Absolutely amazing service from a young lady named melissa. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the quality of food and drink I had purchased. I definitely will be recommending to family and friends. Piping hot food and a big mug of tea! Well done melissa your a credit to the cafe.

SO SLOW The guy working was very kind and helpful but extremely slow and would only work on 1 sub at a time. I was there at a busier time and he Recieved zero help for management. Unlikely to return, would rather drive to plymouth.

Perfect lunch, will definitely come again. My children loved it and the staff were welcoming and patient with their orders.

We ate here twice as it suited our teenagers. The service was friendly and quick and the food arrived rapidly. The pizzas were ok and the pasta dishes tasty. The views from the outside balcony at the back over the beach are amazing .

Sausage rolls were cold. Wasn't told that they would be cold. If they are going to be cold they should inform customers. Our son didn't eat his as it didn't taste nice cold.

Treat when my boys stay over, can't grumble always good.

By far the rudest customer service I've ever experienced, after waiting hours for my food to be delivered I called the store and asked for an update to which I was told that I hadn't actually been waiting two hours and needed to wait even longer (ordered at 21:30, called at 23:30 - you do the maths). When the food eventually arrived it was lukewarm and I'd been put off by the whole experience. Totally soured the evening, avoid like the plague!

Wrong order received, called to get correct order and was told they don’t have time to re do it, very poor attitude, didn’t offer any compensation and hung up the phone before the end of the conversation.

Went for lunch with 3 friends. Disappointed with the food. Small portions not good value for money. I don’t think I will be going again.

Great customer service and pizza delivery. It was custom ordered for us in advance so we could have the pizza delivered to the beach and eat it amongst family. The pizza was very tasty and very hot which actually surprised my and exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely disgusted with how poor their customer service is. Paid over 17.00 for loaded fries. The chips were rock hard and inedible it was like they were raw. Messaged them directly and was ignored 5 times. They eventually came back to me saying they would check with their managers. That was two weeks ago and been ignored again. Never going back

It was a long day my friend and I travelled from the High Peak to Padstow and return in one journey, high light of the day, fish and chips in the harbour that we expected to be well above average. Around 1pm bought from this 'chippy' and ate on the roadside outside of town. We both concluded that our fish and chips were amongst the worst we had experienced anywhere in the country. The fish, cod was paper thin, dark, old fish, tasteless and appeared to have been sliced through the centre to produce an ultra thin fillet. The batter was so tough that parts of which at the tail end was impossible, yes impossible to bite into. The chips were dark, perhaps having been double cooked. At £11.95 this take-way was APPALLING, for a restaurant sited in a harbour. If we had not left town we would have returned to Walkers, but we had seven hours to home. We both commented on how heavy this meal sat in out stomachs. Only plus was that they were hot and reasonably grease free. Both took a box of left overs home for the Farm Cats, I'll see if I can get a review.

The court heard how inspectors found rotting, mouldy and out of date foods at the premises. The premises were not adequately pest proofed, equipment and rooms where food was prepared were dirty and large accumulations of rubbish, grease and dirt were observed within the rear yard. A share as I'm fed up with this kind of establishment who have the trust of the people they serve to bring them decent and safe food. 3 times you have been warned ! Get out of this business !!!

Gave them a simple order. 2 Philly stack meals, 2 cokes, 1 Cheeseburger, at the drive through, Treble service, waited half hour, 7 cars where serve first, They kept locking them selfs out of the the building ,they lost our order, acted like it was our fault, and very rude, Asked for a refund, When we asked they still didn’t know our order, after saying it will only take another 2 minutes. Run by complete idiots, I would nt go there again One disappointed child after 3 1/2 hour journey, not a good start to start our holiday.
