From needing Arnold biceps to open the door to the ridiculous wait times, this is the worse KFC I’ve been to on the south coast. Today they didn’t even have any wraps or burgers available. Pathetic business

I think it depends on whether you get fresh food or food that has been left. Last week my meal was decent, this week's it's cold, dried out and flavourless.

Placed an Order via just eat, some items were missing, rang up and spoke to Karen (Manager) who quickly rectified the issue, fantastic service, great quality of food as always

The manager at yate kfc was extremely helpful as I am disabled and struggled and the manager did our meal personally himself. I cant speak highly enough about akeel. Absolutely fantastic

The sign on the kiosk told us ordering at the counter is unavailable, but we could order at the kiosk then pay cash at the counter, after we got the receipt from the machine, we approached the counter w cash in our hands, however all the employees ignored our existence, even tho one even had eye contact w me after operating the computer at the counter, and pretended they didn't hear us after I said "excuse me" 2 times. same thing happened to other customers in front of my eyes after us.

Judging by some of the older reviews on here, we must have got lucky. We had a fillet burger meal and a boneless three piece meal, and both were excellent, well cooked and tasty.

Surprised this place still has customers. If you order from here you are running the risk of being severally disappointed. Let me be absolutely clear, about my opinion and experience. I have tried the food here 4 or 5 times. In the hopes it would get better. I've been in shop and had it to my door. 4 out of the 5 times the food has been a disaster. The 1 and only time it was "passable" was when I had ordered a 3 piece meal. I've never sent food back in my life and have never asked for a refund for my food. My rule of thumb is that life's to short you win some you lose some. But my goodness some of my orders from here, I realy could have taken them back. Maybe one day things will be done to a better standard. In my opinion

It’s 9:45 and they have run out of chicken . Miss Millie’s cooked us some fresh . A little wait but atleast they can be bothered .

I had the Hot Wing bucket 10 pc was good but the Aero Krushems Shake was watery and bad a bunch of chocolate chips so I was left chewing chocolate chips and sipping Aero flavored water

Food absolutely disgusting, I can't even give it 1 star. There were more bones than chicken. What happened to the original recipe of KFC Chicken because this is nothing like it. It would nice to be able to have a choice of the original fries or the horrible skinned fries. From a very disappointed customer will not be back.

Was good food and the ambiance was superb. Fries feels like boild not like fried.

When I went last week zinger burger didn't taste right it's was exchanged for new nice one . All other times have had really nice food and good staff. And you can sit in carpark and stuff your face with KFC and watch people in the gym above getting fit while you get fat👌👌

If I could give less stars then I would. Picked up an order which was pretty quick… I’m not surprised it was so quick because my supercharger burger was rock-solid and cold so had to re-heat it in the microwave.. the lettuce inside was brown and I had a very sad portion of fries. My partner had 8 wings instead of 9…. Slightly understandable if the place is super busy but when there’s more staff than customers you expect them to get these things right. Unacceptable and would rather travel further to a better KFC such as Cribbs causeway. Don’t waste your money!!

Called in tonight for evening meal after work 2050hrs. Was told along with other customers present that they have stopped serving main items with a limited stock of other food menu items. When I asked for an explanation as it’s advertised open till 2230hrs, the young girl explained it is the managers (Akeel, who was at home) decision to clean down at 2100hrs. Very poor service and very poor attitude to customers. I was informed by customers it depends who the night manager is?

Visited yate store today. Food was excellent very tasty and very hot. Would like to thank kelly and akeel the managers who made sure my complicated childrens orders were perfect along with mine and husband's as a whole. Merry crimbo to all at yate store . P.s gravy was amazingly thick !!!! Very clean premises no table dirty

Ordered through Uber a few times now, cant fault it, food is always hot/warm (mostly), tasty burgers, nice wraps, chicken buckets are also nice. Hot wings can be a bit hit or miss if they are warm or not. The price over the years has shot way up but what hasn't so just the odd treat here and there. Much better than maccies that's always cold.

The worse kfc I've ever stepped foot in! Rubbish everywhere. The touch screens looked like they've never been cleaned. Staff using foul language! Waited 45 mins and decided to leave without food. Walked 3 mins to Miss millies, far far better experience 👍👍

I went to get the Christmas stuffing stack burger that was advertised but this branch wasn't doing them. I think they are now though. I had a regular stack burger instead but it was cold and didn't seem to have much to it. Disappointing especially as it was £7. MacDonald's double half pounder for £5 was way better value.

Staff were absolutely brilliant. I couldn't thank them more for how they helped with my crutches.

Ordered 1 x boneless banquet and 1 x colonels meal. Boneless also had an extra mini filet Ordered. Colonels meal was fine, but boneless arrived with no chicken only fries, and the beans were almost black where they were so burn. They did put the extra mini filet in, which was the smallest bit of chicken I've ever seen. Nobody answers the phone in the branch, and the only complaint procedure you can follow is on the Uber site, but there has not been any reply from them.

You get what you pay for, slow service, food was OK, it filled a gap.

Utterly useless, completely incompetent. Takeaway order, literally a five minute drive home, food is cold as it’s starts lukewarm at best. I have used this branch maybe half a dozen times and at least 50%of the time something is missing from the order.

Ordered through deliveroo. No problem with the driver as it's the staffs fault. Really how can you miss 3 items from the order. No drinks. No popcorn chicken. Colder than my dead nan in her grave. Take your business to miss Millie's, or pop in Tesco to buy your own chicken and cook it at home. Note that every person giving the place 5 stars is a "LOCAL GUIDE". More like mates of management trying to make the place look good with FALSE reviews. I used to manage a cinema. Way busier. I have the experience of a customer based environment. So I'm telling you now, the reason your items are missing and your food is cold and your service is slow is because management is at its poorest. The poor kids working there obviously get no help or guidance and are just trying to survive in the apocalypse of lacklustre management. Take your money to a local business who actually care about their customers. Wish I went to a kebab van or summat. Peace.
