It was very quiet when we arrived but don’t let that fool you We were welcomed warmly and given a booth by a friendly host Desserts came quickly are were delicious My daughter was very happy with the size of her ice cream ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s from us 👍

We really enjoyed our lunch here today, good value and portion sized Haddock, chips and peas for £9.50. Well priced drinks and cakes, pleasantly designed clean looking cafe. Not bad choices on the menu, friendly helpful staff. Would definitely eat here again.

Rubbish, 3 meals ordered, 2 were wrong !! How hard can it be to put 3 meals in a bag, rang store they wouldn’t do nothing about it.

Just wanted to share my experience in Cheltenham high street Starbucks today. I used to be a regular customer and spent many a lunchtime there. After not visiting for a few months I popped in and the customer service I witnessed was very poor, 3 kids throwing cloths at each other, pinching a phone and teasing the guy they were going to put it in the oven etc. I took my coffee upstairs and noticed how grubby the stairs looked and how standards have dropped. The other lady who I got to know previously ( can't remember her name, think it begins with K) came upstairs to clear the cup's and we had a lovely chat as she remembered me. She is a real asset to your company but unfortunately due to the behaviour of the ' kids' working in there now I won't be visiting again

Appalling service. Food ordered online,£70, took nearly 3 hours to arrive. We ordered at 6.15pm and it finally arrived just after 9pm. Phoned the restaurant 3 times to enquire when the delivery is arriving and the man said it will arriving soon. When the food finally arrived, it was apaling. The peking duck was burnt and extremely CRISPY, the vegetables were like mush and consist of mainly onions, the squids were soft like jelly, again consist mainly of onions, the rice was so soft fit for someone who hasn't got any teeth, the chicken was soft as though it was boiled and had a sticky texture to it. The noodles tasted burnt eventhough it wasn't burnt. The taste of all the dishes were mainly onions and it was awful and you can taste the food enhancer that they put in all the dishes. We called up the restaurant to let them know and he just put the phone down on within 5 seconds! We will NEVER buy from them again! Poor service, poor timing, poor quality. Don't order from them!

Don’t go in. Just terrible on all fronts. Ordered at self serve and they immediately marked as complete. I suppose to improve their metrics. Manager was just walking around aimlessly. Asked 3 times by different staff “number???”. Not even hello or anything. The place is filthy. Threw my food away. Was totally cold. Coffee was dreadful. Tasted like mouldy water. Hygiene was just not existent. Staff shouting across at each other and around me while I was waiting. Health inspector needs to pay a visit. None of those people in there should have jobs in hospitality. Don’t go in, go somewhere else.

Han was very friendly and she made sure my food was correct. I was reluctant to come back after he last few times where I didn’t receive my full order. This time it was perfect after Han double checked my order and read it out to me.

Nothing wrong with the service at all but the food was disgusting! It tasted of the innersoles from leaky boots that had been trudging through a swamp. The last time I had KFC was 3 decades ago and I remember it was almost nice then !

Last time i was ordered it was Awesome but this time is very disappointed i was ordered channa massla its very sharp red colour like a tomato ketchup and allo gobbi was raw it was not cooked proper.. all over fine
