Appalling service. Food ordered online,£70, took nearly 3 hours to arrive. We ordered at 6.15pm and it finally arrived just after 9pm. Phoned the restaurant 3 times to enquire when the delivery is arriving and the man said it will arriving soon. When the food finally arrived, it was apaling. The peking duck was burnt and extremely CRISPY, the vegetables were like mush and consist of mainly onions, the squids were soft like jelly, again consist mainly of onions, the rice was so soft fit for someone who hasn't got any teeth, the chicken was soft as though it was boiled and had a sticky texture to it. The noodles tasted burnt eventhough it wasn't burnt. The taste of all the dishes were mainly onions and it was awful and you can taste the food enhancer that they put in all the dishes. We called up the restaurant to let them know and he just put the phone down on within 5 seconds! We will NEVER buy from them again! Poor service, poor timing, poor quality. Don't order from them!

Having just finished our takeaway from the Amber Palace I felt I had to write them a review. Our order was delivered on time by a friendly delivery guy. Our food was easily one of the best Chinese takeaways we've eaten plus it was piping hot! No more soggy rice for us it's Amber Palace all the way from now on.

VERY DISSAPOINTED.ORDERED OVER £31 of food said it was going to be 40 minuites ended up being 1.5 to 2 hours wait to recieve luke warm food uncooked chicken satay, uncooked chicken balls and slimy mushrooms.phoned them up told them about it and to collect the food and all they said was next time you order phone up and we will give you a free dish..ive got a great idea instead of the free dish, keep your free dish because im not bothering with any more take aways .because its a pandemic all these places think its ok to serve up raw chicken and cold food. seriously what is wrong with these people we are trying to keep alive from covid-19 and your trying to give people food poisioning which can also be a killer.hope you enjoy my £31 i hope my £31 brings you nothing but bad luck for 2021 THIS WAS A HOME DELIVERY.
