We did not eat in but had coffee/tea. It's a very friendly place and kind of old fashioned but not in a bad way, it's a quaint shop/cafe and my village friends that eat there say that it's great and good value for money, the food is freshly made. They sell postcards, cards, books, crockery and other bits and bobs.

What a Fantastic Hidden Jem!! We popped in for a Coffee ☕ Which was really good 👍👍. It was a Real Surprise to see So many Cups Hanging up in one Place!! We also had a lovely chat with the Owner who gave us the History of the Cafe. We also bought a few of the many interesting things that were for sale. Cheers Bill 🫖🫖. Stephen and Angela.

Tiny, quaint tearoom in St. Agnes. Full of china mugs and teacups hanging from hooks in ceiling. Very friendly, excellent service, lovely tea - bap full of lovely, lean back bacon. This lovely little cafe is quintessential Cornish uniqueness and a visit is highly recommended.

Absolutely love this quaint little place. We have visited twice now and will be back again. The scones are delicious- my twin boys love them and the tea cup collection is fascinating. There are also interesting things on sale in here too such as original paintings and vintage memorabilia it's well worth a visit when in St Agnes.

Stopped here to have a Cream Tea. Lovely service in a cosy tea room, full of the proprietor’s collection of tea cups and other assorted items. We had a cream tea which was generous with the clotted cream and jam and a plain scone. Tea was served with a separate jug of hot water. Good value. Delicious!

We visited Billy at The Cornwall Cafe today after not being there for 2 years. It was a regular annual thing and Billy seemed genuinely pleased to see us. Our cream teas were delicious and the children’s desserts syrup sponge with ice cream and chocolate sponge with clotted cream were to die for. We will be back again before our journey home.

Unique in my experience. There are only 3 or 4 tables, so it's cozy. The food and coffee are good. The owner has been collecting china and porcelain for 30 years and the ceiling has cups and mugs hanging from it. He also sells china, as well as glass, books, paintings and various knick-knacks. He has a collection of old postcards and covers. He is also a mine of information for the locality. A must to visit in St Agnes.

We were walking through St Agnes looking for somewhere to have a Cornish Cream Tea. There were a few places, but a quaint place called Cornwall Café caught our eye, known as Billy’s to locals. Inside it was quite small, with probably four tables. We had a lovely Cream Tea. For the first time in our experience, we were provided with an extra tea bag in case we preferred a stronger cuppa – nice touch! The long established café is used by locals, one old lady we met visiting daily for lunch. Food was of good quality and at a very reasonable price. During our visit, several customers popped in to collect pre-ordered pasties to take-away. A striking feature of Billy’s is the collection of cups hanging from the ceiling – over 1500 we were told. Recommended for a visit and experience of a local quaint Cornish café.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant is a pleasant environment and great food. I had the all day breakfast. You can choose 2 from beans, tomatoes and mushrooms which made my life easy as I didn't have to ask if they could swap baked beans for anything like how I do in other places lol. For £14.50 you get 2 eggs, 2 sliced of toast, 2 sausages, tomato, mushroom, and 2 slides of bacon, you get 1 hot drink (tea/coffee) and also one juice (orange /apple) so yip, my holiday craving of "I must have a full English whilst on holiday" was definitely satisfied.
