Domino's Pizza in Cheltenham

Delivery was on time, i was stuck in tracking then i called store they help me and explain me nicely, finaly solved, good job at all and food was hot, its first time order now will back soon.

I ordered big order in rush hours, but they delivered on time. The guy who delivered pizzas Ravi is cheerful and punctual as well.

Don't understand all the negative reviews. I've ordered twice from here. Each time the pizza arrived hot and the delivery person was polite and happy. What more could you ask for

Took my order and money but never delivered.

Wouldn't go back, it it was my first time in going there & to try one of the wraps that look delicious on the adverts & was well looking forward to it but it was a flat as a pancake and had hardly any cheese. The chips were disgusting in two ways, one being the bloody price 4 quid, yes 4 quid for a small box & secondly they were cold

Driver demanded I come down the stairs from a flat to grab the food that I ordered to be delivered to me. Lazy prick.

How the hell can you go in, order a pizza, wait, get your pizza, get outside and it’s stone cold? I guess the recent increase in the price of pizzas has resulted in them turning down the pizza oven. If this is the result of buying in store, I dread to think what delivery pizzas are like. Doubt I’d return.

Terrible someone has no passion with making the food was stale burnt and messy the cookies were black rock hard I don’t know how they can think it looks ok to send out edit my son is in hospital with food poising on a drip he is age 7 I hope your ashamed if there was a upload picture on here I’d show him in hospital edit he ended up in a coma with kidney failure due to dehydration where he was sick so long they cross Raw foods with cooked avoid

I placed an order, and it didn't come but said it was delivered. After calling them up, I was promised a call back to see what was happening with it. I had no such call, I had to call them myself again, and even after that, I was told that the order had been delivered, and that if I wanted another one put through, I would have to pay for it again. Surprised they refunded me for the first one. Joke.

phoned up to place an order and resolve an issue from a previous order (no fault of the staff at all, just bad timing) and everything got sorted out quickly and professionally! thank you for being so helpful! :))

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you fancy Domino's in Cheltenham make sure you avoid this one. Guy on the phone was nice enough to be fair but the initial order said delivered but never turned up so they had to remake the entire order which took another hour to turn up even though I dont live that far from this Domino's 😂. The reviews about not answering their phone are absolutely valid. After initially calling and them letting me know the order was to be redone they did not answer after that when I thought I'd call an hour later to ask about the status of the order. It doesn't go to voicemail they just let it dial forever. So odd. Pizza was decent when it turned up but that was after 3.5 hours after the initial order went through

Ordered delivery, tracker shut off, waited outside for 20min just me to go to the store and being told that the order has been canceled. No email nothing.

Extremely ignorant staff, terrible customer service. If you want dominoes in Cheltenham try Bath Road or lower high street

It's Domino's, what more can you say? Staff here are generally good, there are some with smile deficits but this time, the chap who served us was polite and in good humour, even though it was at the end of the night.

Staff too busy talking to each other to serve, pizza sat on the rack for 10 minutes while I was waiting at the counter

I think it’s terrible that a franchise like this don’t accept cash only credit cards !!! So to buy from this franchise you have to have a credit card!! So if your a poor person that has no C.C. you can’t buy from this shop? If you ask me I think it’s not only ilegal not to accept cash but inmoral to do this to customers, I feel sorry for the lovely staff that have to deal each day with this issue, I had made a complaint to domino’s head office awaiting for the response

Terrible service and delivery. Waited 90 mins for pizza on Friday. Kept calling the, shop but no answer. Tried 23 times to get through but no answer. Guess what my son called from his mobile they answered straight away. Clearly had my mobile number up as a delayed delivery and just didn't answer. Twice this has happened from this store. Rang manager next day really not bothered and just gave me refund. Never ordering from this shambles of a shop again. Should sack everyone and start again

Ordered 2 pizzas on line, app reports Oder in oven. Phone call asking if I can collect which is not possible as I have no transport . I’m then informed that delivery will be 2 hours, Dominos is less 5 mins by car from here. I’m then told that my refund will be 5-7 days. Worst non service ever !

Pics was good, staff were helpful but busy. App wasn't the clearest that our order was for collection or delivery and whether we had the meal deal.

First time delivery customer. Pizza and side. Delicious pizza arrived in 25 minutes. Piping hot, freshly made generously topped and plenty of tomato sauce. Absolutely delicious. I'm a very satisfied customer. Highly recommended. I will definitely use them again.

I paid £7 for some chicken pieces which didn't even fill me up. It's incredibly overpriced.

After ordering pizza online ,waited just over 1 hour for delivery which cost over £40. It arrived stone cold, spoke to driver who just laughed in my face and said not his problem. Tried phoning to complain and phone constantly ringing. Will never use them again, and have been a regular customer for years

I ordered a pizza and I clicked delivery I call them up and they say hi sir is this your pizza blah blah for collection and I ask to cancel the order and they say ok you will get your money back in 3 to 5 days why can’t I get it now worst costumer service ever

Working in Cheltenham and rather than worrying about lunch, pizza was ordered. Not really much to say as Dominos pizza are generally consistent wherever you are. Nice and hot, a decent spread of toppings and cooked perfectly.

Top delivery service, they deliver in normally 20 mins, food is the same as every Dominos.

Good pizza place and they always seem to have excellent deals reducing the price of a large pizza to that of one of a small pizza. Would recommend to anyone looking for something delicious to eat while binging a Netflix show.

Absolutely rubbish experience! Am bitterly disappointed with them. I have never written a review like this before, but thus experience was so vile that I had to post something. Ordered a pizza last night from my partner's account at 18:35. We were told to expect the pizza in about 30 minutes. It did not arrive until 19:55. We had supplied them with contact details etc, so they could have easily called if there was a delay, but we waited 1hr20mins for this not knowing what was going on. Not only this, but we tried calling the takeaway number SEVERAL times to ask what was happening and to tell them that this was absolutely shocking. At no point did they answer those calls. I was on the phone to them for over 10 minutes waiting to be called / responded to in some way. Not only did they not respond, but they hung up on me too. And just to top if off, because it was such a long wait, the food was only just about warm when it arrived. We ordered a Winter Warmer (large pizza, medium pizza, garlic pizza bread, wedges, cookies and a drink). Despite asking the delivery driver if we could check the food was warm before accepting it, sadly only the boxes were warm to the touch and we didnt check it further (it's not the driver's problem). Both pizzas were only just about warm, the chips were cold and the garlic pizza bread was stodgy (presumably as a result of being sat on the side for a long time, but I don't know). Both my partner and I ordered pizzas with meat on them and felt very ill after eating them. I'm writing this review the day after the order and I still feel very unwell. Absolutely VILE service. We had used this takeaway before, but we certainly won't be using it again! Stick to pizzas from the supermarkets - at least you know those will be warm when you eat them. If Dominos see this, please bother calling back to sort this out!! You will be losing another customer if not. Sort this out!!!

DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!! I ordered a Gluten free pizza from Dominoes, GLOUCESTER ROAD, Cheltenham. Was happy to pay £16 for a small pizza because of the effort I THOUGHT they would go to to make sure the pizza was not contaminated. Well it had been contaminated! I have celiac so this made me so so poorly for days, I had to take time off work and I was bed ridden! I called Dominoes to make them aware and was told the manager would get back to me, I then rang a few days later and again I was assured someone would get back to me this time, I then called again and was told they had been busy but that he would jog the managers memory and still nothing!! If you have Celiac, or Gluten intolerance I would seriously advice you NOT to use dominoes regardless of what is stated on their website!!

Domino's is a global chain. If you need to read a review to know what to expect then where have you been?

Tasty food, quick service and friendly staff. Good deals sometimes also.

Hard work placing an order and then they forgot two bottles of coke which is fine and I forgot about it (who cares it’s only coke). But then when you spend £45 on the next order and just ask them to throw in the two colas they forgot last time, you end up feeling interrogated. I ask why he’s squabbling over coke and explain that he either adds it or doesn’t, it’s really no biggy! He wouldn’t budge and said he didn’t have evidence of the call. In fact I have a log of the call made just a few days before. What got me cross was he went on to say he’d give me the second pizza free but then when I ended the call I found out that that offer was on anyway. Quite bad really! £45 will be going to another company next week :)

Delivery always relatively quick. Delivery guys are polite. Pizzas look good and taste great, topping always placed on the pizza almost an OCD way and looks perfect. There are some good deals to be had if you search the internet. Sometimes they get the orders slightly wrong e.g. Wrong sauce on pizza hence 4 stars.

Should relocate to closer to pate's

Simply awful. Late delivery, cold food and it was burnt.

Great pizza, not too expensive and the restaurant has seats so you can eat it there. Unfortunately, online ordering was down which makes it more difficult, but a pleasant experience nonetheless.
