KFC in South Gloucestershire

Dispicably cold food, I am talking not even room temperature £20 and every element of my meal is cold and my can is warm! What a joke of a KFC by far the worst I have visited in England. I am praying I do not have food poisoning tomorrow. I would whole heartedly advise people not to go here it's a waste of your hard earned money. They couldn't close doors soon enough a disgrace.

After a long day work popped in to grab a take away. There were only two people sat in the store so way more staff than customers. Did my order then had to wait which is fine. Got home with my food order one of which was a rice box with an extra filet. Opened the box to find there wasn't even a whole filet let alone an extra filet!!! And to add insult to it..... it was Stone cold along with the filet burger meal!!! What a waste of money to just throw in the bin!!! Never again!!!

When handed my food something smelled terrible, but when I got home and got the chips out my heart sank not only did they smell bad they tasted beyond horrendous. Even the dog would not eat them I will never go back because no amount of gravy will cover up that god awful taste . Thank god for miss Millie’s

I was served by karen manager and she was excellent with her service.I got two b/less chicken burgers with fries & there were a box of cookies as well.

Order two meals from Uber eats, first time using the delivery service. Food was with us in 15 mins. But noticed chips were missing. Told the driver he said he couldn’t help me I had to phone the shop. Called the shop told they were not open. So went to the app to report the missing food and still waiting to hear. Will not be bothering again as clearly orders are not checked.

Wow it absolutely shocking on my 3rd visit store’s improve with food and customer service, had my food within 5 minutes and it was delicious

lovely lady served me yesterday morning.very pleasant & obliging indeed.The chicken and chips were excellent.

No vegetarian options available other than chips. I know what people will say, vegetarian going into kfc, the rest of my family eat meat and i was intrigued by the vegan option on the menu. But yeah nothing was available. Wont visit here again!

Clean tidy professional and lovely food really nice for a bit of a lunch break with kids Ordered using a kfc voucher from a complaint at another site was simple and friendly transaction

The reason for the review is to show my appreciation of the customer service from the two managers Kelly and Curtis Admittedly I had had a problem with the food which shouldn’t have happened ,however after visiting the restaurant to complain they were extremely apologetic and extremely fair in the way it was handled by them They are very customer friendly in their approach and I have to say it exceeded my expectations and restored my faith in human nature Thank you Kelly and Curtis

Today I took a meal deal voucher to the counter only to be told that the system hasnt been updated to accept my in date voucher and I would have to oay the screen price. I asked if a manager could do anything to be told no. Chips were cold but chicken was nice

Missed my drink off the order, food was barely warm, definitely not hot. Burger looks like it hit the wall before it went into its box! Definitely won’t be using this store again.

Really delicious, piping hot food. The customer service was also really good. Will definitely be returning.
