This is no longer roopanar it is now Yousufs and the food is ok when it finally arrives we waited over 2 hours it finally arrived with a mumbled apology from the driver, they need to learn customer relations a phone call to explain they had a shortage staff would be courtesy we wonât order from them again I shouldnât have to chase them up several times
Have always enjoyed the quality of the food from here and have been visiting in person and ordering online for many years without concern. Used to be all home made with fresh ingredients. Judging by the falling Trip Advisor score I now understand why my lunch today was so terrible. Low quality ingredients, prepacked, processed. My baguette today was of a lower quality than what you'd expect to find in a service station and they charged me around ÂŁ7 (this isn't even an exaggeration). Bread was stale. Online menu halved in size. Was completely shocked today by how far this business has fallen. Have most likely spent thousands with them over the years but today will be the last time they get any of my hard earned cash! Disappointed.
My absolute favourite restaurant! Always get my order to perfection. They even phoned today to let me know the driver was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes later than thought. Itâs the small things. Thank you!!

Today as part of my birthday celebrations I booked a table. My husband wanted the steakhouse special, but alas they had no steak. So we ordered a couple of burgers. We sat in that place for 1hr and 20mins. After which I questioned where our food was.....apparently the kitchen had lost our ticket. Not happy very disappointed, we left
I popped along for coffee and food with my husband and granddaughter today. The lady took our order then disappeared, with no explanation. We were left waiting for our food and drinks, after a while she came back with no apology. I asked her colleague for our order, because by now other orders had been taken.
I asked the colleague what had happened and she said, "she had to run to the toilet it was an emergency".
Seeing the lady behind the counter handling food after being told of the emergency toilet situation đ€ą. I said I didn't need to know the details, and could I please cancel my food order. She was rude and abrupt and said she was only being honest and telling the truth....
Thank you for taking the time to reply. Yes I was offered a refund which I declined as another assistant offered to prepare my order.
Working in hospitality myself (restaurant supervisor), I would be horrified if a member of staff had expressed to a customer that she had to go to the toilet because it was an emergency ! Any other excuse could have been given, but the toilet and an emergency aren't the words you want to hear when someone is preparing your food. The assistant defended herself in a rude manner by saying "I was only telling the truth, do you want me to tell lies". Not very professional. And actually yes ! In this instance a lie would have been better.
But once again, thank you for your swift reply, perhaps some staff training might be helpful.
