I have received my order its saying its been delivered

This has been the worst experience I have had, I was waiting 3 hours for my food asks the delivery time just kept going up and up. I couldn’t cancel it as it wouldn’t let me because it was accepted at the restaurant and also the restaurant wasn’t picking up my calls. Then when I checked in my food again it had said McDonalds has shut, in total I waiting over 3 hours for my food

my order never came! i ordered lunch for my team at work, £35 worth and it never showed. won’t even allow me to refund!!!

I never got my order, tried to appeal this and haven’t heard back

I was trying to call. Mostly not picking up. If they pick up, they will hang up. The only McDonald's store in Britain who did this to me.

Good quick stop, service a little slow but got through 👍 apple cake mcfluffy was what I expected

I didn't actually eat there, my daughter did. I just waited with her. From what I saw of it, it seems like a very nice venue, got some lovely sitting outside. It was a lovely day. I would definitely consider eating there . There was free parking what I could see, but we had walked to the venue because we were parked somewhere else.

Chips were hot. Like for real. Not frozen. Not cold. I'm guessing it will never happen again. But believe me, HERE is where I witnessed that miracle. Shame the salt is now limited to one grain per X3 fries..... But still..... They were hot 😲

it took over 30 minutes to deliver food when I got it..it was cold had to microwave it. What's the point fast food when it comes cold!!

I have already sent 1 complaint. The order arrived shortly after I submitted that complaint. However, my order/meal was cold. I pointed this out to the driver who said there were long queues at McDonalds because it was a Friday. However, the dispatch form attached to the bag shows quite clearly that the food was ready for collection at 19:26, 20 minutes after the order was placed. I do not know why your driver failed to collect the order on time

by far the worst McDonald's in bristol, i always order the burger without onion due to allergy, and then they give me the burger full of onions, this happened to me more than 5 times!

Time given when ordered was 15-20mins. It took 50mins to be delivered. It was cold and the McFlurry & milkshake melted

Was missing the three dips I had selected but the food was warm and time from opening the app to tucking in to the food was impressive.

All the drinks were spilt and I got give them to me up side down. I only have half a coke and the food is cold I’m not impressed by delivery I put on the order meet at the door and it’s chucking it down with rain and I had to go to him outside to his bike

my food was cold!!!,I payed £23 for my 2 boys to have mc Donald's and they could not eat cold burgers and hard cold fries,it's not good enough taking someone's money to receive very poor food, no more orders again

FINALLY: driver didn't mess about taking an "hour-long detour". Food; acceptable temperature; fair consistency. PLEASE, audit all drivers as go on 5/6 drop-offs per order (45min). IT STINKS! Will be placing a CHARGE BACK for all prior abortions!!!!!!

Crap service my order was wrong and cold When I went into the store I was called a male customer not female as I am There was not a sorry from the store.

So, we rolled up to McDonald's late last night like a couple of exhausted, hungry heroes. The order was pretty ambitious: a double quarter pounder cheese meal, a banana milkshake, an apple pie, a McFlurry, chicken strips, and a plain double cheeseburger which came out with no seasoning. Yeah, you read that right—no seasoning. It looked like someone had punched the burger into submission, like it was a personal vendetta. We asked for takeaway but, of course, they laid it out on a tray like they were trying to set up a fine dining experience. We begged for a bag so we could pack it ourselves, because that was going to be the highlight of the evening. The McFlurry? I ordered Smarties, but somehow got caramel. I guess the universe was trying to tell me something. Took the food to the car, only to realise my burger was wrong. I got a single quarter pounder instead of the glorious double. Back inside I went for the burger swap, looking like a McDonald's detective on a mission. And the fries? Oh, they were like old friends—stale and reheated, like they’d been sitting around long enough to develop a personality. It was a journey.

First time. Will definitely use again.

I've been waiting for you for a long time, and when my drink arrived it was spilled. The driver wasn't using any bag and it arrived cold. I wasn't a professional.

Although the burger was nice tasted, both it and the french fries were cold.

Ordered breakfast for my children at 7pm was told it would be here within 15 minutes. Then the time kept changing. Only just recieved order now at 8.42am my children are at school and order is cold.

Wasn’t the best. It was a bit grubby and the staff were not overly polite. It did the job okay.

They always give less order to drive through people. It happened 3 times to me and never apologise or refund for item that was not given.

Please take my review and warning seriously for your own health. Twice this branch has given me stomach trouble - I'm talking about the kind where you need gallon of water, minerals and hydration tablets after.. There is something going on and I can't put my finger on it. There is a sour sharp taste in the cheese burgers - where if you got exactly same burger from another branch there is not. Something happening in the late shifts? Will get bottom of it via Trading Standards

There is no Ranch Sauce in the burger I only asked for No Sweet BBQ Sauce so the burger is very dry without any sauce and its cold I only live up the road. Don't make up delivery orders until the driver arrives at the counter because when you make them up ready and leave them standing waiting for a driver the food goes cold and we as the customers suffer for it.

Food took longer than originally said and was stone cold when arrived. I reported it and only got a £4 account credit. A £16 order completely inedible. And all i get is £4 added as credit

I ordered from McDonald’s Filton’s a 18.15 it took until 19.15 for my order to arrive then had to reheat my food this distance is a mile delivery from my home address and my refund was a very small percentage of 10.65 payed for 2x cheeseburger 1x fries not happy with this at all

Fries had no salt, hot chocolate was legit just hot water with the slightest hint of chocolate powder, tasted like it too. drink leaked, so the hot water went over the brownie that I wanted to save for the next day, so I ate it tonight which is a bit of a bummer. overall not really happy with this, but it is mcdonalds, so idk what I was expecting
