the tea was great but my cake has a largeish piece of plastic in it, the staff member I told just said ' mistakes happen' I left after it made me gag and finally vomit

Having lived locally for years I finally popped in for lunch, excellent service and food, won't wait too long before going again.

Glorious place to stop for a cuppa and a grilled sarnie, fast efficient service and a view of a stunning beach.

We popped in for takeaway pizza on our way back from the beach and after a cheeky pint at the Driftwood Spars…. This place did not disappoint, pizzas were a good size, dough was fresh and well cooked and plenty of toppings…..tasted great too! A surprise was the amount of craft beer available to purchase, well worth a visit!

Seriously good Neapolitan pizza. Beers are spot on.

A great find for tapas or a special we had dhal which was great and everyone was very attentive and friendly it had a very pleasant and sunny garden in which to enjoy your lunch

Arrived approx 830pm for last minute supper. Beautifully greeted. Last food order by 9. "Pay" parking across the road, license plate recognition, payment in parking lot at machine when you leave BUT received a parking QR code so parking was free (min spend). Food was fantastic. Hake in a brilliant sauce (see menu) on "crushed potatoes". HIGHLY recommend a visit. Even a fire going to warm the heart and soul! Thank you, Driftwood Spars!

Since the shop was taken over the portions have halved and the prices have more than doubled, pricing them out of many families reach. It's sad. It's cheaper to eat the meal in a pub.

Lovely place for a coffee and a cake to take on to a beautiful beach. Had a really delicious flapjack here, would recommend
