Burgers look like they've been thrown together - tepid temperature - one of the worst McDonalds anywhere.

It's a McDonald's.... So you know what your getting, overall it was clean.

Love the staff, detestable food and dreadful staff welfare record for the entire food chain. Plus, McDonald's destroyed the rainforests. Restore them and you can have five stars. Here's a picture of one of the only remaining trees.

Worst Maccys ever, fries all soggy and cold, big Mac just had all ingredients thrown on the box as wast even assembled, no sauce and freezing cold, what a joke you should be ashamed to serve food like that

Them selves was OK, uber eats let them down had to go and collect my food instead so was cold

Ordered a Big Mac, Large Fries and a Wrap from this site on the Mcdelivery app. What turned up was two large fries and a wrap, missing the Big Mac completely. I called customer service through Uber eats (which is the only way to contact about an incorrect order) only to be refused a refund. Do not order from this site.

A little slow on the service but good food.

This MCDONALD has very slow service. I bought iced coffee and felt like scam no coffee only ice. Big brand taking advantage of its brand name. Disappointed with the food they serve.

Your food sucks. The meat was burnt and I was told all the food was precooked like this.

Excellent 👌. It's good to catch-up with Maria who used to work in another MacDonald across town. Served counter to the table. They got my drink wrong & changed it.

Very nice lady at the drive through who talked with me about the football while I waited for the food to come. Food was what you would expect from McDonalds.

Id just like to say to whoever is in charge of making the McFlurrys on the 29th June, around 2pm, you have done such a good job with my skittles McFlurry because it is honestly heavenly.

By far a rubbish mc ds. So busy, seriously understaffed, food took over 20 mins then i was told it was ready befor but screen wasnt working. Then some of my order was missing. Then i was challanged if it did really order it. Burgers were very poorly made. Chips were saltless n soggy af

Don't really like the food but I love the porridge for breakfast 😅

We stopped here on the way to Cardiff. A little bit of a wait here but didn't look particularly busy. Food brought over to the bay we were in after a few minutes. No napkins or straws in the bag, not ideal but not surprised.

Very weird flow in this restaurant. Very small front desk, no staff serving as if everyone was expected to order via big screen.. well why don’t you put a massive vending machine with food in instead? The tablets with kids games all broken. Toilet smelly. Food came… yes you guessed it .. cold.

Food is the same as others, but service is quite slow.

Shocking service have some food missing and wouldn’t sort the problem out as I ordered from McDonald’s app!! Wanting me to reorder and then pay again!! Shocking

Food was standard no issues, but I was in store around 07.15 and the floors were filthy, I was slipping on the grease.

I just wanted to say thank you to the friendly staff member didn’t quite catch his name black guy who has dyed blonde hair. Thank you for helping with the self service machine you went above and beyond.

I mainly use the drive thru and the food is generally well prepared. Staff are a mix of genuinely lovely and typical McJobbers

McDonald's isn't really that fast on service these days. Food was normal for them. Coffee is good though.

Poor service, used drive through waited 10 mins in a queue to then be asked to park up. Another 5 mins wait and still managed to get the order wrong. Prices are also extortionate now for even worse quality and tasting food, won't be going to a mcdonalds again with these prices and to top it off poor service. And you wonder why profits are falling and customers are walking.

Very slow through the drive thru. Food was cold. Drink was flat. Salad was old and stale . Very disappointed

Slow location, walk in customers wait a long time for food

Food is okay. There were a lot of people ordering food and it took ages to arrive, for a fast food outlet.

I had a quarter pounder, large fries and those garlic cheese things. Reasonably priced at 9.17 but the fries weren't particularly big. The garlic and cheese things were very good. Quarter pounder was good but would have been better if it hadn't cooled down so much. Service was fast but I went in person quite late. 2: The filet of fish is nice but smaller than I remember from when I was a kid. Why can't you use full cheese slices... I have since discovered they have always used half slices so as to not overpower the fish. 3: I got the vegetable nugget things on a discount. I thought it would be more heavily processed in to something firm and similar to a chicken nugget but it was quite soft with noticeable whole vegetable parts inside. It taste fine but I wouldn't normally buy it. 4: the chicken nuggets are fine. I'm not crazy about the curry sauce.

They claim to have a hygiene rating of 5 stars but I found a small stone in my fries. Have always loved their service and quality but now I am concerned.

I do not like McDonald's only go to take grand children.

Unfortunately ever since review below every order weather it's in person or online has been wrong!! Lettuce, pickle or onions added even though stickers on the boxes clearly state none to be added! Food now is always cold and very bland. AVOID Has to be one of the very few McDonald's where the food is actually hot!

Every single time I have ordered from this store the food is always either cold or clearly been sat for a while. The fries are chewy and the servings are much less than any and all other stores I have been and ordered to and the burgers are poorly put together and clearly no care has been put into making them at all.

They serve everyone but the people who actually walk into the 'restaurant'. Drive through and deliveries, but you'll be stood there 20 minutes at least if you get off your a55 and actually go in there. And there were no other orders other than deliveries

Always slow. Order always wrong somehow. Genuinely not even close to “fast” food - drive thru is always asking you to pull over. Eating in takes ages.

I ordered food and my chips was half cooked and the warp was the wrong one was not bbq I did not ask for chillie in my food they messed up so many order up I think I should get a free wrap due to bin my food due to Mcdonald error that was made

But there were no halal foods. We canceled our order.

Every time I order from Uber eats I never get a straw none of my sauces even tho I paid extra for them at my work we always take pictures before handing them out so we know what’s in what

Visited for a quick bite to eat. Drove 10 minutes home only to find out they had not given us a complete order. Check before you leave the place.

It's fast food, nothing special

I will be order a long time and give me food like 10 minutes after and food is like cold he charged me money full. That’s not good staff is not friendly as well. Thank you. I'd nominate this McDonald's for "slowest drive thru ever".

We had a family get-together for a meal during lunchtime. Food and drink excellent.

It just a normal macdonalds but all the things in it are new it's been reasntly refurbished

Avoid this branch if possible, it appears to be a hub for delivery drivers and seem to have priority over people actually visiting. You'll be left waiting a long time.

I try thought McDonalds would be a consistent service. Unfortunately this one and others in Bristol are lacking. Missing items, hot water instead of hot chocolate etc. They will act on it if you queue up again to ask. The Bosses seem to have lost their grip with the Franchise outlets.

Half of the order didn’t turn up

Food cold customer service not very good at all by staff including management greeting with not even a hello or a goodbye it was just a can I help that's all dirty tables slow service asked for no tomato in the big tasty as im allergic to it comes back with tomato in it then without changing the burger they gave me the same one I know this because there was still tomato seeds on the burger so the whole meal got wasted

I love a maccies after a night out however a £3.29 delivery fee for a 10 min distance is a bit of a joke. I understand we’re in a living crisis however, #BringBackOldMcDonaldsPrices.

Everytime we order McDonald’s and it comes from Abbywood there’s always items missing.How can you get a order for 2 meals wrong missing the main part of the meal..I’m sure sometimes it’s done deliberately cuz it only happens at this McDonald’s!! Drinks always come empty aswell!! Won’t be ordering again

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER HERE!!! This place never gets your order right. You have to check your bag before you leave or prepare to be disappointed. It’s a chore to come here. I asked a member of staff “where’s my order?” He looked me in the eye said nothing and walked off. Absolute zombies 🧟‍♀️ Edit: I must be a glutton for punishment. Went to the drive through and I think whoever was at the other end was having an aneurysm as my order wasn’t taken correctly and the wrong breakfast fillings were in the wrong buns!!!! This place will never pull its finger out!!!!

For McDonald's the food was what you would expect. Tasty but not necessarily healthy 😋. The service was a bit slow on the evening that we went there.

It’s maccies so it’s really good, consistent and quality all times. Young lad Stevie who asked everyone if they were ok couldn’t help enough, he was brilliant. Very nervous but he will be awesome.

The staff are amazing with my mum and dad which are in here every day for a coffee and sometimes have food too ...

Convenient and updated decor to the current standard, but drive thru can get busy

It’s horrible staff are so miserable we get it the job sucks. But staff not willing to serve you forcing you to use their machines that never have paper in so got to remember your number the place always looks like 100 kids have been in there it’s filthys staff do not wear gloves when preparing your food so you watch them wiping there hands on their uniforms. Even had a guy that changed a bin in front of me then go behind the counter and picked up my order and try and serve me it when I told the manager about it he looked at me like I was in the wrong and didn’t see the problem with it so if you won’t some 18 year old cleaning his hands on his uniform befor handling your food or you wont Cold food then mc donald’s is the place to be with a sprinkle of food poisoning

Seriously don't bother using this branch through any food delivery service. I don't think we've ever had a successfully complete order. Absolute bunch of illiterate idiots must work there for them to mess up orders on this ratio. Today they managed to forget the main part of my daughter's happy meal, my hamburger came with no onions or mustard, and we got a vanilla milkshake instead of banana. In the past we've had completely different orders arrive, food has been cold, items forgotten, sauces not included, straws not included. And to think this branch was rated the best in Bristol according to the Bristol Post. Dread to think what the others are like. The one good thing was that when I rang to complain the manager was very polite despite my blatant sarcasm and displeasure.

Super clean place, went very late at night but the food was decent and staff seem friendly enough.

This branch has improved alot over the last 6 months. Food always is fresh now and the staff are pleasant. One a few occasions something has been missing from my order but mistakes happen and they were quick to apologize as rectify any mistake.

Worst McDonald's ever!!! Nothing arrived on delivery that we ordered. Ordered a wrap had hardly any chicken and bacon inside. Shocking service. The King is better. Burger King that is!

Went the other week with my partner to get food, advertised the main menu stopping at 4:00, placed our order just before 3:30 and as we live a 5 minute drive away was expecting it to be ready, only for them to remove the order email, log him out of his McDonald’s app and declined our order so we left without food (whilst the money was still pending). Ordered food at 12:45 and it’s currently 1:15 and I’m still yet to receive my order. Very very slow service and I get the wrong order half the time!

I swear they always get something wrong here. Staff are not always the nicest either which they should be as they don't get paid minimum wage anymore...The food itself was not too bad.
