 minutes. My wife had a chicken burger which was cold and I had a beef burger and the bun hadn't been defrosted. We complained to the waiter however he walked off and we were not table checked. On the way out, customers had been waiting 20 minutes to be seated with a booking. The service and the food were both terrible

I am truly disappointed by my recent experience at T.G.I. Fridays. From start to finish, it was a complete let-down. Despite having a reservation, we were left waiting for over 10 minutes before being seated. Once we were finally at the table, we were greeted by sticky surfaces, both on the table and chairs, which was off-putting. The situation worsened when a group of loud, swearing young adults were seated behind us, creating an uncomfortable environment for our family. The fact that they seated everyone so closely together in such a large space was baffling—it would have made sense to spread people out to avoid this disruption. As for the food, the calamari was passable, but the chips and dips were a huge disappointment. There were barely enough chips to share—each of us only got one. At no point did the waitress suggest any alternatives or upgrades, which felt like a missed opportunity to improve our experience. The burgers were fine, though the chips were overly salty. When I asked for a glaze sauce, it never arrived, which was incredibly frustrating after the staff specifically inquired about it. To make matters worse, the dessert service was a complete disaster. The wrong dessert was brought to our table, and when we pointed it out, the waitress admitted she didn’t know the difference between the items and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. To top it off, my share dessert had melted ice cream with no strawberries—despite the menu clearly stating they should be included. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing, with both the food and service failing to meet expectations. The portion sizes did not justify the inflated prices, and it felt like the staff simply didn’t care. I won’t be returning and, frankly, I would not recommend this location to anyone. T.G.I. Fridays has clearly lost the standard it once held.

I don't leave reviews usually, however, I have to. A few months ago we came to your restaurant and I asked for ultimate american grill. There was no steak, but that wasn't the issue it was how blunt and rude the staff were, so left without ordering. Yesterday we went again the staff were ok, but waiting time was long and you had no steak again, that wasn't the issue the issue was the atmosphere, not one customer looked happy, the staff looked miserable. I felt like we were an obstacle in their working day, anyway i asked for ultimate ribs, got some chips and warm ribs, but was put off it didn't smell right. Tgi's in Cabot was great, Manchester city centre was where I first had a TGI's and it was spot on. Cribs on the other hand should have closed down instead of Cabot. Being out of food isn't the issue it's the fact you didn't discount or replace the steak with something else, the ultimate rib meal tho im sure there was supposed ro to be more than just chips and the ribs the plate looked empty. Can't believe I payed £50

Went for sons birthday. Had to wait an hour for our starters which were cold. We then waited another 45 mins for our main. Every meal was cold and unedible. Staff were friendly enough. Tommy was most attentive and went above and beyond. Definately need a shake up in the kitchen as that is where the problem is. Wouldn't entertain visiting again which is a shame as it used to be really good. Overpriced food definately wouldn't recommend.

Went there with family for a nice dinner of open wings. Spent the first 40 minutes waiting for the first round of hot wings and another dish we ordered. The second round took another 40 minutes and the wings arrived at room temperature! We decided to leave as the 3rd round of wings did not come and we've been in the restaurant for almost 2 hours by then. There were other customers who arrived and got two rounds of wings (still took around 40 mins to get two rounds) but relatively were served much quicker than us and that did come across as discriminatory behavior. I honestly do not think anyone is being held accountable for such poor performance as I experienced the same slow service every time I visited this branch. If you do not have enough kitchen staff , maybe control the amount reservations made? Although I don't think 6 pieces of chicken wings should take 45 minutes of preparation! Never visiting again as it's a waste of my time and money. Very stressful and unpleasant visit.

I booked this place for a sizeable party a while a go, as I'd had a good meal there previously. however since TGI's recent financial troubles in seems someone has decided the best way to start rebuilding the brand is to gouge the customer for all its worth, while keeping minimal drinks and ingredients in stock. Now, first off, I'm in no way criticising the staff, our server, considering she was fairly new, and the first time serving a large party, was excellent. But, on attempting to order food or drinks, we found that quite a few items on the menu were unavailable and that there was no draught beer or cider available! (How the heck does a licensed establishment run out of Beer and Cider on tap early on a Saturday evening?) Both my Wife and I ordered the Mac & Cheese with pulled pork, however, what we received looked like an anaemic, microwaved tin of Heinz Macaroni and cheese, with an anorexic slither of pulled pork slopped on top, and for that we were charged nearly £17.00!!! Until things improve massively, i won't be returning any time soon!

Firstly, I don’t normally write reviews, but our experience today was not great, a couple of the waiters seemed very depressed, drinks never came, food came before the drinks did and had to ask again for them to be made. I didn’t think it was bad in here until the couple next to us waited for 1hr30 for there food. I asked one of the waiters for ketchup and was never brought over, when I walked up to them and asked she said to go and get it beside the till. If I come back, hopefully will be better.

Me and my girlfriend booked a bottomless brunch tonight at the cribbs branch and we had to wait at the bar to get seated for 10 mins. Then got ignored and when finally approached the waitress realised we didn’t even have the right menus to make an order ! She then left us for 20 mins before asking what drinks we wanted and didn’t get our drinks for 30 mins before asking. In the time we were waiting 8 staff members walked straight past and one girl was literally doing laps around the restaurant looking lost . When the food arrived it looked cold and sad , still hadn’t received our drinks . We took one look at the monstrosity and left , absolutely ridiculous! Not surprised it’s going into administration, waste of life and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy !

Four of us went out. Hadn't been to TGi for about ten years and thought we'd try it again. Sharing starter was delicious,then we had the smashed burgers and glazed chicken burgers. Food came quickly but was freezing cold and tiny, chicken was old and cold. These burgers are selling out at £20. I could have had a similar sized and probably more tasty and filling burger from the saver menu at McDonald's. Cocktails are mostly ice/water. Won't be going again, probably ever. Table next to us had complaints every course. Bit of a shambles. Such a shame as this used to be a good place to go for chicken or ribs.

I have to say that this is my first time in a TGIF in England and unlike their American counterpart this English TGIF experience was second to none. Yesterday 15th of January myself and my wife decided to get something quick to eat while on our way out for our grocery shopping, since we live in Cribbs area we have all the choices in the world. For her first time every we decided to pop into the TGIF in Cribbs since it was on her bucket list to try, thinking is Wednesday night things should move pretty quick…..wrong. Upon arrival we where greeted my other people wanting to dine, no front of house, back, of house, underneath the house greetings. They where busy and the Restaurant was less than 40% occupied. We got a table for two in less than 5 minutes but the vibe was that of dispar and no time to actually warm us in to our diner. Our food and drink orders where taken after 25 minutes of sitting with nothing but thin air in front of me to munch on. After repeated trips to ask to be seen by a waiter we have finally got ourselves a waiter, in a TGIF? Miracles happen. We have order everything together Maine and starters since we knew that that’s the only quick way out of there. The food arrived after one hour and 10 minutes of ordering and half an hour of waiting to be asked what do I want. Understaffed, not my problem! I come out of the house to enjoy something that the comfort of my house doesn’t offer, a social setting, different smells, lighting make it all a atmosphere. This was unpleasant, floor manager never apologised, gave us a 25% discount which was already a roll out discount for students so I already had that before I went in there. I have used this concept over in the States on numerous occasions, not to mention that moist of my teenage birthdays where sung by TGIF waiters and the vibe was way different. I come to a restaurant to relax and recharge after a long day, I left angry and upset, but with a half full stomach and the rest to go since the vibe and the atmosphere in the restaurant from the people that were intended to look out after you was the vibe of a wake. With this said, make your own mind.

Went there for dinner after a movie and I can literally say the best thing about being there was the waitress who served us, her name is Carys I believe,the small red head, very helpful and so sweet, she did everything to make the evening comfortable, we had to send her back to the kitchen twice and she came back twice with a lovely smile on her face. She is quality, keep her! I will be back with a tip for her too. The kitchen on the other hand is where I have an issue, and I noticed that this happened more than once where the food wasn't done the way people had asked for it, my steak was given to me raw...with blood still, unfortunately I'm not a vampire so definitely 0 compliments to the chef, however they did manage to get it the way I wanted it after about 15 minutes. The salad that was ordered came up to £17 and there was literally nothing in it that was supposed to be in it, the chef sent back a tub of guacamole instead of actually sending avo back. The chips were fine. Honestly unless they changed chefs there I wouldn't be back, the food is not worth what you get charged for. Literally if it wasn't for Carys I would have left. Waiting staff is great Chef is terrible.

Ok so myself and my family were frequent tgi visitors in Gloucester and loved the place, never a problem. We were devastated when they closed out branch but decided that as a treat we would book to go Bristol as a special treat for my daughters birthday. Well, I don't even know where I can begin but we were booked to sit at 6.15 so arrived nice and early at 5.50, at 6.15 we were still stood in the entrance at the greeting desk, along with many others, no attempt was made by any member of staff to greet us although many did walk past and look at us so eventually I approached a member of staff to let them know that we had arrived, at this point I was told they were running 10-15 minutes late so I informed them we would get a drink and wait at the bar. We ordered drinks and luckily managed to find a table to sit at the bar as we were a party of 10 with elderly and children. At 6.30 we were informed that the party at our table were just leaving and the table would be cleared and cleaned I the next 5 minutes, we eventually got showed to our table at 7pm so 45 minutes late. Half hour after we were seated I had to go find someone as it was clear no on was coming to take our order anytime soon, luckily we already had our drinks from the bar. We did look for someone to reorder drinks but no luck so we went to bar ourselves to get refill and order more drinks, this was when we were made aware that nothing further could be ordered as the tills had gone down, luckily many of had refillable drinks so they honoured these as they had already been through the till. We did served our food eventually and to be fair everything went smoothly there, we did notice a few people were getting quite irate and leaving. Once we had finished eating I once again went to find a server to see if we could place an order for some puddings, that's when I realised how empty the place was as were in the far corner I hadn't really noticed. This was when were told the tills still weren't working so they had had to turn everyone away and couldn't take anymore orders so we just requested the bill, obviously not a lot of people carry cash these days but were informed we would have to pay cash as they couldn't take card payment so I explained I didn't have enough cash on me so was told I would need to pop back in tomorrow to pay, I obviously explained that we were from Gloucester so couldn't exactly just pop back in. To be honest I don't think anyone really know what to do about the whole situation, the staff members all seemed very young, uninterested and confused. We said we would hang on for a bit and see if the systems came back online as a few of us still had drinks anyway, to be fair I did request that we get a piece of cake so that we could sing happy birthday and they did get this for me. Fast forward another 45 mins and not 1 staff member approached us although by this time we were the last people in the restaurant, I might also add that our dirty plates bowls and glasses were still sat on the table so again I had to go find someone to resolve the payment issue to which again no one seemed to know what to do, absolutely no one took charge of the situation. I said I could pay whatever I had in cash which was about £220, the bill was £311, so they agreed that I would have to call and pay the rest the following day, luckily my daughter remembered she had cash in her birthday cards so I ended up using this to pay the remainder of the bill. Now I know that technology is unreliable and these things happen but it doesn't help when you have totally inadequate staff, as already said most were very young but not 1 staff member that I dealt with or saw anyone else deal with had 1 ounce of customer service, noone knew how to talk to customers or keep them updated or serve them in any way shape or form. As I said we were the last table to leave so there must have been about 20 staff left in the building doing nothing except stood around talking yet every time we wanted the slightest thing we had to go find them. All in all It was just a very bad experience.

We were not greeted until around 8:00pm only to be turned away and told by potential fellow diners that no bookings could be checked in and no orders taken due to ‘system errors’. There was no note by the check in station to advise us of this, and numerous staff members walked straight past us without telling us a thing, making us stand there for 45 minutes for nothing. Really not the best experience, we pre booked a table so didn’t need to wait around for a table. On arrival we went to the toilet, no loo roll to be seen in the toilet, we waited a long time for most of our drinks to arrive. Large glass of red wine was served in a small glass full to the brim, poor waitress struggled not to spill it! Pint of Guinness we ordered then arrived about 20 mins after placing the drinks order, which was after the starters after we asked where it was. When our starters arrived we asked for cutlery to be told she only had 2 forks the rest were in the dishwasher. Really not a good excuse. However the food was lovely.

If I could give a lower score I would. Staff acting like they didn't want to be there, service appalling. Left after nearly 2 hours and no main meal. Had to leave as the children were getting extremely restless. When did speak to a manager she was smirking and couldn't care less. Would never come back and definitely wouldn't recommend. Had to ask for drinks/food to be taken then ask when the food is coming etc. Childrens came out and fish fingers all burnt so sent back. Absolutely shocking experience.

Terrible service with staff maybe not fully trained - waiting staff though did accept she forgot to give us forks and I appreciate that but manager overall didn’t know how to deal with things. Behind me there a couple complaining similar things and it is shocking response by the manager . I also did give feedback back to waiting staff my food was cold and several other things and not sure if they took that into consideration . I asked for sirloin steak and got rump steak. The price remained same . Shocking service as side with steaks seems shop brought cherry tomatoes, lettuce and nothing was additional cooked for 28 pounds . I seriously think you need to sort out this situation and tables weren’t clean either . Whole environment put me off coming ever again . Only good things was the cocktails

Ordered from uber eats. They had advertised BUY 1 GET 1 FREE for the cajun shrimp but i did not receive ANY shrimp! And i was also missing my onion rings for the rack of ribs. How can you not cook something you advertised?! And uber eats is not refunding for the missing items!!! I tried ring TGI FRIDAYS but ofc nobody answered. What a scam. We arrived with, 2 grandchildren, their Mum and my wife and I. We were seated by the front door which was draughty every time the door was opened. Everyone was crammed in one area yet over half the the place was not being used. We ordered drinks after about 10 mins, Ordered, 2 waters, a coke and milkshake and a Peroni beer. The waters arrived, a while later the coke arrived only to be told they had run out of Peroni, so I ordered something else. Someone else then arrived we thought to take the food order, no he wanted to take our drinks order! He was informed we had ordered drinks, he obviously could not recognise that there were two waters on the table. We started to order food and his pen did not work, so he went to find one that worked. Then the my beer arrived but no milkshake so asked about the milkshake. The guy came back and took our order. AS we were ordering he said they were out of stock of two items so changed our order. Finally the milkshake arrived. After on hour of waiting and seeing people being served that arrived after us, we asked where our order was, this to the same guy that took our order. He stated he would check, he never came back to give us any feedback and made no contact. We waited another 10-15 mins and decided to go. I asked for the bill for the drinks, this took 10 mins to organise, and then I get the bill for the complete drinks and food order. I refused to pay for food that had been ordered for an hour and not supplied. I paid for the drinks and left. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THE STAFF HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO IDEA WHAT THE FOOD WAS LIKE.

Went to TGI Fridays on Saturday 23rd November, had a PLEASANT experience. The food was great. The waitress Lily A was brillant and was really friendly which made my whole experience even better. I couldn’t thank her enough because she helped me and gave recommendations on food choices that I could have. The atmosphere was really good, I thought everyone was really nice and friendly getting into the Christmas spirit. Overall, everything was 10/10.

We went during a really busy time so obviously there was a wait for food, as there would be in any popular food place! When my partner became unwell whilst waiting for the food due to a long term condition the staff were SO lovely and understanding! They went above and beyond to ensure we still got our food in a takeaway bag instead, kept checking on my partner, and were just so lovely and kind throughout an unfortunate twist in our evening plans. We have been before this as well, and have always had a good experience.

Was in the area so went on the website to book a table and they had availability within 10 mins, we had the festive menu x2 meals for a set price once we had already placed our order we then had something come up so had to leave fairly quickly we asked the server if the wait time for the mains would be long as we had just had starters and with that she brought them right out she was lovely friendly and rushed to get our bill as she knew we needed to leave. They also gave out complimentary tortilla chips these wernt great (stale) but obviously wouldn’t complain as they were free! Complained to waitress who got the assistant manager who then knocked off the price of 3 burger's she and the waitress were very helpful. Food not the best. TGI Fridays complaint Arrived at Bristol cribs causeway at 19;05 on Sunday 10th November. Tobe told no availablity with only 8 tables in use, after explaining the reason for visit they said we could stay. Which was great news. At which when we sat down we were told we could only have the table for 1hr 15mins, we thought about this and decided this would not be long enough, manager then came over and told us not to worry they had moved tables around so we could have as long as we needed for starter main and desert. We sat down and waited 15mins to get drinks ordered a coke and water, which eventually came in but unfortunately was in plastic disposable cups. We then waited a further 25mins to order food to which it was then 19:45, ordered food and asked why drinks were in plastic and the response was we have been too busy, so hadn’t got any clean ones which is a poor response. (Staff were horrific standing around on there phones) 2x tables now walked out as not been served. Starter arrived chicken sharer for 4 freezing cold except the 3 chicken strips. Around 10mins after our mains arrived which a disaster this were we still had cold started on the table and burgers were stone cold and black (burnt) dippers on burger were also Cold. We had also ordered a portion of mac and cheese which did not turn up either. at This point I asked to speak to manager of which we did and her response was you don’t need to pay, no offer of any other food so left and did not eat. The whole restaurant was a mess food over floor, tables full of dirty plates and empty glasses. I would like this to be fully investigated as it is a health and safety issue and a serious issue with the standards of this branch.

Never Again. Took well over an hour for foor to turn up and when i did, there was 20 mons between the first and last main coming out. Everything was just so slow, server kept forgetting what we ordered. Then when the food turned up, it was hit and miss. My cajun chicken pasta was below the standard I would expect for a ready meal, let alone a resturant meal. Someone had the the cajun mac and cheese, which theu said was good. Interestingly the mac and cheese is 3 times the size of the chicken pasta and cost less. Then the 2 for 1 on cocktails/cocktails wasn't automatically added to the bill, so had to return the bill to get the deductions corrected. That took another 15 mins. Overall, it's slow, noisy, over priced low quality food. If you do go, allow 4 hours. The table next to us walked out as their 2 mains turned up 30 mins apart.

Arrived here at 19:10 for a pre booked table. Seated within 5 minutes which was fine but waited 15 minutes and still no server arrived so I had to order this myself at the bar. Another 15 minutes passed so I then called a waiter over to order food. My sons food arrived with one of the starters then we waited a further 20 minutes and still no mains, no one checked to see if we wanted any drinks, if the food was ok etc which is terrible! Food - with a party of 8 (and the restaurant nowhere near capacity, Tuesday night dinner), we waited 90mins for food which arrived cold for 5 of the dishes. Food was ok but not value for money. Service - we had one waiter who was evidently doing the jobs of all the others & trying the best they could: all others couldn’t be bothered and the manager, when we complained and fed-back, claimed they were not aware. Clueless. Amazed we got food at all. Atmosphere/surroundings: ok - as with any other TGI. Not the cleanest and the toilets were blocked & not kept clean or maintained. I recommend not going here and spending your money at any other restaurant on-site. We told it as it was and got our entire bill written off - quite right too.

Visited TGI’s last night and was left feeling disappointed to say the least. Ordered a round of drinks (most of which were water) which took 30 minutes to arrive even though it wasn’t too busy. When they did arrive one of the drinks was missing, when we queried where this was with the server we were met with a blank stare and just told “sorry”. After prompting them to go check, this came over right away. Whilst waiting for food there were a lot of tables complaining. The table next to us was given a refund for cold food, and another table walked out after slow service and poor communication. When the food did arrive, again we were missing a meal. There was no communication from the server as to why this happened, so after 5 minutes we questioned it. The server seemed to have no idea what was going on and again took some pushing to go check where it was. When she returned she told us it would be a further 5 minutes. At this point after everything we witnessed, and having a poor experience ourselves, we spoke to the manager. The manager advised us the server was still in training and proceeded to tell us they were having a lot of problems in this section tonight which is not what you want to be telling your customers. It was clear the training of the server wasn’t adequate. If she was struggling, which she obviously was, then she should not have been left on her own, especially after receiving the level of complaints that she was getting. Communication goes a long way with people and could have massively helped this situation.

Unfortunately, this was a bit of a shambles from start to finish. There were a group of us rounding off a hen weekend. We arrived right after they opened. On ordering drinks, we were repeatedly asked to confirm which were mocktails and which were cocktails. One drink was wrong (Diet came out instead of Coke Zero). We ordered food and we weren't all eating until over an hour later. Some of us had steak served with fridge-temp peppercorn sauce. Pasta overcooked. One order incorrect (wrong fries). One sweet potato loaded fries - the sweet potato was raw. The replacement brought out was with the wrong fries... the replacement that then came out was correct but half the size. On the positive side, the waiting staff were polite, apologetic and clearly doing their best, and our bill was discounted. But a very disappointing experience overall, will not be returning.

Myself and my partner visited your restaurant and we will not be visiting again. We waited an hour and a half for our food which came COLD. The burgers were freezing and the buns had soaked up all the grease, meaning the buns were caked in cold grease. Also, 6 groups of people left in the time we were there as they had waited nearly 2 hours for their food and had enough of waiting, and rightly so. Even if they had waited like us, they would have received cold food anyway. The servers were lovely and I am aware that this was not their fault, but the service offered in the Cribbs Causeway restaurant was beyond shocking. I also can’t believe that we had to pay £60 for horrible food! I wish we had gone to McDonalds instead because at least their food would have been warm, cheaper, and served at a decent time. I won’t go into detail but the small portion of food I did decide to eat didn’t stay in my stomach for very long!

Tried our luck asking for a table for 2 at 6.20pm on a Saturday. The host asked us to come back in 20 mins and they'd have something for us, so we went to the bar. It took a while for our order to be taken (15 mins) even though there were 3 bar staff and only 3 other couples at the bar. When I ordered 2 cokes, the server mumbled something about refills and walked away. She then started making someone else's drinks. We heard another couple complaining about the wait. After 5 mins, I caught one of the other server's attention to ask if there was a self-service station for refillable drinks and I'd misunderstood. She asked what we had ordered, nodded and also walked away then started wiping the bar down. The last server asked us if we were waiting after another 5 mins then thankfully brought us our 2 cokes. We went back to the host after the 20 mins and joined the queue of people waiting. The couple in front of us were complaining they'd been stood for 15 mins and had a reservation. Another family were walking out explaining they hadn't been brought a kids menu after waiting for 20 mins. The host was friendly and clearly dealing with lots of angry people. He sorted out our table and showed us there. I asked how the refills worked and he said the waitress could do that but he could go and get it for me. I said not to worry as he was clearly very busy. Once sat, the table next to us complained that they had been waiting for 50 mins for food and they had to cancel and leave. Our waitress came over and asked if we wanted any drinks. I said we had already bought them at the bar but could we have refills please. She frowned and walked away without our glasses. After she didn't return to us for 10 mins despite not seeming busy, we decided to leave without ordering. The restaurant seemed like it was about 50% full so clearly understaffed or lacking management.

Mentioned the stale nachos to the server who said the manager was on the way for us to talk too. Waited 10mins, no manager so spoke to another server. Manager comped the nachos (rightfully so!) but never came out to talk to us. Couple behind us complained about cold food and reading previous reviews, this seems to be the norm. Arrived at 6pm, took a while for order to be taken. Ordered 2 refills, loaded potato skins, seasame chicken and a burger. potato skins took 25 minutes to come out (had asked for this to come with main) when they came out they were cold. Drinks eventually arrived and was extremely watered down from being sat for 25 minutes. Two tables next to us complained due to cold food or table not being cleared. Main finally came out which was ok. No toliet roll in toilets Staff very slow, spent most time chatting and not looking around at what needs to be done. TGI is not cheap, £70 spent on 2 meals. Disappointed and will not be returning.

Got to say, possibly the worst dining experience of my life… greeted at the front door, brought to a filthy table with residue all over it. Waiter comes after 15 minutes to order drinks and food… wait a further 30 minutes, food arrives and still no drink. After asking on 5 occasions our drinks are brought to the table. Drinks were flat, no fizz whatsoever and the food was absolutely awful to the point my partner couldn’t eat it. Informed the waiter who said “sorry for the experience” and gave me a bill for £49.50. When I questioned this I was told we would have to pay.. absolutely horrendous and will never be back… such a shame after being loyal customers.

Cheesy on top it says in the advert. False advertising. I think the Cows are on strike, cause I’ve seen more Cheese between my toes (that’s the PG example) than on your Pizzas. Sort you Advert out to be truthful or start putting Cheese on your Pizzas. Tots were nice by the way. Cheese on them would have been better. Domino’s, Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. Cheese is not being rationed. It’s not War Time.

Just ordered 2 pizzas. The guy made and cooked the first one and put it in the box then made the 2nd which took a further 20mins. When I mentioned this he gave me a smug grin and said he'd make them again, which considering I'd waited nearly 40mins wasn't an option. Meanwhile the guy at the till returned from Tesco, handling coins and returned to collecting food without washing his hands. When I pointed this out he just frowned and grunted at me. Pizzas really weren't great. Very greasy and tough bases. Won't be going back.
