Great location with views over the river Fal estuary. Cosy feel inside and loads of space outside. Good selection of drinks and friendly staff.

I was fortunate enough to spend 3 nights at the Geeenbank Hotel and overall I had a very enjoyable stay. The dinner on the last evening left was a major disappointment though. I invited some guests and we we're planning on having some burgers or a fish and chips but the waiter came and told us about the chefs special which was sea bass, he explained that it was £28 and went on to tell us about the starter, either butternut soup or a fish cake. Considering that we would have a main and a starter for not much more than a main course, WWE decided to go with the Chefs special. I must add that the food was really good and we all really enjoyed it, but to my surprise when I received the bill, I had been charged for the £28 per head for the main and a further £14 per head for the starters. I queried this and was told by the manager that there had been a misunderstanding on our part and the dishes are changed separately. I have no issues with what the bill cost, just that I was offered something that I didn't plan on eating and then ended up paying almost double what I was expecting.

My business partner and I ran a course here for 35 people from a local company. The room, the IT, the service, and the refreshments were excellent, and we look forward to using it again. A special mention to Phil for looking after us so well.

Great hotel in Falmouth, good for holidays, meetings, special occasions, infact just about everything you'd expect from a quality establishment. Run by a local group to the highest of standards, would recommend.

We booked a table for 5 in one of the hotels restaurants the superb “Waters Edge” it was a wonderful experience we sat by the window so was able to take in the stunning views overlooking the harbour. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. There was a wonderful atmosphere with soft background music that wasn’t too overbearing, all in all a wonderful relaxing experience we would most definitely be booking this again.

We stayed at the Greenbank Hotel for 2 nights in a family room. The room was very big and spacious. Although the balcony was small the view was gorgeous. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room with the view to the sea is simply fabolous. You feel that the hotel is quite old, but for us this gave it a special character and charme

We had afternoon tea on Monday 15th April, and it truly was an experience. We had a warm greeting when we arrived, and then we were shown to our table with the most amazing view across the estuary and the docks. The service was second to none, and the food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. Thank you to The Greenbank Hotel for a fantastic afternoon 👌

Another fabulous stay at The Greenbank. The staff are all so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The working boat has such a great vibe too. Again the wow factor when you open your room door and see the most amazing views. Thank you for the birthday fizz such a kind gesture. Fantastic evening meal with great service. Lovely to see The Greenbank so busy. See you all again soon.

Enjoyed staying here a few times. Excellent food and wonderful views from a terrific room. My only gripe is parking. £35 a day to guarantee a space isn’t the best customer friendly solution to a problem suffered by most places in Falmouth. If n street was a solution on one evening but not the last two.

Weekday evening here, a very welcoming bar area with open fire, staff very polite and efficient. Good choice of food with a set menu plus ‘a la cart’ as well. The food was really lovely, and reasonably priced, along with good choice of drinks from the bar.

The food’s OK, and not overpriced. What lets the place down is the noisy staff member ( owner?). I know it’s a greasy spoon, but still, one should be able to eat and hear oneself think in relative peace. I sit outside if possible.
