Absolutely fabulous, they were very welcoming to us and our dogs. The best pizzas. Highly recommend.

Came in July, sorry for the late review! We caught the aroma of pizza cooking as we were walking past and decided to pop in for our evening meal. So glad that we did! Our pizzas were delicious, well-made and a nice combination of flavours for the toppings. We had some great snacks and interesting beers. The atmosphere was lovely, friendly and laid-back with a nice, eclectic selection of tunes. The service was delightful, really friendly and attentive without hovering. An absolute gem of a place, we'll be back next time we're in town for sure!

Ordered a collection, had to wait almost 30 mins for the order once I arrived 😕 kinda annoying when you have hungry folks waiting at home! Otherwise great pizza!

Amazing Pizza! I've ate a lot of Pizza in my life. A lot good ones and a lot of mediocre/bad ones and I can say Pizza Jockeys has definitely got it. Lovely pizza dough and tasty, intense toppings. On top of that comes a cozy, laid back, urban atmosphere and a great music selection. Absolutely worth a visit. If we are able to, we'll be back!

Weil die Luft innen recht stickig war, entschieden wir uns für eine Take away-Pizza Pineapple Express, die mit 15 GBP nicht ganz günstig war. Wir mussten 20 Minuten warten (Sonntagabend, kurz vor 20 Uhr) und erhielten eine Pizza, die nicht besonders geschmackvoll war und am Rand teilweise wirklich SEHR schwarz. Scheint dennoch ein angesagter Treff für junge Leute zu sein. Wir würden die Pizza nicht empfehlen, schade.

Had the most incredible meal here last night with friends, the food was insanely good, the staff could not do enough for us and the Coronaritas were just the icing on the cake! Thank you so much to all the staff for making our evening so wonderful! We’ll be back for more delicious Corona cocktails and Cheesy marmes! Just wow!! 🍕🍕🍹🍹

Best pizza in the country - it's absolutely unbelievable!

The food was tasteless. The garlic bread didn't taste like garlic, it was burnt. Same with pizza + too much pepper and salt. The food looks really good, but it's a pity that it doesn't taste as good as it looks

This place is exceptionally good! The dough is super tasty and the toppings are creative and generous. We absolutely loved visiting this little spot whilst away and are super glad we stumbled upon it! 10/10 .. the staff are really friendly, craft selection is quirky and again. The food. Wow. I'd have to eat the pizza I had here side by side with the other candidates for "best pizza ever" to really tell which wins. Everything was pretty close to flawless, including the tasty drinks and friendly staff.

We were given such a warm welcome, and made to feel at home by the serving team who are so friendly and helpful, We enjoyed the basil fawlty pizza & the sergeant pepper pizza, with the nduja mayo & marinara dips, which really complement the pizzas. Great food, an excellent range of drinks, and excellent service. Booking a table is advisable as Pizza Jockeys is understandably very popular. The pizzas are freshly made to order, so it’s not fast food, but it’s definitely with the wait! A special mention for the guy who makes the pizza dough fresh every day, because the pizza bases are absolutely sensational. #Thankyou #HighlyRecommended

Guys amazing food and atmosphere but you never answer the damn phone, I’ve called you upwards of ten times within opening hours and you received an answer finally, upon hanging up stating I would call back I couldn’t get through again.

Went early evening with the kids and the dog. Good pizzas. Will go again.

We are intermittent visitors to Falmouth, particularly in the winter months, and have managed to miss this gem until now. After a night of Cornish Language Films in the Phoenix ('Trengellick Rising'), we scuttled down the street, late for our 21.00 booking, and with stragglers behind. We shouldn't have worried. Maxine was a star, and made us feel both very welcome and not late! ;-) The drinks soon arrived, the Negroni was so good I had to have two, our Pizza's were spot on and different to other Pizza venues which was welcome in itself, they coped brilliantly with the stragglers, and the service exemplary...can't ask for more. A great night was had by all of us. Thanks too to Becky for deciphering my random emails when trying to book. We'll be back.

Incredibly tasty pizza and fantastic service. Very attentive staff who knew what they were talking about and gave great recommendations. I had the vodka sauce, fennal sausage special, and it was beyond exceptional. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Falmouth. This is the best pizza in Cornwall, possibly all of Britain.

Dine in. Everything was good except that it took about 40 minutes to get our pizza. It wasn't particularity busy, on a weekend. I hear it's one way of getting you to order more drinks and keep the place looking full. The pizza chefs (2 ladies) weren't particularly busy either. The wait time was ridiculous for such a pizza. 2 of us, 2 beers, 2 pizzas and dips (you pay extra for dips). The pizza and the dough were great. Would love to hear what takes so long? Thanks

As loyal take-out customers we thought we'd give the dine-in experience a try. * Fresh ingredients and usually the best pizzas in town * Described as family friendly and perhaps that means families that don't include children, or small children, or parents? * Not a high chair or crayon in sight guys * So much black pepper that even the adults smarted a bit and the kids would barely eat * Up there in my top 5 worst family restaurant experiences we've had * Service included a lovely slam of the door when we left after providing feedback that nothing had been family friendly Parent friends, especially of smalls, consider take-out when the kids are sleeping or Verdant with the littles 👍

We loved this place! The welcome was warm and friendly; the staff were refreshingly understanding about my nut allergy (to some, not all, nuts - this throws many places); the pizzas (Sgt Pepper and Hey Zhoug) were delicious with great cocktails too. All enhanced by a great playlist and lovely service. Can't wait to come back next time we're in Falmouth.

I seek out artisan pizza wherever I go, and this place serves excellent wood fired pizza with a good choice of toppings and really delicious pillowy crusts. Enjoyed a cocktail too and had a very pleasant meal. Only thing which dented my enjoyment slightly was the very noisy, hectic environment and somewhat “shouty” publicity material. Perhaps I am getting old?! Oh and the table was wobbly too.

This is absolutely the best pizza I have ever eaten. The dough is out of this world, the staff are great, nice atmosphere and great soundtrack. Cocktails are ace too, as is selection of beers. I can’t recommend enough - I LOVE PIZZA JOCKEYS

We had takeaway pizzas. Nice enough tastes, i had the veggie princess peach, but seriously... Pizza needs cheese, I know it's not good for us. But I'm paying 13 quid for a pizza, gimme cheese!! .... And toppings, i get the less is more veiw, but the topping stopped 2inches from the edges. My partners pizza was the same, really lacking. The dough was OK, fresh, nothing to shout about, luckily we had lots of chilli jam and a jar of mayo so we weren't just eating dry dough. We both come from chef / hospitality backgrounds, so hope you appreciate this as constructive feedback. I do feel this place could work on its food a bit more rather than its cool image and branding.

We called up and placed a large order for 10 pizzas and 4 breads, despite being busy the kitchen accommodated us and the pizzas were ready in less than 30 mins. Everything was great and the staff were super friendly,please check this place out if visiting Falmouth

Well that's just typical! You find the best place to eat on the last night of your holiday. Fantastic pizza made with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Absolutely awesome!!! Quirky little place with good music, a great atmosphere and really lovely staff. Can't wait to visit you again next year.

Stopped by Pizza Jockeys for a family pizza evening and chose Hey Zhoug! Being vegan I usually find pizzas underwhelming and disappointing; there just isn't a plant based alternative to all the deliciousness of traditional melted dairy cheese. However Pizza Jockeys have managed to surpass themselves with Hey Zhoug! The textures and colours piqued my interest and then came the flavours! The combo of tahini and pomegranate molasses with zhoug coupled with thin slices aubergine and a scattering of pines nuts sent me to deliciousness heaven. I honestly can't recommend this place enough! If you find yourself in Falmouth, get down to Pizza Jockeys for the best pizza ever! Can't wait to visit again. Thanks guys, outstanding service too :-)

I never thought aubergine would be that good with coriander and molasses, definitely beyond expectations. The crust was crisp and light, ingredients perfectly distributed you should definitely give it a try. The best Napolitano pizza I have ever tasted, serving was great as well hope they'll only get better Best of luck 🤞

Been here three or four times now since they've opened and honestly can't fault it. The decor is fun and funky and the exposed kitchen is a great feature, the staff are always really friendly and service is always well paced. The new cocktail menu, and the drinks menu in general has a great selection and it's nice to be able to get pitchers and carafes. Now onto the main event, the pizza is fantastic! Lots of choice and always plenty of toppings (nothing worse than a lack of toppings). Tried a few of the specials as well and they're always great, especially the garlic bread with the burrata and honey crust. Also had takeaway from here and it was hot when we got it home and the order was right on time - 2 x margaritas for £12 on a sunday is a great deal.

There’s nothing we didn’t Love! The atmosphere is buzzing with fun and fabulous staff who are clearly loving their work! We booked on line which was very easy, a Monday night and it was packed! So obviously everyone else loved the food too! Amazing pizza dough, with a fantastic choice of toppings… the cheese and marmite pizza we had with dips to start! 🤩 And we arrived in time for Cocktail hour too… frozen margaritas… negroni 🍸 🍹 And as for the pizzas…. Just delicious The staff … well front of house, chef, everyone so attentive especially Maxine If you love an independent restaurant, pizzas, cocktails and great service this is the place for you. Just incredible..

Pizza jockeys is the best pizza you’ll find in Cornwall !! Loved them when they were based in Newquay & continue to love them now they’re in Falmouth. Visit nearly once a week to get our pizza fix & to try their new specials which swap out (special mention to the best pizza they’ve created so far..mrs potato head). 100% worth visiting if your in Cornwall or looking for somewhere to eat out in fal ! Also try a frozen margarita as it’s the best combo with pizzaaaaa

I cannot endorse this place enough here, simply because it goes beyond all the pizza places I have visited. I have been to pizza express (lackluster) Dominoes (stodge) Rustico (they couldn't organise a pissup in a brewery let alone a pizza) Pizza Pilgrims even has competition! Why I am saying this? Well comparison, PIZZA JOCKEYS was crisp edged, soft a little chewy, balanced deviant tomato sauce, and the toppings are precise (not scant not drowning) I had a BASIL FAWLTY added some chilli & rocket, oh and had some vegan mozerlla (added a richness to the pizza rather than a cheese taste, even better!) my goodness...salivating. Sorry there's no photo, was too busy eating! Go, get, a pizza now (booking recommended!)

Truly Amazon pizza. Perfectly cooked and great topping options, but you could be served just the base by its self and be content. Expect to be waiting a bit, but we’ll worth the wait!

I was so excited when I heard a new pizza place was coming to Falmouth - especially a sit in restaurant! EXPECTATIONS WERE MET AND EXCEEDED!! IT WAS AMAZING!!! Me and my partner, with friends and the like, have been so many times now because it's just the absolute sh*t! Best pizzas ever!! They're so nice and even when they're busy they're still accommodating and attentive. Everyone there is so lovely :) The vibes are immaculate! The decor is cool ASF! The pizza is to die for! It suits to everyone at any age and if you go you HAVE to get the dips!! TEAM BASIL AIOLI BABY!!!! My friends and I are having a honey ranch and basil aioli rivalry -- you have to experience to know -- GET YOUR DIPS GURLLSSS! And the tiramisu ;) Get yourselves there for a pizza or two, and double frozen margaritas!!! ;)

Amazing pizza with lots to choose from on the menu. Ordered a vegan Truffle Shuffle (vegan cheese substituted) with extras and was easily the best pizza i’ve ever had. Was never really a fan of pizza but Pizza Jockeys is now on the top of the takeout options. Super quick service and friendly staff. Cornish drink options though their frozen margaritas are my favourite. Overall top tier falmouth vibes and the best pizza around!

Food here is excellent, the staff are extremely friendly and super cool. You must all get a dip with your pizza as it makes it an absolutely out of this world experience! I love how you can customize the pizzas. Adding a burrata really changed the game. The drinks here are wonderful too. Get yourself a frozen marg! Love this place. Love you pizza jockeys x

Always banging! And omg they have vegetarian Hawaiian which I feel like I’ve been waiting for all my life. Dough is on point (and I know after years working in Franco Manca!). Staff are awesome, tunes & decor banging and also v affordable. Traditional pizzas & fun, creative ones too. What’s not to love?

A very welcome addition to Falmouth. Being a huge pizza lover I was sad to see brothers go, the Italian boys knew their stuff. Anyway the new kids on the block are not a disappointment. The dough is spot on, and a nice simple non fussy menu. Been in a few times now and everything is fresh and full of flavour. A couple of tweaks like good chilly oil on the table, possibly some balsamic for the rocket salad.. (I added a burrata) 😉 All in all a great place … well needed in town ..

Relaxed, cool, friendly place with seriously good pizza. The choices range from slight updates on classics to some pretty sophisticated combinations. I went for the pepperoni (Sgt. Peppers) which was totally delicious — with a seared crust that was as good as anything I’ve ever had in Naples. Fabulous staff. Exceptional place.

Went here yesterday whilst on a body boarding holiday in Newquay, the bread and pizza was probably the best I've had in my life, so doughy, perfect amount, service was incredibly fast and the staff were attentive. I hope you're back next year when we come back to Newquay again!

A little disappointing. Couldn’t book online (showing no availability) and nobody answering the phone but as it was nearby our holiday let we thought we’d walk out and see. Not many in when we arrived so quickly got seated also allowing our dog which is a nice touch. Food and drinks arrived quickly but from then on they just forgot about us. The restaurant filled and staff looked double busy but we wanted more drinks, our table clearing and deserts ordering but nobody came to see if we wanted any of that and we struggled to catch anyones eye so in the end we got up, paid on our way out and carried on our evening elsewhere. Ok for a quick tea but don’t plan your evening around being there all night, not that kind of place sadly.

Stumbled across this gem whilst searching for a chippy. Best decision ever made. By far the best pizzas we've ever had. The pineapple express was amazing and finally somewhere that has chilli's and pineapple on the same pizza as standard! Likely to return in the next few days. The locals only pale ale is also exceptional. Appreciate the stickers as well. Don't miss out on this one!

I’m italian and i gotta say that this pizza was good!!! Not perfect (english always mess up with ingredients) but worthy and in a nice place (despite all the Newquay trash).

Best pizza I’ve ever had- the dough is fresh fluffy and light. The pizza topping varieties are a burst of flavour that all compliment each other. We had the truffle pizza. It’s sooooo nice & light that you can eat so much but it doesnt feel heavy due to the perfection of the dough. Credit to the chef. I’ve been all over Italy and I haven’t even eaten a pizza better than that there. The manager guy is great and the lady was also nice- the duo in the shop front work well together. Thank you. We will be back :)
