We popped in for takeaway pizza on our way back from the beach and after a cheeky pint at the Driftwood Spars…. This place did not disappoint, pizzas were a good size, dough was fresh and well cooked and plenty of toppings…..tasted great too! A surprise was the amount of craft beer available to purchase, well worth a visit!

The Cornish pizza company never disappoint. Such great flavour choices which are out of the ordinary compared to chain flavours but there is something for everyone. Great catering for allergies / no issues removing ingredients. Fresh hot pizzas. Not greasy , a must visit !

Really delicious stone baked pizzas, amazing choice of veggie and vegan pizza, I loved the jackfruit pizza. Staff were great, they stayed open later for us, they were supposed to close at 9 and we called them at 8.55 explaining we were a few minutes away and they were fine with it and stayed open for us! Had a drink in whilst waiting. Would come back

Went here tonight for a quick meal after a long day at beach and wasn’t dissapointed. Upon our arrival we we welcomed by a friendly woman, who took our order and there was a great selection of drinks and food to choose from. Particularly the drinks i was impressed with selection. We ordered, and food wasn’t too much of a wait. When it arrived, there was a minor mistake, they added pepperonis instead of peppers, but wasn’t much of an issue. We were okay with that but the man who served us our food (assume he must have been the owner) said it’s not a problem and they will make it again in 5 minutes, which was very generous of them. Great experience this evening. We are on holiday so won’t be there often, but if you haven’t visited this place, you are missing out!

Been coming here for around ten years now I think anyway always go when I’m down in Cornwall. Great quality pizzas which I hope they keep producing. Also great value not too overpriced and I’d say the prices have hardly changed even with everything else going up so much.

We’ve visited St Agnes twice and both times visited here. Really nice pizza and the garlic bread is absolutely delicious! Some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. Seriously recommend if you’re staying in the village.

I absolutely LOVE these Pizza’s! Crunchy, yet soft in all the right places. Full of flavour, and a wide selection of toppings. I add a few extras to mine, but the existing menu offers diversity for each diner. I would recommend calling, or using their website to order, due to the nature of the business, all food is cooked fresh and to order. So turning up may see you encur a wait, but it will be well worth it either way! I was craving my Pizza fix for most of the first lock down! So will keep my eyes peeled for when they reopen this time round. 5*

In my opinion the best pizza you can buy! I am not a massive pizza fan but I always buy one when I come to St Agnes. The wheal fire is brilliant.

There was a long wait time for ordering, that's fine, we selected next available time slot online - earliest one was 1 hour 30. Order a vegan pizza with vegan Garlic bread. When arrived to collect waited an additional 20 minutes outside in the cold to be told no vegan cheese, and they don't actually do vegan garlic bread, it's bread with garlic oil drizzled on after! I received a partial refund of £3.50 after asking for it and purchased some vegan cheese from a shop to add ourselves. Why not just phone us to let us know the situation? We would of cancelled our order and not left a bad review.

Hands down, THE best pizza I have ever eaten! Mega thin crispy base with plenty of toppings. My mouth is watering just writing about it!

We phoned the friendly team 10 minutes before and had a brilliant pizza waiting when we arrived! They also have some great local beers in cans for take away too! They made a pizza to order and it was excellent- thank you so so much! Definitely a place to go again!!

Fresh, thin, crispy and tasty pizza’s. We did try the online ordering but a slot wasn’t available for several hours so we got in the car and ordered at the premises. Wait of about 20 minutes was fine. Would definitely order again.

We ordered 4 pizzas, garlic bread and a few other things. Everything was delicious BUT a the pizzas and garlic bread were all way too blond in my opinion. They needed a few more minutes to give them more colour and therefore taste!

I cannot praise these guys enough.Our daughter ordered our pizzas for 5:30 pm using the website . My husband arrived at 5:20 to collect them only to be told that they had not recieved the order. They then discovered that she had actually ordered them for Friday ! Luckily they managed to have them ready for 5:45 even though they were busy. My husband happily waited with a pint of Doombar in the pub across the road! The pizzas were yummy, very tasty and with generous amounts of toppings. We also enjoyed the dough balls. It was not a cheap take away but I would rather pay for quality and that is what you get. We were holidaying in Porthtowan and will certainly order from here again when we are staying but perhaps we'll not ask our daughter to order them next time !

Fabulous selection of crispy-based utterly delicious pizzas cooked to order by friendly helpful staff. Vegetarians, vegans and those on a gluten-free diet are well catered for and there’s a reasonable selection of sides. Also stock a good selection of wines, beers (including from local brewery) and soft drinks. Often a queue so it’s a good idea to order ahead by phone.

We used this restaurant for the first time this year, and it was so lovely, and had really good covid precautions that we came back again. Recommended!

We decided one evening whilst on holiday to order some pizzas to take to the beach. The menu selection was excellent catering for gluten and dairy intolerances as well as vegetarian and vegan. The pizzas were freshly made and cooked and were truly delicious. Highly recommend.

Phoned at 5pm and got a 6.50pm slot, however, on arrival pizzas not ready til 7.15pm so allow for this. Despite going for what I thought was an odd topping mix from the menu, the Pizzas were some of the best we have ever tasted. One was GF and you would never have guessed. Outstanding, well done CPC!

Great pizza, offering a vast menu of choices. Pizza dough was just right and topping quality was very good. Overall, I cannot fault this place. Recommend you book ahead otherwise the queue is long. Grab a pizza and eat on the beach.

the food here is excellent, fresh and tasty. We visited St agnes last summer and really enjoyed the pizza, despite it being half an hour late after ordering 3 hours in advance, we let that slide as it was so good and they were busy.12 months later we ordered at 6pm fo collection at 20:50. Arrived on time, and our pizzas were ready at 21:35. It was just 2 pizzas, a salad and a garlic bread, a very very simple order. I appreciate you can get busy, but if 12 months on you still cannot cope with demand, either invest in an extra pizza oven, or stop biting off more than you can chew. 4 members of staff working 1 order at a time is insane. You were clearly all working extremely hard, but working smarter is something you need to look at. Really good pizzas, garlic bread was like a brick, kind of like that was ready on time but the rest wasnt.I'd love to give a higher score, but making people wait (it was everyone) cause you take on more than you can handle is a dangerous game.

First night in St Agnes and used the local website for ideas on food. Decided on pizza from this company and we were not disappointed. Superb fresh bases, excellent quality ingredients, we didn't talk much whilst eating, just lots of mmmmm noises! Highly recommend.

One of the best pizzas I have ever had in the UK. Love the fact that they champion local produce. Menu is very inventive and very tasty. Recommend ordering in advance, but the system works perfectly.

We ordered a cajan spiced jackfruit pizza for collection this evening and were delighted with it. We added vegan mozzarella and chillis to it. We can highly recommend this restaurant for the quality and flavour of this vegan pizza.

Telephone ordered 2 pizzas yesterday evening - a Wheal Jane and a Wheal Busy. Collected the pizzas from friendly staff and drove 3 miles to eat them with my wife. Her Wheal Jane (Margherita) pizza was amazing and she was very happy. I tried a slice and agree that it was very nice. I am not sure what happened to my Wheal Busy as the dough was rubbery and had the consistency of chewing a gelatine sweet. The toppings were a unidentifiable glutinous mess apart from a single slice of pepperoni on each slice of the pizza. I never got to taste the toppings as the crust was too chewy.

Always come here whenever we vist Cornwall. The pizzas are always amazing. So much choice, veggie options are amazing the dough balls with the garlic butter where delishes - staff are lovely Would definitely recommend

This place never seam to open . Every year to holiday and it’s never open Why I guess they just want to maximum it’s just a hobby to them .

This dinky place is mostly about takeaway pizzas but there are just a few seats which means you can eat on the premises but it's definitely not a restaurant. Good beer on tap and a few wines to choose from made this a quaint funky little spot. The staff couldn't be nicer and the pizza was EPIC and a bargain. Totally recommend.

Camping at the nearby blue hills site and we ended up having pizza twice in a week as it was so good first time round. Delicious and fresh. Yum

Popped in here and had the most delicious pizza. We both had the same, the Wheal Friendly, which had 3 different types of Cornish cheeses: Cornish Yarg, Penninsula smoked cheese, Cornish Brie, topped with fresh rocket. Utterly gorgeous. Definitely recommend. Small place so only a couple of places to sit. Most people were taking away.

Auch beim winzigen Geschäftslokal der Cornish Pizza Company wurden wir auf "Pizzas in zwei Stunden" vertröstet. Also bitte UNBEDINGT TELEFONNUMMER BESORGEN UND PIZZA DEUTLICH IM VORAUS ORDERN.Bei unserem zweiten Anlauf waren wir klüger und bestellten unsere Pizzen in der Tat 3 Stunden im Voraus. Wir mussten nur ein paar Minuten über den vereinbarten Abholzeitpunkt hinaus auf unsere Pizzas warten.Dabei konnten wir das Personal beobachten, das sehr fleißig (wie die Ameisen) und höflich ist und auf jeden Fall Multitasking beherrscht!Bei 6 bestellten Pizzen wurde nicht EIN Fehler gemacht (obwohl 5 davon mit Sonderwünschen waren!). Ich frage mich nur, was geschieht, wenn man doch eine Reklamation haben sollte? Das Personal arbeitet wirklich schon PERFEKT, da wäre kein zeitlicher Spielraum, noch ein oder zwei neue Pizzas als Ersatz anzubieten...Die Pizzen sind wirklich köstlich, reich belegt, aber nicht sehr groß. Besonders erfreulich sind die Auswahl der hochwertigen Zutaten und die Kreativität dabei.

Warm and welcoming service and the best vegan pizzas ever, I know I say this a lot but even the vegan cheese was tasty!!We had wheal Charlotte and vegan music. Good size pizzas with a multitude of taste. We then sat up the top of Beacon Hill and ate admiring the beautiful view. Would definitely recommend for all, but massive selection for vegans which is always a welcome site

Phoned a takeaway order through on Sunday night and on collection received superb customer service. The bonus being that the pizzas were even better! Best pizza eaten in a long while, fantastically fresh and tasty. Thanks guys.

After a long journey what a pleasure it was to see a quality independent business offering mouth watering fresh pizzas! I phoned in our order around 5.30pm to collect 7pm but we arrived earlier than expected, I was really blown away by the friendly service and being able to have our pizzas made while we were there rather than waiting nearly an hour (my fault I miscalculated how hungry we were ) A professional focused business with a great attitude..... Perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well the place advertised 2 for £16 on their pizzas and ultimately missed the chance to make any extra business as we were told "we don't do the deal for tourists in the tourist season".Firstly, it wasn't the tourist season. That had finished the week before.Secondly, you missed out making £48+++ on a quiet Wednesday.Thirdly, we went to Perranporth's Del Mar to spend our money and were recieved with warm smiles, cheaper pizzas and better service.Good luck with your business.

Had pizzas from here twice this year (and last year as well) and they were quite frankly phenomenal both times. I’m not sure what it was exactly-possibly the sea air, possibly the locally sourced (I assume) ingredients - but all I know is that I’m going to miss these when I’m back up in East Yorkshire. Popped into this place on the off-chance and was not disappointed! Great selection of pizzas and good value for money. Staff were really pleasant. Good variety of beers and wines to purchase as well. Would definitely recommend pre-ordering if you don't want to wait for them to make it.

We visited this place last year and it was good. This year they've expanded their vegan options and they do some of the best pizza I have ever had and I've been to Italy ;)

We stumbled upon this place by accident and decided to give it a go and sincerely wished we hadn’t! We ordered two pizzas then were told there would be over an hour wait. That was fine and we said we would return in an hour. Upon receiving our order of two pizzas I took a bite out of my supposedly vegetarian pizza- I quickly realised it was definitely not vegetarian and I had in fact eaten some pork. I went back to the shop fairly upset where they realised they had given me the wrong order. I understand that they were busy and everyone makes mistakes. What I cannot understand however is how I was treated. All the staff members stood looking at each other, with no one taking charge of the situation and no sincere apology forthcoming. I was told they would make me a new pizza then I was ignored. When they realised I was not satisfied with just this I got a very reluctant sorry and some money back (just for that one pizza). I don’t think I have ever wrote a negative review in my life as I realise the detrimental effect on independent business but on this occasion I feel I had no choice- mistakes happen, but the way this mistake was dealt with was appalling.

We ordered 4 pizzas for takeaway, a range of meat, vegetarian and vegan options. We all really enjoyed the pizzas that we ordered. Just make sure you order with plenty of time, We ordered and were told they were quite busy so it might take an hour. We just went to the pub whilst we waited but be aware of this if you want to eat here. Worth it - really interesting options and great taste. Staff were really friendly and happy to advise on some of the menu options.

We rang to order four vegetarian pizzas and were amazed that they were ready for collection in fifteen minutes. Very trusting as did not collect payment up front.

The best Pizzas we have ever had. End of. Veggie, Vegan, gluten free...no problem. Local provenance, great flavours, easy to order (but order early-they get fully booked), gorgeous staff and so friendly. A great range of very decent wines and beers too. Simple concept done to perfection. Would have given 10 stars if I could!

Absolutely delicious pizza. My 10 year old son said it was the best pizza he'd ever tasted. Wonderful flavour combinations. We ordered over the phone and the pizza was ready in 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

The Cornish Pizza Company gets better and better. The new owners are lovely and the pizzas are better than ever. We had two (Wheal Alfred and Wheal Charlotte) on Sunday evening, sitting on the wall next to the beach at Trevaunance Cove, together with two pints of their fantastic draught ale. You can taste that the pizza ingredients are good quality, and the bases are so thin and crispy. You guys rock...

Excellent little family run business that concentrates on what it's good at... 'Making Pizza. These are genuine hand stretched pizzas, not the mass produced rubbish some places sell.

Visiting the area and decided to give Cornish Pizza a go. The pizzas were wonderful with a lovely thin base. Plenty of customers collecting when we were there which was a good sign. Also the menu was slightly different to the norm with some interesting combinations. Also sold well priced beer and wine. Really impressed.

Had the Albert/Friendly and Plenty! Was amazing pizza!! We went twice on our holiday! Staff was friendly and easy to order over the phone. Would call ahead of time to order!!

Really enjoyed our music pizza , delicious sauce and thin crispy base and great flavours. A bit pricey for a take out & could have done with a bit more pulled pork however really tasty.

We called in here as we’d been on the beach all day, and couldn’t be bothered to cook. My husband called in to order, and very much enjoyed the beer while he waited. The pizzas were cooked to perfection, the staff are young, efficient and very friendly. This place deserves to do very well, we will see you again.

We were visiting from Surrey and stumbled across this pizza place. The service was quick and even my super fussy 8 year old loved the pizza.

Ordered from here due to offering Vegan options. Has to be one of the best pizza's I've had. Didn't even have a special Vegan pizza. The Wheal Jane with Vegan cheese and even let me add sundried tomatoes on top. Sad to have only visited Cornwall for the weekend as otherwise would have ordered again!

Had one of there pizzas two years ago and have just eaten one tonight they're still fantastic sutch a great range to choose from even if you have food issues and all made with local Cornish ingredients ware possible and always a friendly welcome can't go wrong

We never fail to visit this shop when we come this far into Cornwall. Their pizzas are that good! They have won numerous awards (in fact they picked up another, the night we were there) and with good reason.

Fantastic pizza lots of options. We went for the Music and plenty which were delicious with lovely toppings. Highly Rey.

The vegan music pizza is very tasty but disappointed there’s no cheese especially as the menu says you can add vegan mozzarella. Lots of vegan cheese available these days!

We dropped by for take away pizzas but they were swamped by orders and a man down but the team were so friendly and genuinely apologetic we went with the 1 hour wait and came back later.

You may have a long wait if you are ordering for the whole family, but you are assured the geatest pizzas you will ever taste. A firm family favourite every time we visit beautiful St Agnes.

I was away with my youngest son who decided he wanted pizza for dinner we found this play on the Internet that was near were we are staying so thought we would give it a try shop was busy and said it would be ready in 20 minutes and true to there word it was and I must say the pizza's were very nice and will definitely go again

Hungry family after afternoon on the beach. Pizzas were excellent- thin base and quality ingredients. Liked the local themes for pizza names and the fact their was space to eat in (though mainly a takeaway). Loved the beer on draft - genius idea.

Ordered pizzas for collection. Staff were friendly and able to answer all questions. We were able to make changes to a topping with no problems. We phoned at 5.40pm and were able to collect for 6. Pizzas were hot and ready on time. Super service and tasty pizzas. We will go back!

Visited for pizza with my young daughter. She said it was the tastiest thing in the world actually ever. I agree. Tried the summer special with home made Pesto, local salami, heritage toms and courgettes. Was absolutely fantastic and a pleasant place to sit at the window and watch the summer St Agnes world go by.

The pizza is perfect; lots of previous reviewers will back me up on this - thin crust, quality ingredients and cooked to perfection - but there’s more to be had when you order (preorder advisable due to demand) from The Cornish Pizza Company and this is what made it so very special.

Ordered an assortment of different pizzas. We collected and had a beautiful beer on tap whilst we waited. Spoke to the boss. Great bloke. The pizzas were outstanding. Plenty on the topping. Crispy tasty base. Spot on. 10/10.

Ordered a pizza on a Saturday evening so expected to be turned away with it being only small. Ordered a pizza and a garlic bread at 7.00 and was told it would be ready for 7.45 which was ok. The pizza was nice but the garlic bread better. The only negative was that they were very mean with the toppings, I would of liked more ham and mozerella.

Fabulous pizza with good choice. Mistake made with pizza (meat given rather than vegetarian) but rectified with another correct pizza provided straightaway, no problem. really pleased and great for pizza evening whilst on holiday down the road.

We ordered takeaway pizza (6 to be precise) at 7.10. They told us it would be ready for eight - we arrived at 8 expecting to have to wait as shop had looked very busy when we had passed. Our pizzas were ready by 8.05. Excellent service and very polite and friendly staff

On holiday in the area and popped in for some pizzas on the way home. Wow. Some of the best tasting pizzas we have ever had! They were busy so gave us a great heads up to come back a little later to collect and they were spot on. Amazing garlic bread too!

Got to be honest, we don’t have pizza that often, but when the blonde suggested we had a take away, I was somewhat surprised. In fact it was the only place left open in town so it was that or bread from the freezer. It was a damn good pizza, it didn’t last long on the table and there was a fight for the last piece. Nice crisp crust and lush toppings.

For our last meal whilst on holiday in Cornwall we visited the Cornish Pizza Company. The staff were friendly and the food was amazing. We had a Jane and Music pizza accompanied by a mixed leaf salad and garlic bread. We had a 20 minute wait to collect our pizzas, but the food was delicious and well worth waiting for.

Lovely thin-based pizza. Drove here before ordering, was able to park in a nearby car park. Only took 10 mins from ordering to the pizzas being ready.
