McDonald's in South Gloucestershire

Crap service my order was wrong and cold When I went into the store I was called a male customer not female as I am There was not a sorry from the store.

So, we rolled up to McDonald's late last night like a couple of exhausted, hungry heroes. The order was pretty ambitious: a double quarter pounder cheese meal, a banana milkshake, an apple pie, a McFlurry, chicken strips, and a plain double cheeseburger which came out with no seasoning. Yeah, you read that right—no seasoning. It looked like someone had punched the burger into submission, like it was a personal vendetta. We asked for takeaway but, of course, they laid it out on a tray like they were trying to set up a fine dining experience. We begged for a bag so we could pack it ourselves, because that was going to be the highlight of the evening. The McFlurry? I ordered Smarties, but somehow got caramel. I guess the universe was trying to tell me something. Took the food to the car, only to realise my burger was wrong. I got a single quarter pounder instead of the glorious double. Back inside I went for the burger swap, looking like a McDonald's detective on a mission. And the fries? Oh, they were like old friends—stale and reheated, like they’d been sitting around long enough to develop a personality. It was a journey.

Ordered breakfast for my children at 7pm was told it would be here within 15 minutes. Then the time kept changing. Only just recieved order now at 8.42am my children are at school and order is cold.

Wasn’t the best. It was a bit grubby and the staff were not overly polite. It did the job okay.

What is with the stupid cardboard lids on your coffee cups. Won't be coming here again

Food was cold, driver did not follow the instructions. Caused more stress than was worth.

Chicken was lovely and tender and crispy outside , food hot, good flavour, best by far !

They always give less order to drive through people. It happened 3 times to me and never apologise or refund for item that was not given.

Food was cold not good when only five minutes away from home

The driver didn’t even turn up haven’t got our food my son was starving and upset you end to sort your drivers out they haven’t contacted us or asked for a code they just left it somewhere and put it as it’s been delivered

Please take my review and warning seriously for your own health. Twice this branch has given me stomach trouble - I'm talking about the kind where you need gallon of water, minerals and hydration tablets after.. There is something going on and I can't put my finger on it. There is a sour sharp taste in the cheese burgers - where if you got exactly same burger from another branch there is not. Something happening in the late shifts? Will get bottom of it via Trading Standards

food was all correct and warm - straw was missing for the drink tho

good food, reasonable price, speedy delivery! still warm enough to enjoy when it got it and the delivery man was also very friendly, which was a bonus!

There is no Ranch Sauce in the burger I only asked for No Sweet BBQ Sauce so the burger is very dry without any sauce and its cold I only live up the road. Don't make up delivery orders until the driver arrives at the counter because when you make them up ready and leave them standing waiting for a driver the food goes cold and we as the customers suffer for it.

Food took longer than originally said and was stone cold when arrived. I reported it and only got a £4 account credit. A £16 order completely inedible. And all i get is £4 added as credit

I ordered from McDonald’s Filton’s a 18.15 it took until 19.15 for my order to arrive then had to reheat my food this distance is a mile delivery from my home address and my refund was a very small percentage of 10.65 payed for 2x cheeseburger 1x fries not happy with this at all

Fries had no salt, hot chocolate was legit just hot water with the slightest hint of chocolate powder, tasted like it too. drink leaked, so the hot water went over the brownie that I wanted to save for the next day, so I ate it tonight which is a bit of a bummer. overall not really happy with this, but it is mcdonalds, so idk what I was expecting

The food was over an hour late and stone cold when it was eventually delivered. The delivery driver was very nice but the food has clearly been sat there for the hour and cold and awful.

Always takes at least 45mins longer than estimated, making it well over an hour after ordering. Always cold and chips dried out. Rubbish.

Do not order from here.... the worst macdonalds in Bristol. A sham of the chain. Just pick any other maccy d's that is close... never have i received an order of mine any where near to what was selected. And good luck for it to be hot.... should be shut down.... the absolute worse you could get... even to the point of finger prints in the buns and burgers. The worst in Bristol... fact!

The food took over an hour to be delivered. There was no form of any updates as to what was happening or if our food would even turn up. The arrival time just kept getting pushed back. After waiting around an hour for it to arrive, it turns out it was cold and stale. It had clearly been sitting there for most of the hour.

In this day and age, it’s hard to believe that an order could go so wrong multiple times. Despite the order being corrected six times, it was still incorrect on each occasion. Additionally, the food I received was dry and appeared as though it had been mishandled. The overall quality and service were unacceptable. The driver put in the wrong address then was rude to me on the phone when I was giving him directions. By the time my food arrived it was cold and my McFlurry had melted.

Guy arrived and my large black coffee +£1 had spilt so much over everything I had approx an inch of coffee in the cup remaining !!

Disappointed as ordered Mcdelivery, Double Big Mac with bacon missing. Only given £2.94 refund as part of meal. Can not order the item again for that price. They could not send the item again. I'm not interested in your refund policy, I didn't receive what I ordered. Clearly a McDonald's error as bag sealed and item on receipt.
