I ordered a pan pizza from this place, lovely crunchy crust just like the good old days. I felt the chicken dipper things was quite low quality but the pizza was just delicious. Ordered online and delivered promptly

DON'T let anyone like family ever do your pizza run for you as they don't get what you request! And they ruin it for pizza hut as then the person doesn't get the requested order Unfortunately the person going to pizza hut to do my order asked for what they wanted not what I could eat so ruined the order and mesnt it was not edible for me unfortunately means I can't give a perfect review as my orders aren't what are requested by me as the eater

Pizza is usually okay. The buffalo wings (which I want to love) barely have any buffalo sauce on them. This has been the case for a long time now and nothing changes. I’d love to rate higher, but this is an issue for me.

The meat ontop of the pizza was gristle and inedible resulting in myself having to bin both pizzas.

Went to collect and the order was wrong, waited 10-20 mins extra to find out it was wrong so I waited a further 10 mins for them to cook the correct order. Ridiculous and nobody answer the phone never ever . Staff seems to be very rude always in the order everytime something missing.

Very delicious freshly cooked food! Arrived hot, we enjoyed it very much! Compliments!

They don’t read the comments so my order ended up with onions on it that I asked them to take of so it went in bin. 4 tiny pieces of steak and like 3 tiny bits of peppers. Phoned up but not interested. Won’t be back

Very expensive for the very mediocre quality of the pizzas. Had much better pizzas at a much less expensive price.

Could have provided more of the extra toppings for £1.50. Otherwise fine.

A good second choice when Friends Pizza on Rowanfield Exchange is unexpectedly shut, but man are they expensive!

After waiting a hour for delivery there was a pizza missing from the order placed. It then took them 10 minutes to answer the phone. They sent the missing pizza 30 minutes later with a couple of free sides. Garlic bread wasn’t bad, everything else was terrible! Heavy doughy pizza and rubber like skin on the wings. Never again.

Food never showed up. Did not answer phone when we called. we rang over 40 times in 2 hours. Very upset with this as we received no help or service from any Pizza Hut services.

We ordered an American hot pizza and there was no pepperoni on it at all. Disappointing

overpriced pizza with under average quality

My gf & I got a large 'All the Meats' and their cinnamon scrolls to share. To be clear, it was the only thing we had both eaten together (i.e. different breakfasts and lunch) - and both of us spent the night in and out of the bathroom. Went to the branch to make a complaint and got thoroughly fobbed off. Extremely unimpressed, will not be ordering from again, and would not recommend to anyone else either.

Best pizza I've had in ages! When we arrived to collect it was red hot and freshly made. It was to hot to eat for a good 10mins which is shocking considering I love to eat hot food quite hot. Definitely better than Gloucester

I m going one star coz there is no option for zero but what a poor service and how rude that European lady staff is.its been 1 hour and they say on app that they r delivering in 25 min.i have never seen such a rude,pathetic and sgit service in my life.Pizza hut need to sort out his staff and policies towards their loyal customers.

Mi último pedido fue para una entrega. Abrí la puerta y encontré que el tipo había derramado mis alitas de pollo de la caja a la tapa de la bolsa. ¡En todos lados! ! ¡CÓMO! ? Como un tonto lo acepté todo y seguí comiendo con mucha hambre. Unas 3 - 4 horas se desató el infierno literalmente. 2 días postrado en cama aparte de los frecuentes viajes al baño. Cuando le dijeron al servicio de atención al cliente de pizzahut, pidieron una muestra de tierra sabiendo muy bien que el error casi se eliminaría cuando tuviera una cita con el médico y todas las bolsas limpiaran. Perdí el pago de 1 día y me sentí muy mal durante 2 días. Nunca más volveré a comer de pizzahut, lo cual es una pena.

Placed an order at 6pm, order was accepted and a delivery time of 6:55pm was provided. Food was not here at 7:30pm, so phoned them looking for an update - the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and only informed me that “we know it’s late, it’ll likely be another 2 hours”, no word of apology or explanation. Stupidly, I decided to wait on my order. 9:30pm came and past, still no food. Decided to phone again and ask for atleast a refund, this time, I was told that they were not accepting orders from Just Eat and could not see the order on their system so no food would be delivered nor could a refund be provided. Abysmal service all round. Furious is not the word.

Delivery personnel should be able to follow signage and instruction in the native language (English). This was the only difficulty and as a result, the pizza was not as warm as it could have been.

Food is always to a high standard. Don’t expect them to give you the dips you ordered though. Ordered two garlic and herb, received one special garlic. This has happened numerous times.

Pedí y los payasos que trabajan en este circo entregaron mi pizza más de 1 hora y 15 minutos después de que hice el pedido, medio esperaba que el conductor apareciera haciendo malabares con mi pizza en un monociclo. . . ni siquiera era un momento ajetreado, por ejemplo, los sábados por la noche, etc. Había perseguido la orden dos veces y recibí el patrón habitual "está en camino, no tardará mucho".  Las pizzas llegaron y estaban bien. Más preocupado por el hecho de que el conductor no se disculpó y cuando pedí mi recibo ya que me iba a quejar lo tiró al suelo. Me quejé en línea a través de la interfaz más hostil para el usuario y recibí después de siete días hábiles (?!) Un código electrónico por 10 de descuento en mi próximo pedido.  Hice un pedido unas semanas más tarde para usar el código y darle a la compañía otra oportunidad, otra vez tarde, aunque sin tirar basura esta vez, otra queja esta vez por teléfono a Pizza Hut HQ, que obviamente es el Big Top y una eternidad en espera lo suficiente como para disfrutar de un recorrido completo por el cable alto al menos y 7 días después a través de la interfaz de quejas más grave del mundo que me desconcierta con bull **** ¡otro código!  La última vez que uso el código, TARDE OTRA VEZ. Pensé que era Bill Murray y que mi señora era Andie MacDowell. Esta vez no me quejaré, la letra pequeña sugiere que solo puede solicitar una entrega tardía cada mes (?!) Un leopardo nunca cambia sus manchas y una Pizza Hut deplorable nunca cambia su modo de empleo. Au Revoir al Cirque De Mauvais.

had to phone 20 mins after the due delivery time, to be told the driver had been and “phoned” but had no missed calls. Ive used justeat before and received phonecalls from other places so cant understand why. was told it was another 20 mins for another delivery so had to pick up myself. pizza was cold and honestly not very good

Mi comida tardó más de una hora y media en llegar y dice que la entrega es de solo 35 minutos, nadie contestó el teléfono que llamé alrededor de 10 veces y luego, cuando no llamé al identificador de llamadas, respondieron de inmediato. No volverá a ordenar desde esta área

Pizza was substandard. Potato tots were undercooked and flavourless and jalapeño poppers were soggy. Definitely not worth anywhere near the £50 I paid for this order. Very annoyed.

The restaurant did not deliver I had to phone them myself after an hour and a half they then informed me I would have to wait a minimum of another half hour...this is unacceptable again from yourselves and papa John's

I ordered from here and my order came missing a pizza, the lady tried to argue with me over the phone so I simply asked to just have my pizza delivered and I’ll pay if I have to, for her to tell me well no we are too busy! Not happy the food wasn’t all that good either!

My pizza was supposed to be chicken bacon onion and bbq sauce, there was not a single piece of bacon and about 4 bits of chicken on a xxl pizza. Not worth the money.

The food was just over 1 hour late, and the order was missing 4 bottles of fizzy drinks.

Just eat messed up something in the system. My initial order never came. I had to call the restaurant which had to do the order again and sent it to me. Maybe check with your delivery guys, the restaurant said it was « delivered » and were kind enough to redo de order... but the guy obviously never made it to us. Thank you

I was on a work trip ordering dinner to my Airbnb – I've never used JustEat before as it's not available in the rural area that i live. I noticed that the delivery time for my pizza was 35-45 mins which seemed doable. Once I placed the order at 8.15pm I was told it was accepted and would be with me at 9pm. My colleagues had all received their dinners through different JustEat restaurants so at 9.15pm I called Papa John's to see how long it would be. They said that they'd missed my order and had not processed it at all so were only just going to start making it and it would be another 30 minutes. They offered to give me a larger pizza but I was away on a work trip so I would have no use for day old pizza. They said they couldn't give me any other kind of discount just more food or to completely cancel my order which felt like a kick in the teeth to a pregnant woman who was very hungry and ready for bed. I would typically expect a refund for service this poor and I'll certainly think twice before using JustEat again.

The so called ‘manager’ slammed the phone down on me when I asked a question about something that they have been able to do since the delivery shop opened! Absolutely disgusting attitude, rude and obnoxious! Absolutely shocked by the way he spoke to me!!

pizza was a wee bit overdone and the garlic dip for the crusts tasted weird. First time I've had a pappa John's so maybe got unlucky but it wasn't as tasty as domino's. Delivery was nice and quick though.

Food arrived cold with items missing. Delivery driver rung me 15 minutes later very aggressive asking if I had complained about her because she'd missed an item...I hadn't, I had just requested credit back from JustEat. She brought missing items, even though I said they were no longer wanted, and refused to leave unless I took them. Awful experience - will be escalating with JustEat.

Ordered online and 1 hour later I called asking where the food is and I was informed that it still has not left the restaurant, I cancelled the order after 1.5hr not arriving. I personally wont want any voucher to compensate me for this, as I do not want to spend money and time at this place

Very disappointed. Ordered via just eat, only to have order cancelled immediately. Rang up to see what was going on, and was abruptly told they were too busy and to maybe try again later in the evening at 10pm (the order was placed at 5pm)! To be honest, they didn’t really seem to care.

Ordered twice and everytime food arrived 50min without drink, promised complete order to be delivered after talking to store... another 40min onwards and still no show... this store is a 5min drive from our home... Very poor service, poor delivery
