Domino's Pizza - Bristol - Kingswood in South Gloucestershire

i had ordered a pizza which i had found a hair in one of the slices which was clearly not mine or my partners, this made me not eat my pizza and i was very disappointed with this as i have never had a problem from dominos, this is very unhygienic.

Keep asking for hair on pizza as shown in first one had to send it 3 times on email keep blaming us but sadly everyone in house hold is BLONDE HAIR so don’t recommend ever ordering form here never had issues befor till past 2 weeks then blame us for putting hair on there but if the read correctly like said no one in house hold has BLACK HAIR ALL BLONDE don’t order from them every rather steal money then help customers but yet when drive past store most staff HAVE BLACK HAIR horrible place second bad review I have ever left.

Most of the time pizza is trash unless u have a fetish of cold and way too much cheese u might as well order 8kilos of cheese and 1 piece of bread it's a joke to say the least this country is ruined can't even get a decent pizza lmao

Pizza was poor. There was barely any sauce between the doh and the cheese. The doh tasted dry and tasteless like it had been over floured, and the whole pizza just tasted dry. Even my wife didn’t want the cheese bites from my pizza. When I’m calling them, no one is answering. The phone still did not get back to me.This place is strange the 2 times before the pizzas were fantastic then you get the odd pizza which is just absolute trash. Don’t think I’ll be ordering many more from this Dominos this year. It’s just not worth the roulette of quality any more.

Got time for this domino's. Very clean, helpful staff. The lady even banged some extra cheese on me pizza.

Most of our deliveries are incomplete (no dips, sides etc). Can't get the basics right for customer service. If the pizza wasn't so good I'd never order from here.

The food is always amazing, just lately chicken wings seems like been on a “savings menu”. Ordering RedHot spicy wings not spicy anymore. It’s my favourite! Got delivered plain few times and i kept quiet then minimal sauce on it few times, come on.. the price is still the same, so leave the sauce amount on it the same too 🙏🏼

Waited over an hour for my delivery, rang to be told it was on the way. Rang again 25 minutes later to be put on hold for 7 minutes for them to hang up.

I order from Domino’s Pizza every week and the amount of times my pizza has came freezing cold cheese rockhard is unbelievable. Try ringing the store to tell them and they don’t answer the phone or they answer the phone and then put the phone down on you complain to head office and they reimburse me once the second and third time they done nothing, lush pizzas when they’re hot

I took 2 stars off because of the expensive prices for delivery haven't bought one for 4 years now refuse to pay the prices for delivery.

Had a pizza from this place while i stayed at family's house.i always order from dominos in my area and never have i had that delivered! If that very burnt and slapped together pizza was quality checked and given the okay you need to give your head a wobble!

When receiving our order the delivery driver only turned up with only pizza and a drink after nearly £50 worth of food when I corrected and said it was the wrong stuff and we should of had more he was considering if he had it or not we only ended up with less then we ordered… after ringing up the lady put us on hold and then didn’t even pick the phone back up absolutely disappointed in the service we have received.

The only reason, I give a 4🌟review.... Was because, I asked for an itemized receipt! And was told we don't do them??? So I asked another member of staff, and the experienced member of staff ,knew exactly what to do. 👍🏼 Confidence is everything. If a member of staff don't know? Or understand a question!. Worst customer service ever no one knew what to do and rude staff just hid out back and refused to answer any questions waiting nearly an hour for cold pizza with the wrong toppings awful never again

Order a pizza click and collect said it was gonna be 11-16 minutes took nearly a hour and everything we ask a question they were being rude and doing the same to other customers and when asked about what going on they just walked and didn't show up the till half the time very rude and disappointed never going again

Awful customer service!! Never ordering from here again. Tip for the rude person behind the til, when someone speaks respectfully to you, you do the same back. No manners what so ever, your mother must be so proud. What a joke.

Shocking. While writing this my friends and I have been waiting over an hour and a half for our food, rang up over 20 minutes ago and all they could say is “your pizzas will be with you within 2-3 minutes” it’s been over 30 minutes now and we still haven’t received our food, been calling for over 10 minutes with no response however when we did finally get an answer there was no-one at the other end; just background noise of people talking. Completely unacceptable.

These stars are for the employees!! NOT for dominoes!! We ordered two separate pizza orders between 6 people last night to come to the same address. One of the orders was placed longe before the first and was taking a while to move from “quality check” to “out for delivery” so some housemates went to go and collect instead. The poor employees had one driver for that night who didn’t turn up that night and so no way to deliver the pizzas! The poor kitchen staff were so stressed and dominoes doesnt have a feature for pausing or notifying that delivery isn’t available from that store - which would’ve saved a lot of staff and customer upset!! The staff did their best, offered us a full refund and remade our pizzas hot… so we had 12 free pizzas!! Can’t ask more from staff that are doing their best!! Shame on dominoes for not doing anything to help their staff!!

They can send the wrong pizzas quicker than they can answer the phone!!!! You really need to look at what the order is, then you wouldn't have so many problems. No wonder people are buying from elsewhere. Over priced and wrong food! Sounds good to us all.

Very bad delivery service. Initially received wrong order and then when the correct order arrived it was cold. Clearly delivered to wrong address. Not the first time we have been left underwhelmed by Domino's Kingswood.

Ordered my food at 4.30 pm, app told me 27 minutes, I called the shop at 5.45pm to be told my delivery has gone out it will be with me in 10 minutes. The lady on the phone told me we are so short staffed. It’s now just been delivered at 6.10 pm. This is not fast dos or convenient. Worst service ever

Disappointing to say the least. Our order - only 2 pizzas and sides took 45 minutes to prepare and when out for delivery the tracking system said it had been delivered and it hadn’t! I telephoned and was told it was out for delivery. It arrived about 8 minutes after it had allegedly been here and was lukewarm to say the least. I shall not be ordering from here again

Cold pizza every time it arrives from delivery!!!

ordered at 9.30pm was told would be 40 minutes. the pizzas didn't arrive and when I rang up they just answered the phone then put it down again. this is the 3rd time this has happened now. shocking customer service

Sent me the wrong item so I called them they said they would send it but it never arrived. So not only did they mess up my order they lied to me to compound it. Will order from Papa John's next time.

I see that a lot of people in the reviews are complaining about the delivery service. This is why I collected my order and it was nothing more but the best. It was ready after 15 mins and it was pumping hot when I picked it up. Being a 10 mins drive, it all worth it. The pizza itself was delicious as always! PS. About the complainant that they don’t pick their phone up, when I collected my order there were only two member of staff (one making the pizza and one on the ovens, which also happened to be covering and the front staff role as well, there were no drivers, either.

Absolutely useless, if you can’t be bothered to make food or pick up the phone then get another job you incompetent individuals. App said food was out for delivery 35 minutes ago and I’m still sat here waiting with no answer on the phone???? Would love a reply but clearly the franchise owner is riding on the coattails of what is an established brand, as a pose to actually doing what they should be!

Horrific! Ordered an online delivery at 7.30am for a 6pm delivery thinking that this would be ample time for them to get it together. How wrong I was! Food turned up at 7.15pm crushed cold and and hour and 15 minutes late. Called the restaurant to complain and was told that I would be offered a £20 credit on my next order! No thanks, won’t be using them ever again and have requested a call back from the franchise owner and a full refund as all the food went in the bin. I would want to know how badly my business was being run if I was the franchise owner and also if I was Dominoes I wouldn’t want my brand name damaged by a poorly run franchise. Pizza is not a complicated food especially with so much notice! Avoid at all costs. If you drop the ball admit it and put it right properly don’t fob good customers off with poor excuses.

Ordered at 5.15pm for a 30-40min wait,no problem, turned up an hr later and wrong pizzas, took 25min to get through to shop, who said we will do fresh pizzas and sorry, 40min later, solid, cold and absolutely not fresh pizzas turned up(they must have found the originals and reheated )£35 for cold burnt horrible pizza🤔🤔,never ever again Dominos very very angry and disappointed customer.

Unfortunately too many incorrect deliveries. Just ordered 2 pizzas and sides. Unfortunately when I opened the box of cookies I was greeted with a garlic pizza bread somehow. But this isnt the first time sadly. I have tried phoning to correct the order but no one is picking up.

Placed an order and within 15 minutes it was out for delivery? Waited over 45 minutes and the order still did not arrive . Contact with store was extremely poor and failed to answer over 6 calls . Continued to wait for another 30 minutes and it still didn't arrive even though the tracker said it has been delivered, called store again with no answer . No food ever arrived!

Awful. I’ve been trying to call them for about 30 min after I got the wrong orders (I’m allergic to some ingredients in one pizza). I spent money and I had to throw away the pizza I ordered!

Probably the best pizza we have had in a long time, first pizza I've had with mushrooms I could actually taste, the staff at the Kingswood, Bristol branch are the best, all look very happy in their job, would HIGHLY recommend

We ordered a large 'create your own' pizza from the Kingswood shop. We were disappointed with how the pizza arrived. It looked like it had been dropped and placed back in the box. The cuts were pathetic as and the base was much smaller than before. We have had problems in the past and if it continues we will inform the head office.

Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery absolutely useless it’s was over 2hours since ordered and they didn’t even know where the driver is then he showed up with a stone cold pizza and expects me to pay £26 then send a pizza that has been rushed cooked Absolutely ridiculous

First ever dissappointing order this evening. Lovely lady delivery driver but food was barely luke warm. Wedges were barely cooked and although i ordered thin and crispy i didnt expect burnt 😕

What a disappointment over an hour and no food, spent 20 minutes on the phone to be told it would be sorted and got lied to as the driver said they are short staffed and can’t do the delivery. Don’t mind the truth but please don’t lie. As we all say can’t do less than one star but would if I could.

Place was clean and tidy, staff friendly and food prepared whilst I waited as it was close to closing time. The chicken strips were tasty but sadly only comes with BBQ sauce and although I asked for an alternative dip I was charged for it even though I said I didn't like the BBQ one. The flat bread pizza was a bit overcooked on the edges and therefore very dry and brittle. Sadly it was also very salty, not sure why but won't be recommending or buying it again. Also the wedges were not very crispy sadly.

I've ordered from the Kingswood Dominos a few times before with hit and miss experiences, but the latest one was a bit of a joke. It took an hour and a half for the pizza to finally arrive and then they forgot the drink and sides, in which the delivery driver asks me to call dominos back to ask for them to deliver it again? Poor service in this instance..
