The best restaurants in Frome Market Mendip South West

Over an hour and 20 mins late, when it did finally arrived it was stone cold! Super disappointed as they are normally good.

Went and enjoyed a valentines meal here and the food was amazing! All served in great time and tastes fantastic! The steak melted in my mouth and cooked perfectly for me. The only issue which isn't awful was that they had forgotten to bring our bottle of wine until we had to prompt and ask for it again. Service apart from that was great and they were friendly. Would definitely recommend and would love to go again.

The most lovely 3 course meal. Everything was very well made. The chefs are very good! In general, the staff was very friendly- especially the kind young waiter!

I really enjoyed visiting this pub a few times recently but was very disappointed this Sunday when I was turned away. Apparently on market days there is a no dogs allowed policy. Surely you are dog friendly or not? When I was last there a local was sat with his dachshund on his lap at the bar and yet on my latest visit I was not allowed in any areas with my dog.

I think this might be the best Full English I've ever had. There are two hash browns hiding under the perfect fried eggs. Flat white was delicious too.

Excellent covid arrangements. Chocolate torte wow. Apple cake wow. Milkshake perfect. Strawberry of course.

Was served Luke warm latte. Lady serving was so rude when I told her and said she had just done a four day shift and couldn't think of how to help. Another lovely server stepped in immediately offering a refund. I had drank the coffee so didn't really want that but accepted it was more an acknowledgement. Really shocked by the rude lady and unprofessional manner she spoke. Won't return 4.pounds too expensive for a Luke warm drink in the cold weather

Freshly made toasties and sandwiches my favourite lunchtime stop . I often stop off here for a take out The staff are friendly and the Rolls ,sandwiches and toasties are delicious

As a total foodie I'm always looking out for the best eateries around when having a day out my nearest and dearest and looking through the SHEER compliments from staff to food we just had to find out for our self's and trust me when I say this.... its fantastic. we regularly eat a sunday roast at aqua restaurant on bristol harbour which is top notch and honestly fair play you've beaten this 👌 massive compliments to the chef/ kitchen staff and bar staff! VERY IMPRESSED And would highly recommend. Well be seeing you again very soon! Well done guy's you've smashed it 👏

Frama is a great coffee shop, and the coffee is exceptional. Whenever my friends come to visit, they always ask if we can stop by to pick up a flat white or a cappuccino!

Quick food, tasted great and had great service

Great place! Amazing food, cakes and coffee. We opted for the Vegetarian special- it was delicious! Well priced and staff very friendly too. Cafè is super clean and very spacious- will be back!

We've walked past here a lot and always thought that it looked lovely. We popped in today at lunchtime with a couple of friends and two children in prams, the guy at front desk was lovely - he said there was room upstairs but he'd go and ask their manager who was using a downstairs table, if we could use it. We stated we were happy with whatever, it's not the first time we've carried a pram up some stairs. Next thing, the guy from the front desk comes back and starts to talk to us, then the manager comes out and interrupts him and takes over, which was rude as hell and not a nice way to treat staff. The manager, visibly irritated, asks us if we have a reservation, we say no (again) and he proceeds to gesture shooting himself in the head and started talking about wait times with some hostility. We just popped in to get some lunch with friends and got treated like we were a major inconvenience - also pretending to shoot yourself in the head in front of anybody, let alone kids, not a good move. Left that place feeling incredibly uncomfortable.

Called in with my partner last night,had a chat with Dean(Bar manager)a smashing guy who bought us both a drink,so kind of him!! All the best my friend,great gesture nice pub

Great local pub which has some amazing bands on sometimes.
