I can only give many compliments to Cosimo and his staff. The cuisine is great and the service excellent. Entering Lupa is like coming home.

Staff are profesional, but also friendly. Service is fast but not at all rushed and details are taken into account carefully. We had an amazing time, food portions are generous, but everything to the very last bite is absolutely delicious. It was a party if 8 and most of us ordered different things (apologies to the chef), and everything looked and tested amazing. We had Fritton, steak, pizza, Ravioli, risotto, se bass....yum, yum and yum. I would highly recommend it! Highly recommend it. Oh! Tiramisu...so absolutely delicious.

We visited La Lupa this evening to celebrate my son's 18th Birthday and we're so glad that we did! We had a fantastic evening...a very warm welcome with great staff who were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend visiting La Lupa! We can't wait to visit again...hopefully it won't be too long before we see you all again at La Lupa! : )

Staying in Poole for a few days last week, we walked past the restaurant on Thursday evening and thought how nice it looked so we booked a table for Friday evening. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty! Friendly and welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant itself is cosy and welcoming and we chose where we wanted to sit. We enjoyed a beautiful bottle of Sicilian wine with our meals which all arrived promptly and were absolutely delicious, the ravioli was amazing, the salmon looked and tasted fantastic and the Lasagne was lovely too. We managed to squeeze in some Tiramisu for dessert which tasted wonderful and was presented beautifully. We had a really lovely evening and would definitely recommend. Thank you so much.

I served a delicious dinner with my family, the beef tenderloin was phenomenally tasty, my wife served a seafood pasta that was delicious, our boy served a real Italian pizza and I couldn't leave without tasting the wonderful home-made desserts at mom, I recommend this authentic Italian restaurant where all the staff make you feel like the most important person in the world, thank you luppa

This was our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. My husband and I chose the pasta and it was cooked to perfection ‘al dente’ and was delicious. My kids had the pizza and loved it. Yes, it’s priced at the higher end, but worth it for the quality and the staff were very engaging. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Highly recommend

Had a wonderful night last night at La Lupa with our party of 12. Unfortunately my 8 yr old son has suffered with terrible food poisoning today. He was the only one to have mushrooms on his meal so guess they must have been off :(

After a shocking experience at Da Vinci’s, not having had a main course we were passing La Lupa’s & were able to get a table. The staff were really attentive, service was excellent & food absolutely delicious. What a difference. Will definitely be going back here.

An Italian restaurant facing the sea in the British city of Poole. Pizza, lasagna, pasta and most of the famous Italian dishes. I recommend visiting it and do not forget to order the tiramisu... a masterpiece.

We were so amazed by everything and so happy we had decided to stop there for lunch on our visit to Poole. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was sooo delicious, everything really beautifully served. The calamari were so tasteful and tender, the risotto was by far the best I’ve ever tried before. And the pizza was very tasty as well. Totally recommended if you want to taste really good Italian food. We will for sure come back on our next visit to Poole.

SO Delicious!! The focaccia appetizer, meats, pastas (ravioli) seafood, pizza, desserts, everything we had was so good, and the gentlemen who served us were also exceptional and attentive servers. Definitely recommend!

Nice place on the water, good service, good food portions. Managed to park for free. Non seafood meals were really good. Downsides: All seafood was overcooked and hence tough/tasteless, no Amex accepted, gratuities were cash only

A lovely meal, great atmosphere and brilliant customer service from every member of staff who spoke to us. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to going back again. When I dined at La Lupa Ristorante e Pizzeria in Poole Quay, I felt instantly welcomed by its cozy atmosphere. As the oldest Italian restaurant in Poole, it has a special charm. The homemade pasta and wood-fired pizza I tried were amazing, made with fresh, local ingredients. The Tiramisu was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. The friendly service and delicious food made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend visiting La Lupa for a genuine Italian dining experience!!!!

My Husband and i Had a late afternoon shopping trip . Getting very hungry We decided to pop by and give this restuarant a try , on the off chance we could get a table . There was absolutly no problem and very welcomed on our arrival , great start already , and gets even better . wow wow what can we say blown away with the food absolutly delicious , This resturant has the best food we have ever tasted . The deserts wow i was just staring for awhile at how amayzing the presentation was 👌 top stars to the chef your food is amayzing, delicious, full of flavours. The staff very professional, warm welcoming, and friendly. We will definitely be back and will be bringing family with us on our next visit . Thankyou to all 👌

Been here a few times and these guys never disappoint. The pizzas are insanely good! Really generous, got and fresh with quality ingredients you can taste. The pasta is also excellent. Haven't had a carbonara that good in a very long time! If you're anywhere near Poole, you have to get there! Oh and the Panna Cotta and Tiramisu is also excellent 😊

Brilliant service, excellent food across the needs of 3 generations. Main courses were great but deserts were beyond expectations. Wine could have greater variety especially for an Italian restaurant - slightly disappointing - so simple to up your game here.

Amazing, family run restaurant in Poole. Authentic Italian food really well done. Highly recommend the Vongole, Pizza and Pana Cotta. Came here for a 60th birthday party and they really looked after us. Cannot recommend this place enough and will be back next time we are in Poole

my wife and I went to La Lupa on Poole Quay to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary and they made it so special. They started off by giving us both a complimentary glass of Prosecco to get the celebration underway. The food we ordered was really amazing. My starter of mussels was great but nothing could have prepared me for what came next. My main course was ox cheeks slow cooked in Chianti which was sensational. The meat was so tender it fell apart on the tongue and the sauce it was cooked in was so rich and flavoursome I savoured every mouthful along with the beautiful soft and fluffy polenta it was served with. My wife had an equally delicious dish of slow-cooked lamb and both of us struggled as the portions were extremely generous. After a rest to digest, we couldn’t leave without our favourite dessert, tiramisu. It really is soft, creamy and delicious, it was the perfect end to our celebratory meal. Two glasses of limoncello arrived as another complimentary addition to our evening and I genuinely can’t find the words to adequately describe what a superb meal it was.

Well what can I say me and my aunty was in Poole over a weekend and wanted to go to a traditional authentic Italian restaurant as we are italian ourselves! , we stopped outside looked at the menu and decided to go inside. The atmosphere of the place was wonderful , the decor was modern but beautiful olive green and white. The staff was so professional , friendly and was always happy to be of service. The food was like being back at home in Italy ,the food smelled authentic , looked authentic and tasted absolutely amazing! It was delicious the portion sizes was very good too! We was soo happy with our visit, the staff was amazing and was always happy to help us make decisions , when they brought plates out for other tables they showed us what the different dishes looked like! They was all incredible absolutely delicious! the drinks was amazing too we had lovely cocktails the cosmopolitans was soo morish , and the bar staff and waiting staff was very knowledgeable on their drinks too! Honestly the best italian restaurant we have found in Poole! We loved it soo much we decide to go back the next day and again we was soo pleased with everything! All the waiters was fantastic , the owner was friendly checked everything was OK and stood talking to us any problems was no problem they was fix straight away! jake, luke and the whole team was fantastic. Deffinatly going to be our regular when we come again in March and bringing more of the italian family with us! I recommend the the dessert the Nutella calzone, the pears and the panacotta, the best we ever tasted! I cannot recommend this place enough! You will not be disappointed. Highly recommed!

Our party was made to feel very welcome, right from when I phoned to book a table. The service was attentive but unrushed. The food was absolutely amazing. We shared calamari to start and we're pleased we did. It was delishous, perfectly cooked but there was a lot of it! We all had something different for mains but we all said the same thing - the flavours were superb. We just had room for dessert. Again, the flavours were amazing. We rarely dine out as we are often faced with poor service or poor food. This dining experience exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely be back. Thank you La Lupa.

Very impressed with the service here. A first time visit and I ordered a pizza I didn't like. I didn't want to say anything but the waiter could sense I wasn't happy and insisted on cooking me a new different pizza at no extra charge. The food came very quickly, was hot and tasty. Absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish our evening was absolutely perfect. The pizza was the best I’ve ever had!! (Including in Italy!) and the pasta got rave reviews from my husband and daughter. A buzzing atmosphere, fully booked on a weekday out of season! Family run by those who are clearly passionate about true Italian food and wine, and treating their guests as family. Honestly, world travelled, and one of the best restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. We may even drive 3 hours to return!! Thank you so much. P.s order the olives!!!!

First visit, and it won't be my last . A warm welcome and excellent caring service. Had cibatta garlic bread with oil and olives. Really enjoyed that. For mains had a lasagne which was very tasty but just a little dry. However. I enjoyed my meal . A complimentary shot was supplied at the end of the meal. Not the cheapest of restaurant and drinks quite pricey, but you get what you pay for, and I have no complaints. An enjoyable visit at a popular venue
