Five stars aren’t enough! Diva is an absolute gem in Poole. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food, this is the place to go. I had the carbonara and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever tasted — creamy, rich, and full of flavour, just like in Rome. The staff are warm, welcoming, and make you feel like part of the family. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, perfect for both date nights and family dinners. Can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu. Highly recommend!

terrible meal here unfortunately, worst food we had on our trip and found staff arrogant, offensive and unaccepting of feedback of our meals. Feels like it's all about making as much money as possible and not much about customer experience, taste or quality of food - All other restaurants on our trip were amazing and so friendly and helpful so we won't be returning here again unfortunately.

Extremely impressed with overall experience at this restaurant. We went in initially because the menu was so varied. We were not disappointed. Fantastic food and space for an evening out. The dishes we chose were all very tasty. The service was impeccable. We decided to go the next evening to try other dishes. The restaurant was full and quite a few people arrived around the same time. The two waitresses managed to attend to everybody without anyone complaining. One of whom was first night on the job. They worked hard together to keep the customers happy. Well done Annett and Ashleigh. I would definitely recommend eating here.

Celebrating my wife's birthday at the best seafood restaurant on the south coast, once again we were not disappointed, the pub was exceptionally busy, which is not unusual but we were shown to our reserved table which is always advisable as the pub/ restaurant is always busy, and enjoyed the most fabulous Sea Bass (wife) and Red Gurnard for myself. Staff always very attentive and polite, the Poole Arms is a definite must for seafood lovers wether you live locally or just visiting Poole and I promise you will not be disappointed, thanks to everyone for a very enjoyable evening.

I popped by recently to meet up with a business partner, I don't know what it is about the latte but they're dangerously moreish and go down great with the breakfast baps. I usually find station baps are chewy and inedible, I'm glad they broke the pattern! The atmosphere is nice too, with classic radio playing instead of a random playlist on a loop; something I miss. If you're in a rush for the train, the guys are great with prioritising so that the drink you nabbed to speed you up doesn't slow down your whole day.

We visited last year and have been going to this little gem for some time now. Since changing hands a couple of years ago I do feel it's lost its quaintness and touch as a little tea room. The decor has obviously changed with the new owners own taste but some of the touches that made it what it was are no more. Plastic utensil holders on the tables remind me more of a Blackpool cafe and the lovely fresh cool gravel area are no more. It is patio and more modern tables that for me take away from what it was. Tea was 'ok' but I believe the cake was still nice and home made. I wrote this review now as visiting Poole again in July and wanted to see what everyone else thought. It's just my opinion and i am comparing how it used to be. I see lots of people are still enjoying this place...will we visit again this year though...sadly I don't think so x

Quaint Italian cafe, great italian Patisserie, good selection to choose from. The Tiramisu is to die for. They have a Meatball Pot for £4.00, however it was not a pot but a decent size pasta bowl. Very tasty too. We also had a Caramel iced latte, absolutely delicious. We visited this place twice and will be going back again 😊 and very friendly staff x

We have eaten here a few times over the years when visiting relatives in the area. They are now about to move and from previous experience, we chose La Lupa to have one of our last meals in Poole. While the advertised opening hours were quite late, like many restaurants these days La Lupa would appear to have taken most of their covers earlier, and we arrived as most people were finishing their meals. We hadn't booked, but we were warmly welcomed and our lovely waiter cheerfully took our order. Although we only had a main course, we were the last to leave. While we were finishing our food the staff were sitting chatting at a table in the restaurant. In no way did we feel under pressure to pay and go so they could close for the night. My husband and I both chose from the Classic Menu - Risotto con funghi and Risotto con gamberi e zucchine and our meals were cooked to perfection. I often think that with food of this nature the amount in the bowl isn't going to sate my appetite, but this was definitely not the case at La Lupa. Both meals were plentiful and tasty. Thoroughly recommended and probably advisable to book.
